✓ ReviewI love this app! I haven’t been able to put a puzzle together in years since I have a toddler who will destroy it first chance he gets. I was so excited to find this app. The puzzles are all beautiful and take a little time to complete. The only issue I’ve had with the app is not being able to see the free daily puzzles. I’ve only been able to get two or three and since then it’s just been loading. Oh well there are plenty of other puzzles to keep me busy! Updated review 6/25: I still love this app but am finding it difficult. It acts weird when I have my cellular data turned on for it; freezing, closing and the pieces are more difficult to move. When I turn my data off it goes back to normal. I just tried to purchase a puzzle pack on sale with my coins but it keeps saying I don’t have enough coins to purchase it. My guess is it’s trying to make me either purchase it with money or buy with the original coin amount. I don’t understand why they have sales if you can’t actually get them at that amount. Now it’s started telling me to check my network connection every time I try to use my coins. It acts like it will let me buy it with money though. Not a fan of that. If I can’t ever use the coins I will probably move on to another app..Version: 2019.6.0
✓ Way too many adds on the paid versionI loved this app and decided to pay the extra to remove the ads but was sadly disappointed to find out that I still get adds when I try to go into a new puzzle pack, at the beginning of a puzzle and after completion. I get adds every time I go between packs also. It is so frustrating and in every other app where you pay to remove the ads it is a true removal. This is a scam as paying for the ad removal only reduces ads midplay. The other disappointing feature is that they removed all but one tray so that now it is harder to separate colours or components as you puzzle and you have to dump pieces onto the board. You also cannot hide the tray when you no longer need it. It would be great if they reintroduced trays and truly got rid of ads or promotions for paid/premium users..Version: 2021.6.5
✓ Two stars is being generous.I have enjoyed playing this puzzle game for a long time, until the last couple of months. It is now very frustrating to play as more often than not, a puzzle that I have just completed (and shows up as completed in the pack and is awarded points) appears in the incompleted section next time I open the app. Even though it might say 98% complete, when I click on it to finish it (again) the puzzle totally restarts from scratch. I have contacted the help department several times but have only had one response to say the problem is being investigated. I downloaded the latest update yesterday and guess what? The problem is still there. Unless this is fixed, I will just have to find another puzzle app to play, despite having a number of prepaid puzzle packs to finish. A update on this review of a week ago.........nothing has changed! Developers do not appear interested in fixing anything and, having read other reviews, I see I am not the only one annoyed at the downward spiral this game is on. Puzzles do not stay completed and puzzle pieces freeze or are slow to move and click into place. My requests for a refund on puzzle packs purchased are basically ignored - contact Apple I’m told, when I “may” be able to receive a refund. Not good enough! ✓ Not as good as it used to beI am probably not the average player of this game. I am 73 years old , enjoyed jigsaws as a child and occasionally as a young adult. The big joy of doing jigsaws in this way is that each piece knows when it is in the right place and this saves time. There is the fun of sorting pieces by colour and pattern and looking for exactly the right shade on a piece. I usually do the daily free jigsaw and when I first started using this product, bought several sets of jigsaws when they were reduced in price. I used to save many finished pictures that I liked but cannot work out how to do that now. I feel you have made too many 'improvements' to this App. I use this game as well as many word and number games to keep my brain exercised and hope to continue to do so as I become less mobile..Version: 2020.2.0
✓ IPhone 11 ProMax problemsI’ve been enjoying this app for ages!! I recently upgraded my phone and now it doesn’t work very well. The ad across the bottom is right we’re the buttons are and I can’t access any of them. Makes playing impossible. Very disappointed ☹️.Version: 2019.8.1
