✓ Show how to make stewGrab fresh water ( from the top bowl next to the waterfall ) grab a rock next to the stairs (the fat one thats short)and your villiger will put it in the fire and wait until it is red then grab it and they will put it under the couldron of fresh water ( must be filled first ) and then grab the three differ herbs ( the red one close to the mausolium, the yellow one that you see in the little ditch next to the stairs of the research place the rocky one and last the white one thats almost under the stairs the short fat one and next to the rocks ) then once theyre all on the table drag a villiger to the cooking area and their action will be cooking and the pot will steam but heat up another rock as it will eventually get cold ( when there is no more steam ) then put that rock in again and just let it do its thing. ✓ Good gameThis game is amazing I spend so much time playing but, there's a couple thing that really bug me. 1. I stopped playing for a few hours and 2 of my people died everyone was starving and my stream wasn't flowing. 2. The stream should stay flowing once you have cleared all the debris. I like the fact it's realistic and can get clogged again but if I have to play non-stop than I won't be able to play the game. 3. The last thing this game is to confusing, if I didn't cheat by looking on the internet I would not be where I am now. Example: how is anyone supposed to know that only an almost master scientist and builder can place the keystone for the river..VixosityVersion: 1.0.2

✓ WAS fun until.....I had a lot of fun playing this game. I got pretty far with 42 villagers, cured the tree and was focusing on getting all the achievements...until this morning when I opened the game, it loaded no problem but I had closed it to check my email. ✓ Good game but....It is a very fun game but when you reach your max population of 9 people, it makes you buy the full version to be able to increase it. Now I did buy the full version but sadly I have to recreate another tribe on the full version, your cant cross your tribes over. This made me really irritated as I am quite deep into the free game and don't want to restart. ✓ Cute but....Stuck at 35 villagers... No more huts, got clothing and school. All my villagers 'grew up' so had to wait for old age to take some... In older versions you could brew a stew to kill off some islanders. Also not getting collection items, on the rare occasion i get something for the kids to collect its always mushrooms or duplicates of items already collected. I don't need mushrooms so often now as have over 20k food! I read a tip that you can get more villagers after you 'tech up' or complete collections. My tech is really slow to grow - no building or anything left to do An how can i complete a collection if the pieces don't appear. Add to this all my villagers have to do is lie around... All cloth, tools, soap are full, everyone is healthy and I'm back to 35 people and waiting for death to take some before the little ones grow up. So its more than a bit tedious now... A few more days like this and i will just delete it as there is nothing left to do without tech points and the missing artefacts... Boredom is fast taking over this game.HexxKittenVersion: 1.0.2

✓ Cannot buy full version, and game lost all my progressThe game on free version only supports a tribe size of less than 8 people. To have more you must upgrade, and buy the full version. When trying to upgrade to full version, it says click here for full version, but the website it takes you to does not exist. Since you cannot play for more than a few days, with the free version of the game, and since we lose all our game progress, after a long time to play to get to this point, this game is not worth downloading, and taking up space on My Cloud. ✓ Screen view is not compatible to iPadsI downloaded each village game and promptly deleted all (except this one, in order to write a review). When I had these games on my phone, the 'island' size was in great relation to the phone. Now, the 'island' size is way too big and it's impossible to drag the villager anywhere. The game caps your population at 9 people but there is a puzzle, (quite far into the game), that requires at least 20 people. ✓ Great concept with annoying flawsI remember playing the first virtual villagers on a palm pilot I think, fun game though difficult when I was that age. I was happy when I found out the games were for iOS, so I quickly got the free versions of all of them. And though every game is fun and unique in its own ways, they all suffer from the same stupid flaws (not sure about the 5th one as I haven't played it yet) 1) no zoom? You'd think a touch-based port of a game would support multi touch... 2) pop limits? Hey I understand you gotta make money, but tech costs are already large, and they are in-app payments, pop limits are just annoying and don't make me want to buy the game. 3) random resets? Fr too often my game randomly gets reset, and obviously this is annoying. 4) babysitting? And no, I don't mean taking care of babies. I mean having to watch over every villager to make sure they don't get distracted, or even to make sure they correctly "learn" how to do a thing, like pick fruit or pick debris. Why can't I just drop them on the fruit tree and trust that they aren't so stupid so as to not know how to pick a blackberry? If I drop a villager on a blackberry bush, if he's to learn, why not make him fail, and then try again automatically? Having him get distracted afterwards is just extremely annoying and is just a stupid game mechanic. I know this is an old game and probably lays on deaf ears, but at least any new comers to the game will have something to expect..PervasiveVersion: 1.0.2
