✓ LoveI really enjoy these puzzles! The only thing I wish it had was a “wish list” in the store. I’m always saving up points for new packs but I find it annoying that I have to keep searching through all the packs to find the ones I like! ✓ Update problemI love all the jigsaws especially the highly coloured complex patterned ones and the hand painted ones. I am really upset with a recent update I did which completely ruined the way the jigsaw pieces are spread, now they are spread too widely. Also all the puzzles I had completed disappeared and I had to start again from the beginning. The update was supposed to help instead it ruined everything..Version: 3.16.0

✓ Annoying messageWhen I try an load one of my puzzles I get a pop up screen saying “Thanks for installing and playing castle solitaire". There is no way to close this screen without exiting the game and starting again. The last time it happened even exiting the game didn't help. I pay to have no adverts but don't mind the initial ones that I can easily close. This last one is annoying though..Version: 2022.6.1

✓ Very good puzzle app but…I have been playing this on and off for a few years and it’s an excellent puzzle app. It has all the features you could want and the ability to change the number of pieces. I purchased a lovely famous painting pack and sometimes do the free puzzle if it looks nice. Unfortunately, it now seems that you have to watch yet another boring ad if you just leave the room for a couple of minutes and the iPad goes to Lock Screen and this to continue a bought puzzle. £14 to stop ads seems extortionate to me (yes you get a couple of puzzle packs which are not to my taste - so not good value) Shame as it was better previously..Version: 2021.9.2

✓ Jigsaw PuzzlesI'll add my thoughts....I love jigsaw puzzles. The only problem in our house is that the hubby doesn't like to see the card table sitting out. This game takes care of that. I have had a great time getting into the swing of things....getting faster now though. Since I just upgraded I play the sound of waves and it is very relaxing. I love flowers and the color green so I make sure to have those puzzles to work on. I give this app an A plus. One more thing....I really enjoy using my own photos in a puzzle. I recently asked about sizing photos while using my own photos. My question was answered promptly and I really appreciate that. I really really love this app. So relaxing! Update: 11/17. I really appreciate this app going back to letting the player decide when to add the rest of the pieces after placing the edge pieces in the puzzle. I didn't appreciate it when one of the updates automatically added them after completing the edge pieces. Over all, I have spent many many hours of fun and relaxation with this app. By far the best of several I have tried. I have purchased a lot of puzzles but have had special enjoyment completing puzzles from my own pictures. I give this app A+. Update: December 4, 2017. I don't appreciate the newest upgrade where an instantaneous flash occurs when the correct piece is added. It is definitely annoying. I'd like to turn it off..Version: 3.11.1

✓ Please HELP!!I have had this app for many years and absolutely love it. It is my go to place to destress. From time to time there are glitches that are usually quickly repaired. The first thing I do every morning is download my free ‘puzzle of the day’ to work on then, or later in the day, whether I care for the subject or not, I complete every single one. Bing a senior citizen, it is so good for me and keeps my mind active. I love it! That said, I purchased a puzzle pack last month, only to find I had already had that puzzle pack in my inventory, for quite some time. I didn’t remember it as I have purchased so many over the years. At the time of purchase of AMERICANA WINTER, it did not remind me that I already had that puzzle pack, which they have done in the past, but when it downloaded in my game, it appeared, already checked as completed, yet I was still charged the 1.99 plus tax. The charge just showed up on my credit card, this month. How can this be rectified? I am now hesitant to make any additional purchases. Being a senior citizen, my financial resources are limited and can’t afford to pay twice. Thank you for your help..Version: 2020.12.0

✓ JigsawBrilliant, prepare to lose hours of your life 😝 However, I really really don’t like the stuff like the monopoly theme coming up all the time and having to get rid of what seems like endless challenge/bonus/reward thingies before being able to do a puzzle, please bring back the good old days of just being able to open the app and do a puzzle ... or at least put something in the settings whereby we can turn it off, please. Also, while I’m here, what is the point of being able to earn coins to purchase puzzle packs when we’re only given the choice of about half a dozen naff picture packs to choose from? Can you not put much more choice of packs in there, even if they are only available for a limited time or something, you could vary the ones available. ✓ Jigsaw puzzleThis is the best game ever because you can make a puzzle that has a picture of you or a friend on or any other picture you have in your gallery or you could also build a puzzle that you chose from the actual game and on any type of puzzle you make, at the beginning you can decide how many pieces you want. I usually pick a small amount but not that small like 4 pieces I'm talking about like 16 or 25 there not too easy but not too hard either. If your good at it then the highest amount is 400 pieces so you can choose 400 pieces if you are good at it you can do that many if you've just started then you can pick the same amount as me..Version: 3.13.1

✓ Changes! Not All Are Good!Have been with this app for years and have loved it. Have spent MUCHO dinero buying puzzles and have many of those yet to complete. Really truly love this app. Until now. The change where the playing surface narrowed down to just narrow strip and the outside edges (about width of two pieces playing at 169 pieces) are entirely unusable!! This totally changes how I can work my pieces. I need to be able to have a surface large enough to lay lay out a grid. I make the puzzle small enough to lay out about six pieces wide and about 10 to 12pieces tall. The current status has no surface area large enough. Just being able to slide the puzzle table around and use the larger spaces to lay out the pieces is enough for me to see a “like” group of piece. The sorting trays don’t give opportunity to spread out. Could go on and on. Please, just bring back a larger and more flexible playing surface. I have many puzzles I have invested in already waiting to be played. While I am waiting I found another puzzle app that has a large enough surface area, and a couple of nice other features too, but it isn’t the one I want. Please fix this problem soon. ✓ Puzzles on the goAs a traveller, this is a great way of being able to do a puzzle while travelling. I don’t loose pieces and just love the border bits being available. Would love the ability to have “trays” to assist in sorting as there isn’t enough room to have single pieces out. A magnifying glass would be helpful too. One negative, however, is that even after buying the upgrade you still get daily annoying ads (called pop ups by the developer) seeking to sell you puzzle packs whether you want to or not. Not a good outcome after spending $7.99 for the app. Overall though thanks for a great app..Version: 3.11.3

