✓ Paid app has in app purchasesWhy exactly did I pay $5 for an app that has in app purchasing? If I pay for an app, especially $5, the content therein should be accessible without additional costs. It’s not the cost it’s the principle. It’s dishonest. I loved the site and it’s content so I thought I’d support them by purchasing the app only to feel cheated when I have to pay once again for content I wrongly assumed I had already paid for. I would have given it one star but it’s a useful app. Just a dishonest creator I guess..Mstew2208Version: 3.3.4

✓ Annoying tipsAt first I thought the tips were cool… until I started to not follow them and I was still winning while it racked up a counter of how many incorrect moves I did meanwhile any time I thought oh maybe they’re right I’ll go back and fix it I’d end up losing 8 times out of 10 on moves I would’ve won on that were “incorrect” and “fixed” just give recommendations don’t say incorrect every time somebody is winning or else you throw off the game completely being warned I’m doing something wrong and then losing because I hit a “fix” button I also need to add that it is not a normal thing for a dealer to hit 21, 8 times in a row and then 20 every other deal for 20 deals straight, got 4 blackjacks pushed as if that’s realistic, also saw my first 4 way ace split, I know it’s coded for real casino but these results have never been more far off, on a current 7 night win streak in person along with around 4 more wins on another app going for doubles and triples yet I can’t even reach double on this app and end up going broke every single time.YiinkyVersion: 3.4.0

✓ The trainer doesn’t have a built in hand calculatorThe trainer does not have a built in hand calculator and is often way off. For example, I have a hard 12 against a 14 at a zero TC It tells me to hit (which loses 0.54% ev) also I have an 11 against a dealer 2 at a TC of -10 and it still tells me to double. (Doubling loses 22.4% ev compared to hitting). It’s a good platform but it’s not accurate and you need to double check through any good bj hand calculator thats free online to make sure..Lithe11Version: 3.3.2

✓ Confusing RulesFor some reason getting a natural blackjack pays 3:2 but if you get a 21 after hitting its 2:1. Pretty major flaw if you’re trying to learn how to bet and card count. Also, there should be a way to see your previous streak or two. Only offering “current streak” isn’t super helpful if you mess up before checking your streak..MisterShockVersion: 3.4.0

✓ Great app but charts still have a few errorsGreat app, all working perfectly but there's inconsistenices with the charts. There's only 1 basic strategy chart which is wrong because there are some slight variations between S17 and H17 rules. Also the deviation charts for both S17 and H17 both show to Double A,7 versus 2 (which isn't a deviated play as there's no red number), yet the basic strategy chart says to stand. ✓ Meh3 Stars is probably generous. A few statistical anomalies over hundreds of hands…maybe not enough to confirm anomalies…but probably is…so rounded from 1.75 to 3 stars. The charts and BJ apps readily available so not sure that’s much of a feature. The app does provide real-time count tracking which is useful to cross-reference. Seemingly is designed to teach lessons…not sure I’d recommend for skill development. ✓ No save mid-shoeSince the last update the trainer no longer saves progress when you close the app in the middle of a shoe. ✓ Needs Custom Bank RollOverall I really enjoy this app. The only thing I would love to see is a way to manually enter a starting bank roll. You start with $10,000 but I enjoy using this app to practice managing buy ins and wager sizes that I would typically carry and play with in real life. For me that is anywhere from $150-$500. To get to this starting amount you have to intentionally lose hands and play improper strategy. The problem is that you inevitably will win or Hit 21 when you are in fact actually trying to lose. I have spent upwards of 5 minutes just trying to get my bank roll to the level I want to play at. When you only may have 5-10 minutes at a time to play this can get very annoying very quick. Would be great to the option when resetting your bank roll l, to reset it to a custom amount instead starting at the set amount and then losing it down..CCzuhVersion: 3.4.0

Basically $7 for a chart (free if googled) and a regular blackjack simulator (thousands of free apps out there). ✓ Great training and funIf you’re new to blackjack, you need this app. Learning to play basic rules is key, and this app walks you through any mistake you make. And you can never practice counting too much. If you’re ready to take on the casino, take on the app first and make sure you’re prepared to play perfectly and keep the count perfectly every time. Only thing keeping this from 5 stars is that it keeps crashing. When clicking on the drill it closes. It won’t work until I delete and install again..WornOutShooterVersion: 3.3.3

✓ Great App BUT..I would give this app a 5 star but it bothers me so much how the Discard Tray and Running/Divisor/True Button keep disappearing. If you go in to change any settings in the speed counting practice then they disappear, and to get them back you have to go back to the Home Screen, click on the other training drill, and then go to those settings to display them. Then you have to end that drill, go to the Home Screen, and back into the speed counting practice. This is pretty annoying. I’ll change this rating if you fix this problem..Mantan12Version: 3.3.15