✓ WAS great but no moreI have been using this app for years and it was the best. Everything about the jigsaw was brilliant. The way the pieces moved, the way there was a full view of the finished picture, enough room to scatter the pieces around the jigsaw, the clicks and flash when a piece was put in the right place. However, since your last update, I have hardly used the app. Sorry but you have ruined it. The pieces don’t move smoothly, when you rotate a piece there is an irritating noise each time it turns and the amount of room to scatter the pieces around the picture is considerably smaller. The worst thing I find is when you view the full picture. In the update it was altered to a very small picture and although you have done an update to the update to make it full size again, you have put a border around the viewing picture so that when you flick back and forth between the picture and the jigsaw being completed it isn’t in the same place. Please, please return to your original app. It was so much more enjoyable. I used to be doing jigsaws constantly but I really don’t enjoy doing them as they are at the moment. ✓ Puzzle Pack I did not order!I contacted you with a complaint that I was not able to use my 4000+ coins to buy a set of puzzles. In reply I was told to press on the price of the puzzles to see if it also gave me a coin value. I did this on several puzzle sets - all to no avail as no coin value was given. The only outcome was that I have received a set of puzzles I don’t want!! Please refund me & remove this unwanted purchase, Small Town Living 2. I was also told to scroll down & look for a Treasure Chest ; again I did this & there was no Treasure Chest to be found!! I am totally fed up, I am 74 & love to relax doing jigsaws on my iPad. This has been my favourite app, so please stop conning people by telling they can collect coins but then discover they cannot be redeemed against the puzzles they want. ✓ Love it - Not So Much AnymoreUpdated my review for the third time. The user experience is getting poorer and poorer every update. Going from a five star to three star experience which is so disappointing for what was my favourite app. I paid to not see ads but I see ads. The game keeps signing me out The puzzle promo pop ups are constant and irritating You've severely limited the range available with credit which is your perrogative but it's disappointing. ************ Updated to say - I still love it. I use this app all the time and love it. There are plenty of puzzles between the daily and the free packs. Plus you earn credits completing puzzles and it adds up quickly. I paid to upgrade and get my own puzzles as well removing 3rd party apps. I'm so pleased I did. No more ads causing the app to freeze when it reopens as used to happen. Plus I can choose pics I love and do them as puzzles. Just something to note: the pop up asking me to come here and rate the app has not worked on at least three occasions after updates. ✓ Meh☹️It was a great game with awesome puzzles 🧩 but I really would of preferred if you had the puzzle pieces in something on the side you can scroll 📜 down instead of it being randomly scattered everywhere making it really hard to find a piece. Also I didn’t like how you made the zooming in. Like I tried to zoom in on a piece at the very bottom and when I took my finger off the screen 📺 it bounced back a bit so I couldn’t see the piece anymore. But that’s not all. A lot of the time I drag my finger to move a puzzle 🧩 piece and instead of dragging the puzzle 🧩 pie 🥧 ce I would drag the screen 📺. So basically I thought 💭 it was pretty addictive but only if your willing to spend hours doing an 💯 piece puzzle 🧩..Version: 3.16.0
✓ Hate the newest updateI put off updating my game (& my iOS)until it froze on the loading screen and wouldn’t load up anymore. As I hadn’t changed anything on my end that leads me to believe that somehow on your end you did something that forced me to update... maybe in the same way that other items (boxes advertising your puzzles, events and other games that you own) just magically appear in my game in between updates. You know, the boxes have a delayed button that you have to wait until it shows up before you can close it. Imagine that? Next issue. Coins that can’t be used to buy any but the oldest most awful puzzle packs. I don’t think I’d even download those if they were in the free section. Which just makes the 40k plus coins I have worthless. The puzzle pack selection that are offered for coins haven’t changed in over 6 months... probably more like 9 months. I’ve basically given up. I don’t even care to look at what you offer in the puzzle store anymore. Which brings me to the latest update, where the puzzle shrinks down really small when you get to the last puzzle piece. It’s horrible! I wear bifocals and have problems with things that flash or are too bright. This little flashing piece (that I managed to drop on top of my little bitty puzzle) is unbelievably irritating. I thought the game was pretty much perfect when I downloaded it almost 2 years ago. ✓ Boring!I never write reviews, but have become increasing frustrated with the changes to this app. With each update more and more features which made this a very fun app have been removed. Getting to be a very boring, ho hum app! This had been my most favorite game app that is available! I even paid the extra not to have the ads that interrupt my playing. I have completed over 1000 puzzles. I still like the variety of puzzles and the free one each day, which I play for that day and leave until the next free one. It used to be that if you collected enough coins you could use them to get new puzzle pack, but they have eliminated that feature for the most part. Now you must pay cash for almost all addition puzzle. Occasionally there are puzzles that you can us the coins to get, but they are mostly very unappealing puzzles that no one would buy with money. They have also lowered the number of coins for completed puzzles and no longer tell you how many you can earn for the different number of puzzle pieces you chose, so much of the challenge has been removed and not as much fun to play. The number of objectives not longer very challenging. Not sure why anyone would watch any ads to get coins as the coins are useless! So disappointing to see how this app has been changed from it’s original, and not for the better!.Version: 2020.7.1