✓ Absorbing puzzlesI very much enjoy doing these puzzles and look forward to downloading a new one every day. I like the way the puzzle is organised and being able to see the picture at the same time as doing the puzzle. I appreciate the titles but I am very disappointed that they are now given when the puzzle is finished. When I do a puzzle I like to know where a place is, or the name of the creature. I used to research for additional information and it made the puzzle more meaningful. You appear to have stopped showing photos of places on the Free daily puzzles and I miss that. I also like earning points to enable me to get additional puzzles. My only disappointment is that the advertisements seem longer than they used to be. As a full time Carer for my husband I rarely get a chance to spend more than 5 or 10 mins. at a time to work on a puzzle and the time taken in advertisements means I don’t attempt them when time is short. Sometimes I can’t get out of the advertisement and back to the puzzle and have to go through the whole process again. ✓ King of the hill! UPDATED Nov 2021If you want a crossword puzzle, you MUST try this one! I suspect you'll look no further. Fantastic game with a lot of great features. The ability to hide all but the border pieces is very useful, as is the ability to move all the remaining pieces outside of the border with one touch. It has pretty much every feature I can imagine I’d want. Multiple trays allow me to aggregate related pieces in separate trays, particularly helpful with smaller screens and/or larger puzzles. I’ve found no need purchase puzzle subscriptions. There is a daily free puzzle that you can start as many times as you like, as long as you do it when the puzzle is current - you don’t have to finish it on the same day. When I come across one I particularly like, I start multiple versions at different sizes. They sell puzzle packs at very reasonable prices, and always have something on sale. You can also buy puzzle packs for points that you collect. Finally, you can even import photos to create your own puzzles. This is the BEST JIGSAW PUZZLE I’ve seen for iOS, without a doubt, and I’ve tried at least a dozen others..Version: 2021.11.1

✓ DowngradeI was enjoying this game until the last upgrade. There used to be multiple sorting trays, up to four, so you could sort the edge pieces by side, for example, or sort the pieces by colour, etc., or vegetation vs rock vs water, which is how I do physical jigsaw puzzles. Deciding a sorting strategy is part of the fun of doing a jigsaw. The latest "upgrade" removed that feature and replaced it with a useless single tray. If other people didn't like multiple trays they should have made it optional to remove the trays, not changed how the trays worked. Personally I feel they've dropped one of the best features of the game and made it less appealing in the process. Now I have unfinished puzzle packs and little motivation to complete them. I hope they restore the multiple tray option do I can once again enjoy this otherwise great game..Version: 2020.11.2

✓ Almost perfect!I’ve played 6 different puzzle apps and this one is Almost the best!There are so many beautiful and fun pictures and categories to choose from. Lots of free puzzles! I paid for the full version and have purchased one puzzle pack just because I loved all the pictures in it. There are a few more that I will buy once I complete this one. You can also download more backgrounds for free! I Love the picture preview! You can leave it on so that you can see it while working the puzzle and it is resizable and can be moved all around the playing area!! Most puzzle apps don’t do that. The only thing that this is lacking is having a tray for your puzzle pieces. There are times when I don’t want the pieces scattered. I would rather take pieces out one at a time from a scrolling tray and sort them that way like some other apps have but also still have the option to move out all pieces if you want to. A scrolling tray would make this app absolutely perfect!!! As far as how the app works, it’s great! I haven’t had any problems with glitches or things not working correctly like some of the other reviews. Please developers, make a scrolling tray to keep pieces in 🙏🏼....that would make your App the Very Best!! I would pay even more if you could keep everything else the same and add this feature!!! ✓ A good app with some flawsI never thought I’d like jigsaw puzzles, but I’m enjoying this game. I like the number and range of free puzzles available and the way the player can gradually increase the number of pieces in each puzzle. I paid for the ad free version, however, only to still be bombarded by ads for puzzle packs. Ad free should mean free of any ads, including in house ones. But it’s not a big problem. Also there’s not a lot of space for sorting out the pieces, which can be a bit of a pain during the opening phases of solving a puzzle. But overall it is a pretty good way to kill time..Version: 3.11.3

✓ Great jigsaw AppYes, I’m addicted also and have been playing for a few years now. This is a gaming app that helps me de-stress on the whole. I’d definitely recommend to others. I personally like the click sounds when pieces are in correct place. Also playing with the highest number of pieces adds to a long challenge which I do over a few evenings. A Free daily jigsaws is available to do on the day or accept to play and basically bank for another day once downloaded as there’s a file for games currently in progress. Lots of playing backgrounds to chose from. It’s possible to zoom in and make piece sizes to your choice. Only negatives for me: there’s an advert banded at the bottom of the screen which I often accidentally catch. I then have to endure the frustrating feeling of tapping to cancel in order to get back to the game I was playing. The other is the game drains my iPad battery rather quickly even when plugged in to charge throughout play. And colour changes from when a playing piece is correctly placed, for example a bright red becomes darker or a white greys in hue. Doesn’t help when selecting pieces!.Version: 2019.9.0

