ScaryYeah the voice is actually pretty creepy and annoying to the point where it just stresses me out even more. Can't stand it! But may be good for other people..Version: 10.4

PRI like this meditation voices perfect her delivery like for to be a little longer like maybe 10 minutes.Version: 12.1

Beeping in the backgroundI wanted to relax to the sound of rain since I live in an area that hasn't seen any for months. I turned the voice down very low and the rain sound up high. I couldn't relax because I heard a beep every 7-8 seconds. It was a quiet beep. Quiet enough I thought my husband was playing a video game in the other room, but upon checking, he wasn't. I went back to my meditation only to realize the beep was coming from this app. Also there is a pause in the rain (as though it's on a loop) that is slightly distracting. I will enjoy this app very much if those two problems are fixed. The intent of this app is very good..Version: 1.0

Guided meditationsFlawed by disorganised instructions. Meditation requires a systematic approach, but, in this app, the female voice mixes body scan instructions (in no particular order), with breathing instructions (also mixed up). This "butter flying around" is not helpful to bringing order to a busy, ruminating mind. There are much better apps (my own preference are those by Andrew Johnson)..Version: 11.2

Wrong directionI enjoyed the speakers relaxing voice. However her technique did not help me relax. I feel that she encouraged me to keep focusing on the negative thoughts and pressure, rather than just observing them and letting them go. Ideally, she would instruct us to return our focus to the breathing and let go of the “pressure” (or just ignore it and let it be). Otherwise, if one continues to FEEL the pressure, it will bring more energy to the pressure (instead of drawing energy and attention AWAY from it). I am not suggesting one should suppress the pressure feelings, but we should not give it that much attention either. Returning to the breath is ideal. (as per Deepak Chopra and other wise meditators).Version: 11.2

DisappointedThe study break is great, but the stress relief meditation actually made my anxiety worse by heightening my awareness of my anxiety and doing nothing to release tension. Super disappointing and frustrating..Version: 10.4

FakeThe voice of the person doing the guided meditation sounds disconnected. Abrupt pauses punctuate the dialogue, giving it the feeling of someone reading from a script. Crosses the line from meditation to new age bs about you being able to do whatever you put your mind to. I realize this is a purely subjective impression, but I get the sense that the person leading the meditation has never actually meditated before. Finally, the app has ads within it for their other apps, which are distracting and have no place in any paid app, let alone a meditation app..Version: 10.4

VoiceI did not find the woman's voice relaxing.. Way better apps out there then this one.. Ended up turning it off part way through..Version: 10.4

Why did you change the voice & text?This was my go to relaxation app. It WAS the best!! The voice tone and text were absolutely the best for immediate relief. (….”simply be”vs current text) Now in 2021, they have changed the text…adding different words which are NOT relaxing, and while the voiceover person is the same, her voice tone and relaxing pitch are no longer the same. Why did you ruin a great thing!!! Please return the original..Version: 12.1

Did not like itI didn't like that you have to have earphones to listen to this. I also don't like having to listen to the voice over top of the music/sound when you just want to listen to the streamlet the musical or whatever..Version: 10.4

Used to be my favorite appWow, whatever the developers did to this app is awful. I first downloaded it years ago when it was called “simply being” and it was so nice and simple! You were able to choose how long you wanted the meditations to be, and the “script” was simple and relaxing. There are only two options now and I don’t like the new script. I would have paid for the old version. I wish I could find the old mediations that were here before :/ I can’t even use this version..Version: 12.4

TerribleThis is the worst guided meditation I've heard. Bad audio and the purpose is to release pressure, not continually be reminded of it.Version: 11.2

I dont know why I botherHonestly, I get more relaxed shooting up herione. All of the meditation things are so stupid, they sounds like whales orgasming of birds being attacked by bigger birds. A waste of money is what this app is. Thank you for coming to my TedX Talk..Version: 12.1