✓ Too many ads since latest upgradeI’ve had this app for many years and absolutely love it. It’s great because it has a huge selection of puzzles and modes of play. The majority of puzzles are in app purchases and also a smaller selection of free puzzles. Playing free puzzles you expect ads to compensate for the amount of time the creators put into the app. There never used to be ad interruptions during play, this has now changed with the last updates and the number of ads is increasing, I had only just started a puzzle today and the puzzle was paused for an ad. ✓ Bad updateNow my partially finished puzzles won’t save...I have to start them all over again and finish them in one sitting. Please please fix this. I did respond in contact and help but no response.... Very very very frustrating DANGER!!! Your “bug fixes” create bugs. You have not learned from previous bad updates. This time the screen keeps freezing for about 5 seconds then comes good. None of my started puzzles will save and finished puzzles do not disappear. ✓ So disappointedI have been using this app for a couple of years and loved it, especially when trays were introduced. Today I opened the app to find that it has been updated and the 4 trays have gone leaving one fixed tray at one of the edges that can't be hidden or moved out into the playing area or resized plus the system tray is now taking up 10% of the screen on the right or left instead of being insignificant at the bottom of the screen. When developers completely change the look and operability of their app they had better get it right and actually improve upon the previous version. Here they did not, they made it substantially worse. I don't write this lightly as this has been my favourite app for some time. ✓ Once Great App Now Bloated, Glitchy, and Disney-themedIf you want people to continue to take this app seriously then stop bloating it with inefficient coding and defective ad integration that simply frustrates. You’ll need to clean up the current mess too. It’s such a shame when a decent app goes downhill this way. Oh, and how about fixing the puzzle engine itself, because the pieces have inconsistent colours and sizes when they’re separate from their locked-in place on the board? Take some cues from actual physical jigsaw puzzles. Finally, this didn’t begin as a child’s puzzle game, and I find the Disney iconography embarrassing and completely out of line with the app I originally chose to install. ✓ It Was The Best Jigsaw PuzzleThis has always been my favorite jigsaw puzzle on the market! I loved everything about it. When you do updates, they are always nice and convenient! Thanks for giving me daily fun-time! The last few days, it always says “0” for how long it takes me to do the puzzle. I don’t know if there is a glitch in your program or in my iPad. This is an updated review! It’s still my favorite puzzle but during the last few days, it interrupts me while I am working on my puzzle to play an advertisement! The ads before the puzzle are aggravating enough but now getting interrupted while I am working on the puzzle is really irritating! It really takes something away from the enjoyment! Also when I take a break and turn my iPad off for a few minutes, when I com back to it, I AGAIN have to put up with another minute ad. I hope I don’t have to quit the puzzle! And today, while I was doing my puzzle, I was interrupted interrupted four or five times for these advertisements and that is really going overboard! I can’t put up with that too much longer so if it’s not a glitch, then please do something about this immediately! That is ridiculous! ✓ Used to be great, then added distracting ads up the wazoo!!I love the puzzling features of this app—you can do with rotation or not, scatter prices to the outside, and sort out the edges only to get started. I love that you can do any puzzle with any amount of pieces that you wish and that you can create your own custom puzzles from a photo on your device. But what I HATE about it is the constant and persistant advertisements and other promotional “games” that it forces you to play and to watch. SUPER distracting and annoying. You have to do so many clicks and wait for so many ads to play and when it has trouble accessing an ad right away you have to wait for it to cylce back through until it can access one and play it through. I like to do puzzles to relax and unwind and the way they’ve thrown in all these ads and other mandatory games/challenges, it just distracts and stresses me out more than anything. Needs to give an option to pay to completely eradicate advertisements, and it needs to give the option to OPT out of the extra challenges and events. I just want to be able to do the puzzles from the puzzle packs that I have purchased and not have to be bogged down with everything else. It almost seems ridiculous that I have paid for certain puzzle packs, yet I STILL have to wait through all the ads and extras. I feel like since I have PAID for several puzzle packs, I should then get the option to opt out of having to see any and all ads!!!.Version: 2021.11.7