✓ ImprovementI want to update my earlier review because there have been some significant changes (some good/some bad). Most importantly praise is warranted because the puzzle hardly ever crashes anymore -- thank you! Some things I'm not so happy about are the following: (1) Trays are useless and take up valuable board space; (2) there are 2 puzzle packs that I do not want (taking up valuable data space) that have been placed in my puzzles. I cannot delete them. I will never use them and I would like to remove them. Please tell me how. (3) I want to do puzzles at my pace when I have the time. I don't want the annoying messages that tell me how many puzzles I have completed or that I need to complete more, etc. Just please allow me to utilize the game the way I want to. Maybe this is as a result of the upgrade to get rid of ads, not sure. Had I known I would be assaulted with all these messages after every puzzle completion, I would never have upgraded. The game should have a feature to turn off all annoying messages. Thank you for listening! love this puzzle app when it works. The problem is that it constantly crashes and freezes, and sometimes the screen just goes black (but ad at bottom still plays lol). ✓ Super RelaxingI truly dislike leaving reviews. I have been doing these puzzles for several years. I finally decided to leave my thoughts about this app. I love it! The app itself is easy to maneuver through. I love hat you can make a puzzle simple enough for a 3 year old or challenging enough for your veteran puzzler. I love that you can turn the ability to rotate the pieces on and off. Sometimes I only have 10 or 15 minutes to do a puzzle so I keep it fairly simple. It helps my brain relax, so I continue on with my busy, hectic day. I'm OCD, so I have to be able to finish a puzzle before I leave. The pictures are awesome. I don't like spending money in apps, but I have in this one. I can't buy a hands on puzzle for 1.99, much less get 30 that I can actually do hundreds, if not thousands of ways. I can also use my own pictures too. What I don't love about the app is that there are so many pop ups for "Sales". I generally don't buy those. I go through the store and choose the ones that I want. The only other thing that I can think of is the backgrounds. I think there needs to be more neutral, calm backgrounds, or tables. I can only use a couple, the neon, or bright red ones make it so I can't even see the puzzles. That's not a big deal, just an opinion. I'm sure they work for others out there, just not me. Sometimes the lack of actual manipulation is annoying but it is really good to be able to put it down and pick it up later from just where u left it. ✓ I Love it but....I’ve been enjoying this app for almost a year now & I love it. When I first started using it, i noticed that when I was doing a puzzle it would suddenly & randomly switch to an advert, I’d press back to the puzzle but it would immediately switch to another advert. It did this quite often for a while... didn’t stop me enjoying my puzzle but was bloody annoying. It was fixed because it hasn’t happened for months & months until now.... it’s bloody annoying as I’ve pressed back to the puzzle about 30 bloody times but it still keeps swiping to a bloody advert... usually a betting ad. I’m sure they’ll fix it again. But in the mean time this is still a great puzzle app & i do a puzzle everyday at least.Version: 3.16.0

✓ Great app However....I have had this app for ages. I love it mostly, can literally play or not play. I am however sure that some of the packs I’ve paid for are missing. I’m sure I had more than 6 or 7 but that isn’t even my issue. You have recently updated the app so that you earn these coin things which you can use instead of paying for packs and you can either buy the coins or earn them by playing. Again I think that is great, however I’ve completed a few puzzles where it says for completing I’ll get coins, only I haven’t actually had any. It made me think I would play it a bit more but as don’t get the coins don’t see why just carry on as before. 😢.Version: 3.16.0

✓ Great Jigsaw Puzzle AppI have been using this app for years and have never tired of it. If you wait for sales, you can pick up packs of your preferred puzzles at low cost. You keep them forever so over time you can build up a great library. You can add variety by selecting rotating pieces and complexity by increasing the number of pieces. The program opens with an ad for sale puzzles, but you are not bothered by ads during your game. What’s not to love? If you like jigsaw puzzles, you will love this app. Addition on 1/3/24: in December for the very first time, I was trying to buy a set of puzzles and somehow could not get out of a cycle in which a game was offered but with no way to decline. I tried rebooting but the annoying ad kept showing up. It almost froze me out. I finally thought I had solved the bizarre problem when it suddenly returned. I ended up getting the game advertised even though I don’t want it. Now I cannot get back to puzzles any which way I always end back at the new game. I am furious. For years I have lived for your puzzles and now I cannot access them! HELP!.Version: 2023.11.2

✓ Why spoil things?1.)It seriously annoys me when a game that I’ve paid for gets changed without allowing me the option of keeping the old version. The new single tray is not as good as the previous 4 trays. The colour is not as good, and there’s no way to change it. I also can’t see how you can empty the tray. Where has the empty button gone? Please revert back to the old style trays (and colour), or give me the option of choosing. The main option bar when doing a puzzle, was also better as it was. 2.)Also , I paid to have ads removed and you are putting them back in by stealth; I’m constantly having to click through things to get rid of them. If I wanted to watch ads, sorry, ‘reward chests’, I wouldn’t have bothered to upgrade. 3.)There is no point in collecting coins because there are now so few puzzle packs to spend them on. Yes, I know there is a so-called treasure chest, but it’s not my idea of treasure! I used to love getting freebies and played more puzzles in order to collect coins..Version: 2020.11.2

✓ Good appNice app and it works well once it's loaded but it can take so long to load that most times it doesn't and crashes back to the desktop and you have to try again. Also it sometimes gets unresponsive during play with slight but annoying pauses. However I recognise both of these faults might be caused by my low spec iPad. But getting a bit cheesed off with the number popups for 'puzzles on sale' and the number of reminders to review it even after you have submitted a review! None of these things make it unusable as it is still a very good app but they do detract from the very purpose of using the app in the first place which is to chill out! Will probably switch to using a less 'pushy' app if things don't improve..Version: 3.11.3

