✓ Not good for visitors.This huge app, takes up a lot of memory and requires a long time to download detailed maps of each area you need. Worse, even after you have done that, the maps you have loaded are of no use if you aren't in a wifi area. Total waste of money. ✓ Constant crashing on iOS 13Used and loved this app for about a year. Recorded all my walks to track distance, times and locations. With the new Apple update, the app keeps crashing after about 5 mins, with a message saying “automatically recovered after crash”. The recording of the walk is now useless..NicwoodwardVersion: 4.1

✓ Very very disappointed.I feel robbed. I thought, judging by the description, that I could create a route and export it as a gpx file. Well, that may be true if only the thing was usable - which it isn’t. Help is no help in providing guidance on how to use the interface. By searching around one can find, within the ‘files’ menu item, the possibility of creating a new route and adding a new waypoint; except that the waypoint created isn’t or does not appear to be at the point selected. Deleting the waypoints does not restart sequential numbering it just picks up from the number last assigned. I have failed to create any route, let alone one that may be of use so I have no idea whether it is possible to create and export a gpx file. In my view the interface is a disgrace. i begrudge evert penny of the £6.99 I paid. Just fortunate, I guess, that I didn’t buy additional maps..CccphilVersion: 4.6

✓ No longer supported or developedAs far as I can tell at least. Which is a pity because it does provide access to OS maps with proper rights of way information so if that’s all you want, it may be the right answer. However, if you need support due to the very thin instructions, choose something else. The big problem is that your in-app purchases are not refundable so if you purchase a load of maps you could end up hundreds of pounds worse off once you discover they are not usable due to the current faults, or any ones that develop in the future on this abandoned app..David EdgeVersion: 4.6

✓ UselessI downloaded this map and have to say that no mapping app is less intuitive than this one. It uses up vast phone resources will little benefit. In spite of having paid $10 for it, I deleted it to conserve resources. What a waste of money!.Gerry RoseberyVersion: 2.6

✓ RUBBISH and VERY misleadingI spent £8.00 to buy this app (which, incidentally has a dreadful cluttered interface) but all that buys you, effectively (other than a VERY low detailed map (pretty much only showing major motorways etc)) is a conduit to purchase more detailed maps each one of which costs you a further £3.00. That MIGHT be OK but mine failed to download!! Will be contacting Apple about this. Essentially dont be fooled by the graphics on the sales pitch, the real thing is NOTHING like it! ✓ Almost a great app but not for serious walkingHaving read the reviews was very much hoping I'd found the app for me. The App itself works very well and its easy to download regions of interest. However, have found two problems with it so far - which is not to do with the software but rather the maps used. 1. just looking the region where i live i found that a fair number of designated public paths are missing (which are shown on 1:25k & :50k OS land ranger maps) hard to quantify but possibly as high as 1/3rd of footpaths missing. 2. another issue for me though is that boundary /field walls are not shown this is an issue on those occasions where path markers are sparse/ confusing or in poor weather. Where it is particularly good is in villages / towns here the additional information at street level excels. Unfortunately not what i was hoping for in this app..Baudolino2Version: 3.1

✓ Good but useless after sharing is blockedThis is a really good app and good value. BUT today we find that our Apple "family sharing" is blocked for this app (since when?) and even attempts to buy a second copy from the other account fail. Really frustrating and deserves marking down - whether it's really the developer"s or Apple's fault..GG0094Version: 3.1

✓ Great for the maps but awful at tracking you routeWe’ve used this app for a while and find it great for finding routes and making sure we’re on track but when I record our route on my phone it gets the distance completely wrong by nearly doubling the distance it thinks We’ve walked. Other apps I’ve used don’t do this only this one, I use my watch to tracking our route instead but it would be nice if the app worked with this..W1nksVersion: 4.2
