✓ Great Magazine - Terrible App SupportLove the magazine, well written and full of interesting features and tips. Shame the same cannot be said about the app. I shouldn't have to reinstall it every time a new issue is released. It might seem more convenient than buying the hard copy but at least you can read it every time you pick it up!.Version: 3.8.1
✓ UselessI purchased Ultimate Nikon handbook via this app. Later following an update alert, I updated and since then their store displays "No Products Found" message and when I tried to access my purchased copy, their Library is empty. Following the advise from their customer service, I deleted and reinstalled the app, and tried to restore my purchase. It was of NO USE and still I face this issue, without any response from the seller of this app. Useless app and worst service ever from a seller through App Store..Version: 3.2.1
✓ Way Too Expensive!!!!!My gosh! $65 for digital subscription! $7 per copy!? I find the content pretty good but I can get hard copies of similar subscriptions for less than $20. I have several digital subscriptions to magazines and none more than $25 and those are luxuries. Come up with a reasonable price and Ill join in but no way @$65!!!!.Version: 2.2.5

✓ Great mag terrible appThe magazine is great but the app is terrible! File sizes are huge and so slow to download. The app foes not allow for background downloading nor can you read an episode while it downloads. The downloads frequently time out or become corrupted which requires a reinstall of the whole app and necessitates restarting the horrendous download process again. Customer support gives only automated replies. I now have editions that I have paid for and can not read as I can't download a full magazine. Avoid this app..Version: 3.6

✓ Great AppI really like this app. I love the print version of the magazine also. I only wish the app was better at scaling the content for a small screen. ✓ Good magazine horrible appThe app crashes all the time and you have to start re-downloading magazines from scratch. Only advice from customer support is to delete and reinstall the app, this dies not work and deletes any of the magazines that you have already spent hours downloading because the file sizes are huge! ✓ Great magazine, ridiculous priceThis is a fantastic magazine for Nikon photographers. Filled with great tips and informative articles. Unfortunately the ridiculously-expensive subscription cost of $65 is the downfall of this publication. ✓ Great mag but rubbish newsstandThis is a great mag but is so hard to read on an iPad. I have taken a printed subscription which is actually cheaper with the multiple deals they keep offering. ✓ Layout Needs Work and Subscription Cost to HighI was very excited about this digital magazine and the promo sounded great. After purchasing a 90-day subscription (wished I had purchased the 1 now) and downloading the first issue I was disappointed with the layout. I have to zoom in to read the articles. The layout puts to much content on each page. If they would have up and down scrolling like Popular Photography does and enlarge the fonts this could be a great application. My other issue with this application is the subscription cost. This is way to expensive for a digital magazine! Fix these issues please and by all means lower the subscription cost!.Version: 1.0

✓ Useless AppFuture/N Photo produces great content for paper version mags but there e version for iPad and iPhone are useless. You cannot read the mag on your phone/ipad without enlarging the text and then having to scroll around the screen to see everything (not user friendly). What was a gear story/article becomes dull and boring. Come on Future it's time you created an app across all your mags that is worthy of your publications. ✓ At last a camera magazine that tells you what you need to know.I've owned Nikon cameras for 35 years and finally found a magazine that deals with my cameras and how to use them better. First introduced to the print version but this is so much easier to carry around and access at any time that I want. What's more it's technically first rate. Problem with ios8 is that it keeps crashing and closing down when I try to read my magazine. Advice from support is to delete and reinstall my subscription every time it happens. Not good enough. ✓ N-Photo Magazine e-versionI've been reading this mag for about 8 months and find the content fabulous. Due to the delay in obtaining the real mag from news agents here in Oz, I've just subscribed to the e-version for my iPad. The 1st thing I went to do was watch the movie on the iPad version. Sadly, I'm not getting sound so either I'm doing something wrong or it won't work on my iPad which is a mk1. Could this be the case? I see others give feedback re the download speed. ✓ Expensive, slow, problematic, continued problems Feb 2014This app still just keeps on getting worse... Issues take ages to load most pages are often blurry until they 'focus'! Lately this app keeps giving me the blue dot notification for a new issue yet there is nothing and all issues are read. Secondly, 4.99 for what essentially is just a PDF still irritates me, you get a glossy mag and often a cd for the same price in store??? The publisher clearly is motivated by greed. A digital copy should be considerably cheaper than it's paper counterpart. The issues are often mega slow to download, almost painful and we have 100mb fibre optic broadband?? As the title says.. Expensive slow and very problematic! Customer service is non existent so I wouldn't bother wasting your time or chasing refunds.. ✓ Great magazine but unusable on iPad miniUnlike Future'ss other iPad magazines, this is just a copy of the print magazine. When viewed on an iPad Mini, the text is too small - zooming around completely kills the fun of reading it so I unsubscribed. Might be fine on a Retina iPad but no good on an iPad mini. ✓ Frustrating downloadsI wish I had purchased this magazine on another platform rather than this app. Like many other people here, I have been frustrated by the download process. The downloads are slow and often get stuck as ‘queued’. You have to keep refreshing the purchase to get the download to start again. Don’t let your iPad fall asleep during a download -as others have pointed out - because it often causes the download to revert to ‘queued’ where it seems to get stuck until you refresh the purchase. ✓ Download speedThe mag is grate but the download process and functionality of this app is poor. Downloading a mag over unrestricted wifi or 3G takes an appalling length of time (+6 hours), and the download restarts if you transition from wifi to 3G or visa versa. Additionally you need to keep the device active for the download to continue (don't let the device sleep). Furthermore, when a download is interrupted the app experiences an unresolvable download error and the download cannot be recommended, instead you need to go through the restore process, how long do you think it will take to download multiple editions when this occurs? Needs to be fixed..Version: 3.1.4