✓ Loving it!I absolutely love and am addicted to this app, I've purchased many packs as they are such a reasonable price! I love the click sound and the flash when a piece falls into place, love that I can go back anytime to my unfinished jigsaw. My only little complaints' are that sometimes in scenery shots the colours are too lurid, we need more music choices and there are too many American packs. How about planets or olde England scenes or scenes of lesser-known countries? And an 'easy' or 'hard' option would be nice too, regardless of the jigsaw size chosen (i.e. How easily the pieces fall into place). I'm definitely giving this app a full rating!!!.Version: 3.11.3

✓ Love the app but…Edit: it took a little bit, but the developers did credit me for my purchases so I’m upping my review from 2 to 5 stars I loved this game but took a break from it a while. I redownloaded it on my new iPad and went to restore purchases and none of my paid for purchases were in the list, only the free ones I had downloaded before. I tried everything to find where to find them to no avail. I reached out to “help and support” in the app and they were no help. They typed in or should I say copy and pasted the responses from the faq page which I had already seen. They said to reconnect to Facebook by going into settings, problem is in “player profile” which is where the settings are, there is no way to connect to Facebook. There’s not even a “like us on Facebook/twitter etc” option. I got the automated response in my email saying they needed more info. I sent screenshots from my purchase history from my Apple settings (shows how much I paid but not which packs which is ok cause I remember some of the packs I bought” and have not heard from them since. This is the best jigsaw puzzle app I’ve tried but I can’t give a better review until I get my paid for purchases back.Version: 2022.3.2