✓ Terrible UpdateWho was the genius who decided it was a good idea to “update” a popular app to make it less functional and less user friendly? As another review stated, to reduce the number of sorting trays from a barely adequate four to a useless single tray is a strong indication that the developer doesn’t actually understand how users use the app. The idea of multiple sorting trays is that it allows a user to search through smaller subsets of pieces (based on shape or color, etc.) rather than through every unplaced piece of a puzzle. As I typically do puzzles with over 700 pieces, the four trays allow me to search through less than 200 pieces to find the one I’m looking for rather than four times that number. Also noted earlier is the less-functional background color button that now only works in one direction. If you advance too quickly you can overshoot the desired color and have to cycle through all of them again. And what is the benefit derived from these changes? A “cleaner” aesthetic? If developers feel the need to tinker with an app which already has a 4.7/5 rating, then make it <more> user friendly, make it <more> functional, give users <more> options. I’ve been hoping I’d see an update increasing the potential number of trays. But after this update I will be looking for a whole new app. A shame, since I have dozens of puzzles I’ve paid for that I won’t be completing..Version: 2020.12.0
✓ Extra ads snuck inI want to give this five stars. I love doing the puzzles, the options, the endless choices in pictures, art work and themes and for those who don’t know this doing puzzles is an excellent way to exercise your brain which can help keep your mind sharp a little longer than if you didn’t do them. Here’s the thing though… This puzzle app subjects users to sitting through ads over and over if you play any of the special events to earn points or get stamps towards a prize/jackpot. There is this feature where you have to do a “re-roll” because you got a stamp that you already got. I just sat through two ads only to be asked to sit through a third ad. I quit and came here to lower my rating and submit a write up. If I have to sit through three ads to get a non duplicate stamp then that is ridiculous. If you sit through an ad once that should be enough. If you sit through two ads that is MORE than enough. Sitting through three or more ads is too annoying. No one is gonna just keep sitting through them to get a non duplicate stamp/pin/other. It isn’t like anyone actually sits there and watches the actual ad. They get up and refill their coffee or play with the dog. People are pretty much doing anything else except sitting and watching an ad. When they stop prompting users to sit through more than a single ad between actions I will change my rating back higher to what it was..Version: 2023.11.3
✓ Adverts, constant adverts.I have been using this ap for years, with great pleasure mainly. The Disney stuff is a pain, as an adult I’m not interested. The “Play our monopoly game” etc is irrelevant. But the kicker??? One 15 second ad, halfway through would be tolerable, but “you’ve completed x% of the puzzle” followed with long, boring ads, usually for royal match, with some b list so called celebrity telling you how great it is, three or four times per puzzle is not acceptable. The irony of the royal match ads stating no ads in that game is not lost on me, as I once again have to wait to continue what I want to do. If I wanted to play royal match etc I wouldn’t be trying to complete a jigsaw, would I? ✓ Used to be greatGreat layout, choice of difficulty and range of puzzles including free ones. I've been playing this for several years, in fact, moved to this game because my previous puzzle app had so many ads and silly 'offers' I spent more time clicking through them than playing the game. Sadly, this app is now even worse than the other. Ads constantly interrupting puzzle playing time, many of which don't end completely, so freeze the whole game, making it necessary to restart the app over and over again. ✓ It’s good, but not great...Just had a chance to work with the new updates and can’t say I’m too happy. They changed from having several sorting trays to one tray. Several trays was better than one. I like sorting pieces by colors/ sections but this one tray throws them all together so u have to scroll thru them all to find what u want. It would also be nice if u could change the color of the tray. The pieces sometimes blend into the tray, making it unworkable. The good about the tray: u can place it on right or left and, since I’m left handed, I appreciate this choice. It is definitely more comfortable for me. The options bar has been changed to a bar that takes up a huge portion of the table area, making it hard to sort/organize pieces alongside the puzzle. It was much better on the bottom and unobtrusive. My biggest disappointment is that I cannot share puzzles between my 2 iPads. I actually got the larger one so I could enjoy my puzzles on a larger screen. Unfortunately, unless I use some Facebook option, I can’t share. I don’t do Facebook AT ALL, so unless I’m willing to buy all the puzzle packs and download them to my 2nd iPad, it’s not possible for me to even share my purchases, let alone ongoing puzzles...very, very disappointing..Version: 2020.11.2

