✓ Great and Fun game, but ONE thing needs to be added.I normally don't write reviews for games but it felt right to make one for this. I absolutely love the game, I play it daily, and recommend it for sure. Although, there are some things I wish were added. It would be awesome if you could buy a combine/tool so you can plow/harvest more area in a quicker way. That's one of my biggest complaints/only true complaint. Once you start getting a larger farm it seriously takes FOREVER to harvest crops, re-plow, and plant crops again. I rate it 4 stars because of that. I feel like something should be done about it. ✓ Farmer PhilI have enjoyed this game since December of '10. True, there haven't been a lot of updates recently, but I'm still mastering several crops. I have never paid cash for anything on my farm, but it would be nice if some of the cool objects could be "bought" with farm coins after they have been available for real purchase for a time, maybe a year. My only real complaint is that you have to have a certain amount of friends to reach certain goals, I don't like that. At one time I had 200 neighbors, nearly drove myself crazy visiting them every day. As some of them began to lag in their playing or visits to me I began to drop them. The down side is you can't increase your land after level 75 which I think is unfair you should be allowed to . The game people should be able to work it out some then you would have more interest in the game . I actually prefer this to the newer versions because it doesn't throwing "build this and build that" goals at you, allowing you to create your homestead the way you'd like. Of course, a lot of the cool items you have to buy or earn gems for, but there is a lot to do without having to do any in-game purchases. ✓ Cartoon Farming is Fun!I just started playing Farm Story in October and really enjoy it. Getting to know people from around the world and mastering different crops are the two aspects I enjoy most. I was looking forward to decorating for Christmas, but TeamLava neglected to update, so I was unable to get anything. It just seems like TL is letting this game fade until everyone gives up on it which is a shame because so many people still enjoy it and I see new people starting to play all the time. I also have fallen victim to gem traps that robbed me of gems I was saving for a particular item. It's great for kids to learn to care for things, think about finances and to experience being helpful to others. Though some neighbours are not so very neighbourly! ✓ Fun... ButThis game is pretty fun and addicting but I cannot listen to music while playing it. With some apps, if you have music playing and start the app it will stop the music, you can turn the music back on though through control center. That is not the case with this app. Not only does is stop music when you open it, it loses whatever song you were listening to. Resuming your music from the control center selects a random song from iTunes and plays it. After about ten seconds or so it will stop the music and lose your place again as if you had restarted the app. TL;DR- Fun app but you cannot listen to music on the same device while playing it..Version: 2.0.2

This easy game is really a pleasure to play since it also provides a creative outlet in your arrangements and colors. It's fun to see just how different other farms can be and gain inspiration from them for your own game. My only major problem with it that they have only given us one update of new items in months when we were getting weekly updates previously. ✓ Fun!I really love this game, but it's really annoying to get game ads sometimes 2-3 times while playing, after I've already clicked 'Get later'. The fact that each time it happens it comes in 3 ways; pop-ups on the screen, on the side of the screen, and that damned billboard. From all the interesting things you can plant to the buildings and gnomes you setup Farm Story is great! Like any other game it can take 2mins to make strawberries or up to 3days for rice but you can plant it on the same field. you do have to plow your field, harvest your crops, and what's cute is you water your neighbors farm Cute game, your cows moo, and your chickens cluck! lol. ✓ Fun!I really enjoy this game: a few issues that Team Lava hopefully might look into and changing/improving. 1. Instead of always having to 'buy' certain items with gems, perhaps you could put a game money price on all - in this economy, not everyone can afford to shell out constantly and buy gems, I wish you would understand this!! 2. I initially quite enjoyed the Goals that were set, until I got up passed level 60, then your goals became really annoying in the fact that if we wished to complete a goal, we had to install and run your other games!! PLEASE DO NOT HAVE GOALS LIKE THIS!! Please go back to the preivous type goals!! 3. Is there anyway you can make it so we can play this game without having to find an Internet connection? I do have major concerns with gem traps and no weekly or even bi-weekly materials and items to earn! I also have a real problem with team lava placing an unknown person on my neighbor list that I can not delete or advance to unlock the goal items. I've busted my chops trying to get these items unlocked and team lava never returns with an answer of why the other player and why can't I unlock goal items that need keys!!!!! One other issue, please take the time to add an option for players who want to donate to their neighbors items they have in the individuals inventory. ✓ New crops should be addedI love playing farm story but now that I'm getting into higher levels and achieving all levels on most crop items offered I think the company should come out with new crops. Also, the crops that use diamonds should not be one diamond per one plot it should be one diamond should be an entire crop planting. When you get to level twenty or so getting another farm to manage (a bit like other games ....TRIBZE for example) would keep interest longer. It's all about what you want to do, where you're going... and how you plan to get there! It's a "world-wide" game where neighbors help each other grow and move along. I love playing it and have made friends with several of my neighbors off the game. Advertising for other games should be stopped. It's annoying. Flowers and crops purchased with gems should not be subject to harvesting. Decoration goods bought with gems ask if you're sure you want to sell that item? ✓ Sweet asI probley couldn't word it as well as the other person that left a review, but I just had to say to everyone that if they are looking for a farm game, this one is by far the best! Things you could improve on is... More varity in the store eg.. Houses, stables, wheelbarrows, different animals , more crops etc, etc. Think farm town or farm vill on facebook. How about plows and seeders? You can't get them straight away but as you work up the levels you can, they cover more area so when I click on a crop square it does for example... 3 others around it, then when the crops get planted it plants with the equivilent time as one square.. Also jobs would be cool, you work for someone harvesting or what ever and get points and money! One final thing you could work on is the animals, you should be able to rotate them, and they should eat and walk around. That is just a few examples on how you make this game even more addicting than it is, either in an update or even farm story 2!.Version: 0
✓ The FarmI first played farm story about a year and a half ago and I really liked it. I had to stop due to my not being able to water or visit my neighbors as much as I'd like to. I just recently was able to get back on "the farm". I have found that I still enjoy it. I just wish all the ads for other games to sign up on would stop popping up ever time I get on. I understand that you would like to advertise for games but there has to be a better way to do it. The hassle of having to push "try later" about five times is a big pain !!!! ✓ Fun and weirdly addictingFun game can get addicting the app only has some very minor glitches every once in a while for example you may press to gift and the gift button does not respond. It can be fixed by just closing the app and opening it again. Due to the minor glitches here and there is the only reason I gave it four stars otherwise it would have five. ✓ The Farm GameReally nice game first time ever I played a game or even entertained the idea. But did this during the hurricane that hit and Super Storm Sandy, Like it very much building-the crops- sharing and meeting some really nice on line neighbors. The only thing I don't like is sometimes it doesn't register money or the gems you earn I had this happen many times but you deal with it. I would rate it 4 stars. You can design your farm anyway you like it rearrange as much as you like. Some really nice surprises pop up in the game from time to time and there are bonus to. The only thing some of my neighbors.