It would be more interesting if puzzle pieces varied in shape- either as an option, or randomly… as it is- ALL puzzles are worked with the same limited puzzle shapes. Background table surface options are mostly too saturated in color or too busy to be useful. I tend to stick with grey. I used to keep track of the coins offered as prizes- but recently, only “mini paks” (3 puzzles! 🤨) are offered in exchange for almost 2000 coins. And forget playing their theme games- where you can “win” puzzles… you are asked to watch a 30 second ad to win a stamp, and afterwards told, “Oh no! You already have that one!” You’re best just sticking with the puzzles, and avoiding the ads.. Altogether it’s honestly a great app..I work several puzzles a week.. they range up to 1000 pieces- really more of a time investment than I’m interested in- I stick with 400 pieces.. ✓ Really enjoyable gameI love playing this jigsaw game. You can choose the amount of pieces for each puzzle so you can have a mix of easy or harder ones. If you choose over 300 pieces it is quite tricky as they are small. Once chosen, It’s really easy to do. You can do the edges first and then scatter the other pieces, so they are outside the edges, leaving the middle clear to work on. You can have a picture of the puzzle to work from. You can do a little and then go off and come back to it. You get a free daily puzzle which you can choose to have or not, depending whether you like it or not. Once you finish a puzzle, you earn coins so that you can purchase a puzzle pack. Ive been playing on this app for about 9 months. Some of the reviews complain about the pieces showing a flash when they connect, I happen to like it bc that tells me the pieces are in the right place. It comes in handy for difficult puzzles, since I am playing on a smaller screen. A few things I dont like : when you use the scatter button, the pieces will scatter beyond the outer edges & when you try to pull them in, especially at the top, the screen tries to come down-super annoying! Quit often when pulling or dragging a piece, the screen moves too. I think there is a lock for this, but I haven’t seen it yet. I really like the fact that there is truly nothing to buy, but you can if you choose to. I also really like that I can do this puzzle all at once or start it, leave it for a day or two, & then come back to it. So, I can keep occupied or not. Its not timed & there are no levels. You now keep locking the background, so I have to keep unlocking it or it floats all over the place making it impossible to play. The jigsaw pieces are harder to get a grip on and often won’t move for quite a while. I was used to keeping the strip at the bottom where I could see it and use it (e.g. look at the picture) as often as I chose, but now the pieces scatter underneath it, where I can’t get at them without moving it down again. However, by starting the free daily puzzles everyday, whether I finish them then or not, and by keeping an eye on rotating free puzzles in the store, I have found myself with an extreme surplus of content. Yes, on occasion you watch an ad. But the content creators have to have a way to make money. So for those of us who don’t want to shell out our physical cash, why not pay with 30 seconds of time? It’s not like you have to actually watch the ad- you can set your phone down and get a glass of water if you’re that determined. ✓ Best Jigsaw puzzle app by farI have been using this app for several years and have compared it to all the other free jigsaw apps, it beats them hands down on usability and value. Paying for the ad free version is worthwhile, not only avoids ads, but also gives you use your own picture option and 10 free credits every 4 hours, which also add up. I have never needed to pay cash for additional packs, credits for completing puzzles are high enough that “saving” for the next pack you fancy “buying” is an enjoyable additional challenge. Tournament option is great to play against others and there is enough flexibility in difficulty settings to engage anyone from a toddler to adult wanting a major new challenge. Finally, the customer support is superb. I had a major problem recently and they sorted me quickly and knowledgeably. I use the app for pain management and it’s perfect to be able to change the challenge level to suit my needs so that it’s completely absorbing and always very mindful no matter my pain level. It gets me through many bad nights without disturbing my partner and ensures that I am at the least relaxed for the new day. It’s the perfect wake up and wind down :) However, the recent update claims to have made it easier and faster to move pieces around and the like, but I’m finding it more difficult to move the pieces! ✓ CHANGE IT BACK!I love this app! I put together at least 4-5 puzzles at 100 pieces every day and it helps with my anxiety. But... The last update that I had to do to get the Monopoly challenge changed the sorting tray options, the tool bar and the background options. When using these, which takes longer now, the timer is still counting. I do not like that you can only have one sorting tray-it says SORTING tray not get the pieces off the board tray. You have to open the tool bar to move it to another area on the board. You cannot pull it down to make it square but have to have the tray at the top or bottom. Plus I just had to stop to take care of some things around the house and when I opened the puzzle back up my sorting tray, which I put the same shape pieces together was all mixed up. What is the point of having a sorting tray if you cannot sort the pieces? I have to change the background according to the colors in the puzzle to see them, especially if they are dark or the same color as the background. Before there was a forward and backward choice and now I have to go through every background to get to the one before the one I was on. And if I make a mistake and go by it I have to cycle through again. Please, please put these back like they were! They worked great like that and I do not see why you changed them. Very difficult to see the detail clearly. It is also not possible now to move it completely out of the way, to make it easier to work at the edges; - The pieces have an awful noise now when they’re rotated. If I turn the sound off, then I don’t get the confirmatory click when the piece sets in place; - a couple of times, the scattered pieces all lined up on top of each other all around an imaginary frame. Although the creators say they like screen shots, I could not find anywhere in the app feedback section that I could attach one, and despite my mentioning these problems, nothing has been done so far. ✓ Used to be amazing - Lots of flaws nowI used to play this app everyday, multiple times a day but the last few months the app has really declined. I love to listen to music or podcasts & the ads in the app constantly cut out my sound making me have to exit out of the app, pull up my music/podcast app & press play again; every 15-30 seconds. It's beyond annoying & discouraging because I end up stop playing the puzzle app so I can listen to my music/podcast instead. And based off other reviews I don't buy the upgrade for no ads because many ppl have problems with that purchase. Having said that... The trays are unnecessary and annoying. We don’t want the pesky objectives. Quit trying to improve on something elegant, simple and satisfying. Worst of all, apparently one of the financial wonks found that we were doing too many puzzles, accumulating too many credits, and getting too many free puzzle packs with those credits (especially when they’re on sale!) so now the great “sales” offered require only cash. Again and again and again. They couldn’t just leave it at the challenge of finishing a Gazillion puzzles and getting those paltry 34 credits a pop, then the joy! of shopping for a puzzle pack, on sale, and allowing the use of those credits. It was not enjoyable, for me on a smaller screen as I need reading glasses to play. I like that there are so many different genres of puzzles. Something for everyone and for every mood, season and holiday. I have never had the crash issues that others seem to have. So it could be service provider or speed. However, I do agree the trays are an annoyance and just in the way taking up valuable space on a small screen. I love that one can change the background color to make puzzle pieces more easily seen depending on colors. And that the backgrounds can be more soothing on the eyes in contrast to the puzzle pieces. I am not a fan of the new “Clue” series or others like it. However, I’m sure many are and I can just opt out quickly. Just when I think it can not get better, they surprise me with an update that does enhance its quality even more. I enjoy how there are a plethora of puzzle pictures. Literally there is a option available for all tastes. I love how you can continue to play this game for free indefinitely as there is a free puzzle every day as well as free puzzle packs to play. On top of that there is a place where you can view puzzle packs for a price. The puzzle packs are very inexpensive and also offer a wide variety of design choices. Being able to pick how many pieces you want each of your puzzle to be, having the choice to rotate the pieces, being able to pick your background playing tabletop design, and so many other tactical options makes this application superior to the others. ✓ Old friendRegular jigsaws are great (heck, I even sell them) but this app remains a faithful friend .. comfort, distraction and a kind of safe space that travels with me. Loads of designs to choose from (daggy, inexplicable, intriguing, captivating) and it’s fun following where your changing tastes take you. Function-wise I find no problems, although agree with comments that it would be great to be able to enlarge the ‘peek’ view to a practical size, and I did prefer the option of multiple trays (don’t bother with the single tray). I do get annoyed by the promo games but that’s me, and ignoring them is good practice in chilling. I’ve had a few ‘help’ issues over the years and have always found the responses to be prompt, genuine and in good faith. ✓ I enjoy doing my puzzles every day. It is truly relaxing!It is a disappointment that there are very few puzzles you can use accumulated points to buy. I always bought puzzles but enjoyed using points to buy puzzles when I accumulated enough. Now I do not do any of the ads or treasure chests, there is no reason to bother accumulating points any more. I do still think it is the best puzzle app. I had my own business for many years until I retired a few years ago. One of the most important thing I learned is that it is bad business to take away something you have offered good customers who are returning consistently. Instead of offering fewer puzzles for points, make a person need double the points. As an example the busiest sandwich shop not far from my business used to offer two sides with every Pannini. All of a sudden you got just the pannini, sides were extra! All my clients that used to go there were angry. He should have simply raised the price on the sandwich with the free sides! Semantics, I know, but people hate to have things taken away but they do understand prices going up! This place made so many people mad they actually went out of business. ✓ Pretty good app with one requestI really enjoy this app and play it quite a lot. Still able to work on puzzles without paying but have spent money on packs I like. I’ve been working away at the achievements but have found it a little disappointing that there are achievements for completing a 4 piece puzzle which is no longer available to play. I can’t complete the Tranquil Path achievement and as a completionist at heart, that’s frustrating. Please give me a chance to complete my achievement 🙏 Either give me a 4 piece puzzle to play or remove that task so it will complete. ✓ I had almost given up on this, but......I was a regular daily player of this wonderful jigsaw game until they did an upgrade months ago that got rid of the objectives. Oh, I would dip into it occasionally, but there wasn’t the incentive of doing daily puzzles if my reasons for doing it was no longer there. The game has just been updated, and the objectives are back! Not only that, they are where they were when they were removed, so I’m still over 50% towards 80 daily puzzles in a row. No need to start again. So, if you’re after a really good jigsaw app, look no further than this one. ✓ Very relaxingI love jigsaws and I’ve been doing these ones for about s years now with no problems ar all. There’s hundreds of puzzles to do and you can choose the size you want. There are hundreds of puzzles you can purchase but you are under no obligation to do so. Theresa free puzzle every day, and all the coins you collect from completing puzzles etc, can be used to buy others. Depending on what size you do will change the number of coins you gain on completion. There are sorting trays so that you can place pieces in, and there’s a choice of rotating pieces or not, and also background colours. ✓ Excellent for all skill levelsThere are several things I like about this app. You can adjust the number of pieces for a particular picture, from 4 up, and you can solve it as many times as you want to. There are about thirty free puzzles to start with, plus a new free puzzle each day. They cover many different categories. If you go into the 'shop' there are more free puzzles. There is the facility to scatter the pieces to outside the jigsaw frame, which makes sorting easier. I have just decided to pay a one-off fee of £4.99, which gives loads of different jigsaws, plus allows you to play ad-free (not that I've found the ads a problem), plus make jigsaws out of your own photos. There are other things included as well. This offer only comes up occasionally, probably once or twice a month. Overall, I am very happy with this app..Version: 3.11.3

