Good but could be betterHave been using this app for about ten days. It's good, but doesn't allow the user to select a particular exercise and review it before starting the workout. I do like setting up a custom routine and the reminder. Too early to talk about results, but it does work the arm muscles..Version: 3.0

FantasticLove this ap. Never left an ap review before but had to for this. Clear visual instructions to ensure you are doing the exercises right. THE best arm workout app ladies!This is a brilliant app. Just what I was looking for! Got a bit tired of finding ones aimed at men. This one has 30 different arm exercises, with and without weights. They have 3 set workouts featuring 10 exercises to do over your choice of three timescales. I upgraded to the paid app as you can choose your favourites and create a total of three custom sets and depending on how much time you have, do the whole set over 5, 8 or 10 minutes. Just perfect and if you don't have weights, grab a couple of cans or bottles! No excuse! My arms are a warm glow after my custom set! I use 2kg and 4kg weights depending on the exercise as some are a little hard to lift a 4kg weight above my head for 30 seconds, but that's just me. Give me a few weeks! Shapely arms and a strappy dress by Christmas at this rate. Thank you developer. A few extra exercises in a future update would be appreciated :-).Version: 4.00

More challenging than it looksI have been working out with the Bowflex revolution for several years at the intermediate level. This program worked some muscle groups that I had apparently been missing. This program is a good one to use as a variation of or an addition to your other weight lifting programs. Great app - it works!Got this app after using the abs one. This uses the same principle - a workout in just 5 minutes. Because this needs so little time, it's super easy to fit into the day - and yet it's still effective (well, it is for me...I'm starting back into exercise after a long break, so I'm basically totally out of shape). I started with the free version, but have now upgrade to the paid app (no ads + it's well worth 69p!). My advice - get it!.Version: 3.0

Improvements could include a timer for rest between exercises as well as some sort of indication of how many reps per minute are expected at, say, beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Perfect!I have been using this app for about a year now. I love that is updates every so often with new exercises. Its very simple and effective. I would recommend getting some good varied hand weights to compliment the work out. I have had very good results with this use. So I could preview it, without having it take 5 mins or sometimes if I have an injury I need to skip one for the day and their is no way to this. I don't enjoy weight training but this encourages me to do it each day because it takes the thought out of it, just grab your weights and follow along!
