Workout review!!!I have a background in fitness, having been a certified personal trainer and a reviewer of exercise videos for decades now and i only looked at the first level the workout video - what a blast!!!!!! This is not time consuming, not complicated and can be executed with little to no difficulty. Great home workoutThis is an excellent app for people who prefer not to exercise outside of the home or if it's raining and you need to get a good calorie/fat burning workout without getting wet! I am a runner and even I find this workout challenging sometimes. It's also great combined with the other apps from this same company ie arm workout/leg workout/ab workout for interval training which is the best form of exercise for supporting your metabolism for longer, thus fat burning if you are unfit or very overweight just take it slowly. I read a review of someone on here who had been doing it a few days and had chest pains around her heart. She probably hasn't gradually worked her fitness levels up therefore has overdone it and this could possibly just be a muscle strain but take it easy. This fits!This for me has been a real discovery. AlrightThis is a pretty good app for those with little time and don't want to spend money on a gym membership. I really dislike that the workouts are just the girl doing the exercise ONCE and then it replaying it over and over for 30 seconds. It's a pretty good tape splice but I could tell. Great WorkoutI'm 2 years passed a bad broken ankle/dislocation and crushed foot. After being laid up and recovering for two years I want to get back to exercising.