✓ Some Fundamental FlawsThe good: being able to make 1024 piece puzzles. This is wonderful. The ordinary: they introduced drawers for pieces. It is not useful to me but I cannot get rid of it. The bad: (1) colors are oversaturated. (2) They introduced a stupid points system, which can supposedly be used to “buy” puzzle packs, but every time I try to use it, I get an error message and cannot get the pack. It has been like this for months. (3) Also, every time I start the app I get an error message that tells me it can’t connect to servers and to contact support. I don’t have time to talk to support again. My complaint of an earlier problem was met with no suggestions for how to fix it but just “we have reported it” and it may get fixed in an update. (4)Too many pop-up promotions for puzzle packs at start up. I paid to remove ads and I expect that that should include ads from the developer. (5) the table area around the puzzle is too small, and an unfortunate vignette toward the edges can make it difficult to judge tones on pieces near the edge. The vignette is not needed for anything and can be a problem. In summary, they give too many pointless additional features and updates instead of making sure the existing features work properly. The over saturated colors are unpleasant, but I give 4 stars for allowing 1024 pieces. They keep changing things but the changes are rarely beneficial..Version: 2020.3.0

✓ Good app except for brief appearance of obstructive popup banner.*** I am editing this review to add at least that the irritation I describe below was of relative low duration as it has disappeared as mysteriously as it appeared. So all is well at least for a while. *** I like this app mostly. I usually do several puzzles a day to help keep my brain active, and there is enough variety that I can do just the types of puzzles I prefer: buildings and street or landscapes, for example rather than the still life or colored beads, or whatever. I paid for the premium version to get rid of ads and it comes with a bonus giving you the ability to make your own puzzles out of pictures on your device. Now they still want me to look at ads because that helps them pay the bills, but normally they ask me if I want to look at ads over the next 31 days to gain bonus coins to “buy” more puzzles, and that is fine. But their newest thing is a banner that pops up at the top encouraging me to do more puzzles (15 a day - really?) I have to touch the screen to get rid of it before it lets me do what I was trying to do, and it reappears every time I do something else. It is irritating and perhaps a sign that the premium version will mean nothing soon. Now I won’t get rid of the app over this irritant because I have so many puzzles lined up still to do that were mostly free, but if this banner is trying to get me to do more puzzles, this isn’t the best way to do it..Version: 2023.8.0

✓ Puzzle fun, glitches... not so muchNEW UPDATE: seems fixed? Too soon to tell for sure but the most recent software update seems to have fixed the bug. Fingers crossed! UPDATE: I wrote my first review earlier this week and as of this morning, the app is almost unusable... crashes about every 30-45 seconds and when I relaunch, I have to sit through another ad before accessing puzzles, which quickly crash again. I have noticed that the app never seems to crash during an ad, only during puzzle work. ORIGINAL: I love, really love, playing this puzzle when it’s working properly but on my phone it tends to freeze and shut itself down regularly. This has always been an issue and in the past, it would only happen if I switched back-and-forth between apps while the puzzle was running. Now, it seems to just happen randomly. Most of the time, it saves my work before it shuts down but sometimes it doesn’t. And when the app relaunches, you have to sit through the ads all over again. It also tends to drain the battery pretty quickly. ✓ Advert issuesI really enjoy doing these jigsaw’s and love the choice of pictures, however, often certain ads slow everything down and mean you can’t do anything. At times I have had to turn my iPad off and on again to reset. Other times, I report the ad as repetitive, however, despite it saying the ad has been closed it comes straight back up and again, means I can’t continue with the jigsaw as the ad causes it to freeze. If the ads didn’t stop me being able to play, I wouldn’t have an issue. ✓ Annoying updatesI have been using this app for years now and it has lots of fun, free puzzles which are great, and a daily puzzle which is also free. In the past few months they introduced various challenges. The only one I have left is doing a puzzle every day for an extended number of days. This is impossible to achieve. When it gets to 80% of the days completed, there is an update which stops the counting for a day, and then the following day the counter is back to 0 again. This is the third time it has happened and it’s really annoying and spoiling my enjoyment of the game. There are also fewer free puzzles than there used to be and fewer puzzles that can be purchased with the coins gained from completing puzzles or watching ads. Still fun for me but frustrating too. Firstly, every time I open it, I’m inundated with game-specific adverts, 3 or 4 each time, that I have to click out of before I can do anything else. ✓ Good fun gone bad UpdateMobilityware let me know that to reduce the data storage that this app uses, delete your completed puzzles. I could not find this at first, but the Completed Puzzles icon is in My Gallery located at the bottom of the home page. They also say you can delete the Trophy room, but I can't find that room on my iPad. It does not appear that they have plans to stop the advertising pop ups. So, I raise my rating to 4 stars. This is a great game. I love puzzles, but Mobilityware has destroyed this app. Or maybe Critical Hit did when they sold out. Either way, I strongly suggest you PLAY the FREE version. DO NOT PURCHASE this app, because you will still get advertising that interrupts your play, but worse than that, they don't control the cache that takes up all your data storage space. Their only solution is to delete all that you have purchased. I haven't purchased so many puzzles that it should be taking 8.4 GB (and growing every day I play) of my data storage. Beware! ✓ Easily the best puzzle gameI’ve been playing this for several years and still enjoy it. There are more than enough puzzles available, and you can turn your own photos into puzzles if, by some fluke, you cannot find inspiration in the puzzle store. The only criticism is the puzzle pieces getting swept too far to the side of the screen when using the scatter tool: trying to get them back from the edge winds up opening all the iPad swipe up/down menus, getting pieces stuck being the arrow to open the in-puzzle menu, or even swiping the app right off the screen. It has become worse in recent versions: please fix this so the pieces don’t go beyond the edge of the playable area. I always start each 400-piecer by scattering and then have to spend two minutes moving pieces back onto the playable area..Version: 2019.3.2

