✓ Okay…I got this game when it was still free. EPIC! I really think that 2 bucks is too much. 1 dollar would be good. Not enough there to pull it off. If you added the ultimate pack in the game without in-app purchasing, it would be worth $1.99. It was great when I started playing, BUT. When I started the Sokenfjord tourney, I made it to the end game. It went to sudden death mode. Then, in sudden death, if me or the opponent scored, it crashed and went to the home screen. ??? ✓ A fun game, but with controls lackingThis is a fun game, and it has an interesting art style. It looks good and runs smoothly. Also the camera view options work very well. The only drawback for me is the controls. Though its easy to your player around, in terms of passing, stealing and checking it often boils down to a simple matter of tapping in the general area and hoping for the best. Its still fun, it just seems to require less skill than it should..Version: 0
✓ Chop Chop Choppy in my 2nd gen iPodI wanted to like this more than I ended up. The framerate is fairly bad and inconsistent on my 2nd gen iPod touch, and this is unfortunate, as it does negatively impact the experience, at least for me. I think with more time with the game, I'll get more used to the controls, but I did find myself trying to move and passing, or trying to shoot on goal and missing by a mile. You also have to be diligent about where you put your finger to start so that you don't end up completely covering the part of the screen you care about when playing. I did find that switching the camera angle to the behind view instead of the side view did help the framerate for me..Version: 0

✓ Less polished than other chop chop gamesControls are responsive but imprecise. The screen sometimes turn blue during gameplay, can't see anything except the game clock. Seems rushed out of the door. I love the other games in the chop chop serie. The best hockey game is stinger table hockey in my opinion. ✓ Pretty funI feel like chop chop has a very good concept with where it's little franchise is going. Thing is I don't think any of their apps can match chop chop ninja so they shouldn't have released it first haha. I feel the games have been getting slightly worse and worse and I feel like they're trying to load too much into the game. However I think that this app isn't bad, it's pretty fun though the controls could use some fine tuning and it was a bit laggy but that could be just my 8gb iPod. ✓ Good game, but very glitchyWhen the game works it is a great game. I've had this game freeze in the middle of a game. I've gotten a blue screen while I can hear the game continuing and the clock expiring. The strangest one was a few minutes ago when I was playing a game and was winning 2-1 as the time was expiring the opposing team scored a goal to tie and the game ended a second later and the message came up "You Lose". Should have gone to sudden death. The point is that there are a ton of bugs in this game. Glad I only spent $1. Don't have much faith in the other "Chop Chop" games..Version: 0

✓ Has major flaws.This is an AWESOME game. That said, it has one crippling flaw; it is very implausible to switch players on defense. That means you can only check or chase a runaway puck with one player instead of 3. Im not going to ask the developers to change the controls; i know its too late for that and i know there is next to no chance of them reading this. Appropriatey, i give this game 3 stars, whereas it would recieve 5 hadnt it this flaw. With that in mind, i recommend one buy this game. ✓ UPDATE!!!!After I beat the tournament I did the final tournament again and I chose the cavemen and it was my first game. In the standings it said instead of the big C for the logo it was a question mark as the logo. So when they were skating around before it started,the team was white. IDK y this happened but afterwards the screen went black and then it just went back to my app page.I tried it again and it said loading and did the same thing again. So UPDATE so I'll be able to play this awesome game again.I would've rated it 5 stars if didn't happen. It happened to my iPod touch 4th generation too. FIX THIS PLZ. Thanks..Version: 1.4

✓ LazyControls are horrid. The AI is a joke. A harder AI would be awesome but they were too lazy to program a decent AI and just make the opposing goalie a brick wall and your goalie made of wet toilet paper instead of a skilled opposing team. Every shot they take goes in and you could shoot 100 times on 1 timers (if you can actually get the controls to respond in time) and the goalie just stops it all. Game had the chance to be great but laziness and poor responsive controls ruin this. Slow the game speed down a bit, make the controls better and develop a smarter AI not just a cheating one and I might consider playing again..Version: 1.4

✓ Controls unfortunately hinder the gameI, myself, am a HUGE hockey fan and love to see any app/game hockey related enter the App Store. With that said, the hockey fan in me forces my expectations to be a bit high. I thought 2K Sports set the bar high with NHL 2K11, but this is NOT that type of game. Chop Chop Hockey has that nostalgic feel of the 90's arcade hockey games (NHL Open Ice, Wayne Gretzky 3D Hockey, etc.) and it's just as fun as times. Unfortunately it seems as if there was about 5 minutes worth of effort put into the game controls. Instead of sticking with what's proven to work on the iPhone with the small d-pad on the bottom left, the entire screen is essentially the d-pad. The problem with this is that you have to move your finger over the entire screen to control the player and 75% of the time you can't see what you're doing cause your fingers in the way. Not only that but the shoot and pass controls work half the time. 50% of the time you'll pass when you meant to shoot and vice versa. Switching players is also sluggish. If Gamerizon can smooth out the controls and make them stable, this game will be worth the $0.99 download price. Unfortunately it would seem this is a limited time price tag and I can't say I'd recommend it to anyone at a higher price..Version: 0