✓ Why does the whole puzzle move now?I did use to really love this puzzle game and have bought many packs but since the last couple of updates the whole puzzle moves as you try to move pieces and is sooo frustrating! Also now when I try to buy a pack it keeps wanting me to update my credit card and asks for the CVV. I do not want use credit - only linked it in case I ran out of credit on my Apple account which I load with App and iTune gift cards. I have over $50 credit and can use it to buy books and puzzles in other games, but for some reason it doesn’t work on this anymore. Please go back to the way it was and stop the puzzle moving around or I will not be using or buying any more puzzles..Version: 2019.3.0
✓ Newest Version Doesn’t Address Old IssuesFirst I want to say that I put together a puzzle with this software almost every day, so I’m very familiar with it. Unfortunately, the last update is very annoying and disappointing, and they still haven’t addressed older issues that bother an average user, namely; 1. Puzzle image is restricted to a square format; 2. Table size is too small; 3. Auto scattered pieces go nearly off the small table. Here are the issues with the newest version; 1. The overall feel is very jerky. While they may have made the play faster, it feels much more like a computer game than it used to. The smoothness of moving the pieces around is much reduced. 2. The virtual table is way too small no matter what size I set in the preferences. There needs to be more room outside of the puzzle frame to assemble pieces and develop strategy. 3. The pieces seem to violently snap into place when they get close to being correct. 4. The puzzle size is still limited to a square format. 5. Auto scattered pieces still go nearly off the table. 6. When scrolling to the side to see pieces off the playing area, the whole game snaps back too quickly. A larger virtual table may be the solution to this and some of the above issues. I almost never criticize other people’s hard work, but this version leaves a lot to be desired. I really want to give it 5 stars, but I just can’t until they fix the above issues. Please fix a few things and I’ll enthusiastically recommend this app..Version: 2019.2.3
✓ Update is awfulI loved playing this game until the most recent update came out. Before the update you could push a button on the puzzle settings menu that would lock the board and keep it from moving. While you can still do this with the new update, it resets every time you start a new puzzle, unlike before when it would stay that way until you changed it again. Having the board be movable is unnecessary to begin with (except for zooming in and out). The scatter function is worse than before and it moves the pieces too far out onto the edges of the board, and I have to move them back in again in order to see them. I play this game on an iPad, and even though the iPad is old, I feel like the ads on this game slow the movements down a lot more, and the pieces don’t follow your finger as well as they used to. Other than those complaints I still really like the game. I enjoy that there are free daily puzzles as well as many free puzzle packs. I also enjoy that you can earn coins with every puzzle you complete, and use those coins to “buy” new puzzle packs. I hate in-game purchases, so having the incentive to do more puzzles in order to get more puzzles is highly rewarding and less draining on my bank account. Many of these puzzle packs are not worth the money, even if they are on sale. I will continue to play this game even with its flaws. I think that it is still worth it and pretty fun to do when you want to relax while being mentally active..Version: 2019.2.3
✓ Too many adsNot only do you have to watch an ad before you play they have now got ads playing mid game then again at the end of the game then yet another ad if you want to collect winnings from the game and even more ads if you want bonus coins ( at least they give you the option for these) so unless you want to spend more time waiting for ads than playing the game… don’t bother I have now deleted this app so instead of the revenue the developer got from add at start and end of game the now get no revenue from me… we’ll done, ruining what was once an enjoyable app..Version: 2021.8.5