✓ Engrossing appI really like this jigsaw app! I can spend many a happy hour piecing the jigsaws together. I appreciate that the pieces lock in position, once correctly placed and I particularly enjoy using the rotate option. I have found most of the free daily jigsaws to be fun. I bought a set by Jane Wooster Scott and I particularly enjoy the huge amount of detail that she puts into her scenes. However, I found a set of map jigsaws to be problematic as the names were not all printed clearly and, even at maximum magnification, I couldn’t read them easily. Also, I would find it helpful if the picture could be enlarged more on the same screen as the ongoing jigsaw, rather than having to open it on a separate screen, but I guess that the separation is to make it more difficult to complete the jigsaw..Version: 2020.4.1

✓ Great game but The latest update is causing occasional issues of freezingI’ve had this app for many years and They are one of the few that actually listen to their customers, and are regularly sending us updates and it’s an amazing app. And recommend it so my rating comes from that. The recent update I downloaded is not my favourite though. My game has frozen a number of times already and I’ve never had this issue with this game. Also guys, not a fan of the new format with the standard 1 tray, I wish I could take the download away and play with the swipe trays from the side again. Also having multiple tray choice was great. I’m one of those players that like maximum screen and the little pop up buttons were much better allowing this, now the whole menu comes up big and takes my screen space. I liked the easy peek button before also. I would love to do the bigger puzzles of 600+ but I have difficulty seeing the pieces on the screen well enough, the zoom does’t make the pieces big enough for me to see them comfortably so that would be amazing if you could work on the zoom so the pieces can get bigger than currently be enlarged too. ✓ Love it,but...Love it...but...the main complaint I have is that when the pieces are first scattered they are flung so hard that some of them get lost on the sidelines. I would prefer that they were all just dumped in the middle so I could sort the pieces myself, into the piles I choose as I would have to do anyway. As it is, I cannot move the tray far enough (up, down, or to either side) to get some of the pieces and have to use the light bulb as many as a dozen times to find and then drag a lost piece out of hiding. I don’t recall having to do this process before: when I was playing last year. Otherwise, I absolutely love the beautiful puzzles I have purchased and was so happy to find this website again after my IPad went down last year. In addition, I was overjoyed to find that I still had the puzzles I had purchased before, some of which I dearly loved and thought were gone. With a touch of the button they were restored to me. I was happily surprised and moved that they were archived so that if I do have trouble with this IPad and have to buy another, the puzzles will still go with me to another unit. ✓ Works My Brain, improves My Concentration & it's Fun!I use this app on my iPad2 and have never experienced any technical difficulties. I don't have to sign in each time, I just tap the app and it's ready to go. I do the free puzzle as often as possible. A new one is offered each day and you can save them to work on later. In addition, your unfinished puzzles are also saved, and you pick up right where you left off, for as long as it takes you to finish. Maneuvering the pieces with my finger is easy and when you get the correct pieces close to each other, they snap together, accompanied by a clicking sound. This allows you to move quite rapidly. The pictures they choose are lovely and there's a great variety. The timing feature is perfect for measuring my progress, because I like to beat my own time. The level I work at is about 196 pieces, I don't rotate them and my best time is 39 minutes. On the lower border, my hand or fingers may inadvertently press on one of the many offers for gameplay, but I simply and quickly tap the X in the corner and it is eliminated. I do this quite automatically now and I'm not bothered by it at all..Version: 3.9.0

Choose your number of pieces, well laid out with features such as zoom, separate edge pieces, choose a background (I find light wood easiest), pause if you’re interested in the timer (I try to beat my time), and minimise toolbar to have more space. Only don’t like ads at the bottom as takes up space but not too annoying for the most part. You have to watch a short ad before you open a free puzzle, but okay with that. ✓ Warning: Family share doesn’t work and hasn’t for a long timeUpdate: family share still doesn’t work. Stopped working a couple years ago!! The new update is good, though it seems a bit buggy, dragging pieces snags the piece about 1/4” away from where your finger touches down. Strange behaviors like loose pieces layering under snapped in pieces. Minor bugs I’m sure they’ll resolve soon. Really enjoy the token rewards to be used purchasing puzzle packs. I love this app, have really enjoy playing it on my iPad, for years. Unfortunately, the advertised family share feature used to work and I purchased many puzzles for my children to use under their own child Apple accounts. At some point in the last year family share stopped working. the developer has been notified nearly a month ago and it is still not resolved. They say it’s a known bug. It’s been 6 months since I brought it to their attention though and it’s still not resolved. Seems a bit questionable to me. Definitely they make more money if family share doesn’t work and each family member has to purchase their own puzzle packs, but then it shouldn’t be advertised as supporting family share..Version: 2019.2.3

