✓ Poor AIGraphics are good and I like that stats are kept. Downfall however is the computer AI. You could be losing to the other three players and they will still sock it to you every chance they get instead of trying to get the leader. Basically, it is a continuous game of 1 vs. 3. Your only hope in offline mode is to shoot the moon if you want to win. All in all though, a very slick game of Hearts with decent graphics. It is fun... Until you get sick of being badgered by the computer players as they rapidly push you to 100 with illogical play..Version: 1.0.1
✓ Issues resolved...I had issues (download problem; Remove Ads on multiple devices) integrating the new Hearts App on iOS 11 systems devices. Concrete Software support was quick to respond and resolve these issues. Kudos! As to the game itself, it is excellent. One of the best..Version: 2.1.5

✓ HeartsI don't mind at all to write reviews on these apps but there are so many hoops to jump through to do it! I have always wondered the correct way to play hearts and this app does it. When you play on easy mode it coaches you through the game helps to make the fundamentals stick. I don't like you can't start a new game when you feel like it, you have to play each game through. All in all this is the app you want for this game..Version: 1.0.6

✓ Shockingly UnderratedAfter trying most of the Hearts card games in the App Store, Aces Hearts ended up being my favorite and the one I've been enjoying for years now. It has the smoothest animation, game flow and by far the best designed controls of all the Hearts games I've tried. It's the only one that offers the exact card animation speed that I prefer. Also,you can tap to skip animations when you want to speed things up. No other game I tried can do that. The UX is so nice, most other Hearts games feel amateurish by comparison. Also, I haven't had any login or other technical problems in years. I came here to leave a 5-star review in appreciation and was shocked to find I had left a harsh 2-star review many years ago and forgot about it. The two highlighted Store reviews are out-of-date (one of them is 4 years old). Yes, the game engine could be improved in a couple places—such as opponents giving up their high hearts too quickly on the hardest mode when it should be obvious you're making a run to shoot the moon. For me, the next hardest mode below that can often be harder to beat. None of the games I've tried have been perfect when it comes to emulating human players of various skill levels. Nevertheless, Aces Hearts is one of the best..Version: 2.1.7

✓ Awesome version of HeartsSmooth game play. Great UI. Fun way to get your hearts fix. Only complaint, the AI is a bit weak. When you play at the hardest level, the game seems to "cheat" to up your difficulty level. Also, don't bother with the hints unless you are a beginner learning basic strategy and gameplay. I've pressed the hint button out of curiosity many times, and it gives advice that can be just plain bad under the given conditions (e.g., you have 7 clubs and your jack is the highest one remaining after taking trick one with your ace... It will often suggest that you lead your jack of clubs instead of your low clubs on trick two!!!). And the computer players seem to play in a manner consistent with the hints. So the hints give you an idea of the level of the AI. Also, when one of the computer players is trying to shoot the moon, and you can't do anything about it, don't expect one of the other computer players to do anything about it. Still, I find it to be a lot of fun and I recommend the game. You might want to just get the ad-free version. The invitation to remove ads is much more annoying than the ads themselves..Version: 1.0.1

✓ Love the game - Hate the reminders to upgradeI would rate it a five stars if it wasn't for the constant reminders to upgrade to ad free version. The ads scrolling on top of the screen aren't really intrusive, but in between each hand a full screen ad is displayed asking if I am tired of the ads and ready to switch to ad free version. ✓ Best Characters and Animation Ever!I’m not sure if this developer has abandoned this version of Hearts but it was the best animation of characters! ✓ Excellent!Play is smooth and fast! (I detest card games where you have to drag each card to place it in the exact spot you want. In this app you can simply flick the card. The one problem is that on the phone screen I sometimes try to select one card and the card next to it flicks instead. Ouch! Especially when I am trying NOT to play the Q of Spades!!! The game is designed to teach as it does not allow you to play the wrong suit. What I would like improved is better card discrimination and options such as not having to lead with the 2 of Spades. I'd also like more card games by this developer. There are too many lame card games out there. This is app is NOT one of those..Version: 1.0.1