✓ Fun, but there are some problems.This is an update to my earlier review. I lowered my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars. The reason mostly has to do with the free credits. When I first discovered that I could earn credits and then use them to buy puzzles, I was excited! Being retired, I have lots of time to study the puzzle packs and decide which ones I want. I keep a running list on my iPad. If I remember correctly, at first all puzzle packs could be purchased with credits. Now, there are very few, and NONE of the newer packs can be bought with credits. This seems unfair to the players. And, it is just getting worse! Every week it seems as though fewer puzzles are available for purchase using credits. I feel bad for the people who bought credits. It's like they wasted their money, and there is no way to get a refund. The changes come with every update. I have had this app a very long time. Over the years, I have bought a number of puzzle packs. I won't be buying any more. I will just work the puzzles I have. I just recently discovered how much fun it is to work jigsaw puzzles on my iPad. This app is especially nice. It has lovely puzzles and the option to have different numbers of pieces. I can work one that is really easy or apply myself and work one that is more difficult. I highly recommend it!.Version: 2020.7.5
✓ Great game ruined by update.I know that that it is great that these games are improved periodically. However, the March ‘19 update on this previously excellent jigsaw puzzle game has really ruined its enjoyment for me. It is now difficult to move pieces around without moving the background board as well. The completed picture that can be toggled on and off is now too small to be seen properly and pieces often “hide” behind the completed parts of the puzzle and then suddenly appear. ✓ Worse by the day!I wrote a review a day or two ago, and can't find it, so I'll have to start again. With the latest update, things have gotten way worse. This app has always had issues, now it's unplayable. As I said in my last review, the puzzle pieces are now nearly unmovable. They just won't drag, and when they finally do, they don't want to go into place. The update was to make the puzzle open more quickly, which it does! But what good is it when the puzzle is so hard to play? This morning I tried to open it and every time I hit play, it would mute itself then close. I wrote to the company three or four days ago, but haven't had a response. I'd try uninstalling and reinstalling, but I read in their trouble shooting I could lose the puzzle packs I downloaded. What to do? UDATE: They did another update and I'm adding back a couple of stars. As they claim, the puzzle now loads faster...when it eventually appears. The intro to the puzzle, however, takes awhile, first appearing vertical, then horizontal, then stretching out, and finally becoming normal so you can tap play. They have taken out the option to earn coins by watching adds. When the "watch ad and earn coins" icon is even there it never works, saying, "There are no ads available. Try again later." ✓ Declining satisfactionThis used to be a great game. There used to be heaps of free or cheap puzzles and it had an easy to use interface. They keep updating features and adding in extra features that do not enhance game features and actually create frustration. Puzzle packs now average around $5- $8 and your free coins don’t buy you any thing interesting! Try reducing your prices and people might be will to spend $2 on a puzzle pack. ✓ Have lowered my ratingI have lowered my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars. The app use to be a great app! The app lets you collect points when you complete a puzzle and those points can be used to get free puzzle packages. You can also watch ads to earn more points. There use to be many puzzle packages to choose from that you could either purchase the package or use your saved points to get them. There are still several that can be purchased, but the number of packages you can use your saved points for getting the puzzles have been reduced drastically. I have saved up 5,000 points, which equals about $5 in value and after looking at the many available packages I found 1 that I could use points to redeem. The app made money off of me as I watched ads to gain points, but since my options are so limited it was a waste of my time. It seems like many of the other apps that start off good, but then someone gets greedy! I have purchased several of packages in the past, but I will only play the free daily puzzle from now on. I can’t stand the greediness of apps like this, so I will no longer be purchasing anything! Update: This app is the best as far as puzzle app’s go, BUT I have to remove stars because it either locks up and you have to wait to move the puzzle pieces or worse the app crashes and closes completely. ✓ Was great but bugs have made it impossible to playThis game was seriously awesome. I loved the layout, the customization and the puzzles offered. I even purchased the premium package to use custom photos which meant I spent hours playing, I was addicted. But after an update, I cannot use custom photos, the photo zooms in while I try to resize it. Makes it impossible to use. What's worse than this is the 'support' I've received. An automated response told me that it will be fixed but I never talked to anyone and I made several inquiries into it. So very disappointed in the lack of support. ✓ Puzzled....In the beginning I was happy with the app... then, I attempted to purchase the add on that would have enabled me to use my own photos