✓ Great but...Hi there. I love my puzzle app. Been doing for years now. It would be really cool to have new backgrounds though. The ones available now are a bit too rich on the eyes. It would be great to have softer shades or reds, blues and greens rather than the eye popping ones we have now. Also anyway we can opt to remove the achievement boards that pop up after completing a puzzle. Honestly I don’t do this to compete, I just use it to relax and those boards are the total opposite of relaxing! Otherwise i love my Puzzle App♥️.Version: 2020.4.1

✓ The best jigsaw app everI love jigsaw puzzles but I always disliked having the clutter of the boxes and the possibility of losing pieces (sometimes permanently). I actually started off with a different jigsaw app, but the choice of designs was not very good, so I switched to this one and I’m very happy that I did so. There is a free puzzle every day, and you can collect ‘coins’ for completing puzzles and watching ads. There are also frequent sales, which make the puzzles even better value for money. But what makes this app superior is the quality and variety of the designs. I was just thinking that I would like some more ‘artistic’ designs and a couple of days later the Divine romance collection appeared, featuring all my favourite things such as cafes, flowers, beautiful dresses and even Art Nouveau paintings. I was at the level of 625 pieces but changed it to 1025 immediately as I want to really enjoy these puzzles, and I have just completed my first puzzle which was the little girl in the playroom that reminded me of my favourite book A Little Princess. The colours are beautiful and the attention to detail is incredible. A very relaxing and calorie free hobby. And the sound the pieces make when they snap into place is so satisfying! And so many options to choose from. The images are beautiful ! ✓ Enjoyable, I’d give 6 stars out of 5 if I could.Nice assortment of puzzles and you can choose how many pieces you want. There are several options you can choose to make it easier or harder. Puzzle pieces are square, but unlike some games, the links vary. You can get puzzle packs three ways: use real money, use game coins (for selected packs), or get free packs. Free packs show up occasionally, you just have to find and download them. You can also get free packs through occasional challenges. You can get game coins several times a day, for watching ads, and sometimes as rewards from the challenges. No surprise ads, you know when they’re going to play and it’s not too frequently. Most ads are 30 seconds or less, and I objected to a particular ad, complained and it disappeared. Don’t know if they responded to my complaint or it dropped out of rotation, but either way it was gone, and hasn’t returned. Support is great. I haven’t needed it very often, but it’s there when needed. Response time is good, and they really want to help..Version: 2023.11.14

✓ GREAT Puzzles! GREAT Support!I look forward to these puzzles every day! Having both a free puzzle everyday and reasonably priced puzzles to purchase has made this my favorite web app! I used to purchase puzzles and take over a table in my house. No more, the puzzles go with me. I look forward to waiting at appointments so I can work the puzzles. I especially like that you can make the puzzle as difficult or easy as you want. You can increase/decrease the number of pieces and whether you want the pieces to be scattered or in their actual direction. Bottom line, you can make the puzzles personalized to your skill level. Some days, I make it difficult and some days easier. The best thing is that the developers support for the puzzles is OUTSTANDING/EXCELLENT. Recently, I had an issue and the response was extremely respectful and personalized. I feel as though the developers care about the user and want them to have a great experience. Yes, there were some issues several months ago, but these issues have been recognized and fixed. In addition, the puzzles are continuously improved based on user feedback. ✓ Great jigsaw appI really enjoy doing jigsaws and I love this app. You get a free jigsaw every day which you can download and save for another day, there are some great images, I love the Americana and scenic images especially. Recently they have added some Disney jigsaws too which are great for me as a Disney fan. As others have mentioned there is a satisfying click each time you fit a piece together, lots of options on number of puzzle pieces, and you can scatter pieces around the board and even use trays to sort pieces. I find this very relaxing to do in my spare time and have recommended it to friends. The reason I’m only giving 4 stars is sometimes the app freezes after an ad plays but I just close the app and start again and it’s fine so not a huge deal for me..Version: 2021.5.5

✓ Today’s Seder puzzleI have given 5 star reviews every time you have asked but never written a review on any game I play until today. I was moved and full of gratitude for the puzzle of the day today depicting the Seder celebration that was to become Jesus last supper. I was raised Episcopalian and my husband was raised Methodist and I grew up believing that the last supper was just the last supper. When my parents moved to a small town called Hamilton Montana, they joined a church there called St. Paul’s Episcopal church and had a wonderful pastor there. Whenever I was home visiting, I would attend St. Paul’s and loved it. One year I was there around Easter and my mom stayed home with my two small children so that I could attend St. Paul’s annual Seder supper. Their priest believed everyone should understand that the last supper was in fact Christ and his disciples celebrating the Seder supper and later was referred to as the last supper so many of us non Jewish worshippers had no idea that the Seder was the reason for that supper that night. Our priest walked us through the whole meal explaining everything about the beautiful steps and stages to everything that was done on Seder and it was Incredible! Thank you so much for having the courage and respect to share that this day/ week is about more than Easter baskets and bunnies and for paying such high respect to the the beauty of the Jewish culture and tradition You have my gratitude and lifelong support..Version: 2023.2.0

It offers excellent puzzle packs of amazing things, and you can choose how many pieces you want to have.