as puzzles... it was also supposed to unlock all of the features associated with this app.... Unfortunately, it did NONE of these things... what it DID DO, however, was to take the money out of my account for it.... I attempted to make this same purchase again, some months later, at its relentless prompts.... again, it did not unlock any features... this time, however, I removed the credit card number that it was going to take the money from... The next time I attempted to download a FREE app, it refused to let me do it, as it said I owed money... even though I never received anything, the first time, & they DID get their $, it held my phone ransom, & wouldn't let me do anything until I put that credit card back in... & of course, the minute I did... it took, for a second time, money for something I never received.... ✓ Ruined by updateI have always enjoyed this app, but the latest update has ruined it for me. It’s very slow and clunky on my iPad mini 3, and the jigsaw pieces are placed so peripherally that it is virtually impossible to move them without closing the screen. I won’t be using it again unless things improve. Edited to give an additional star because I got a response from the developers to say they are aware of, and are working on the problem. In the meantime, the game still works fine on my old iPad, which no longer updates. Edited again. There have been some improvements, and the app is now usable again. But I am being bombarded by pop-up ads, despite having paid for the ad free version. The screen keeps freezing or the puzzle pieces drag slowly and take seconds to click into place. You have to keep waiting for it to allow you to move pieces again and then it freezes again. It is pointless having the time it takes to complete it when the puzzle itself slows you down. On occasion it has completely frozen and I have had to reboot my iPad. It is taking the fun out of doing this. I keep hoping that app updates might improve it but not so far. The ads have increased and now further interrupt the flow of the puzzle although I understand that you need to generate revenue. There are just too many though and often the same thing repeated. ✓ What is the point of tokens?I have been playing this for a couple of years but sadly all the recent updates have made it worse not better in my opinion. I love the range of free puzzles and the chance to change the number of pieces. I have bought several extra packs besides the free ones and the chance to earn tokens as a bonus was good and I have used them to “pay” for packs too. However where before almost any pack including newly introduced ones could be bought with tokens, recently the range of puzzles available with a token price is abysmal and certainly not anything I am interested in working. I now have earned tokens of almost 6000 and very little hope of using them. I am reluctant to spend cash on a pack I would like when I have tokens sitting there useless. ✓ SUHAILAI have had the jigsaw puzzle for almost eight years. It is a great, engaging and relaxing. It has many varieties and the point system is a great way to get free puzzles. The tow areas that could improve are, one the selection that you can use the points to buy puzzles is limited. A variety would be much appreciated. Second lately most of the time the puzzle gets slow and the pieces get stuck and won’t move. The more you play the worse it gets. You have to close the puzzle and start again to get the pieces moving again. I have updated the puzzle which helped a bit but it has not been fixed completely. It can get frustrating and sometimes I gave up when it gets really worse. The game drains my battery very quickly, I can only play at home when I am connected to the charger. ✓ Used to be great but updates to trays ruining itI have played this game for many many years and had always been my favourite game and I have purchased many packs. I would have given it 5 stars before but the last update ruined my enjoyment and I have hardly used since. There were four trays which made doing a puzzle more like a hands on puzzle as you could sort colours etc and place trays near where you were working. The new singular tray is annoying as it puts pieces in a line and you can’t see or sort and can only see a few pieces at a time. I logged feedback but never heard back. I keep hoping that game will revert to how it was..so disappointed. Also you can collect coins which you could use to get puzzle packs and there were lots of choices. Now there are so few choices. ✓ Very glitchyI loved this game, best one for a while until the glitches made it impossible to play. I can handle ads that isn’t the issue. Noticed it began with slow loading. then after a few days pieces began going missing during games so I’d be left with one piece left and it would be no where to be found. It is far superior to other jigsaw games and the only one I would play long term. However, the most recent update has changed the mechanics of moving around the screen. You used to be able to pick up a piece with one thumb and scroll the screen with your other thumb, now the 2nd thumb picks up pieces so it makes it impossible to scroll around the board. It also seems harder to pick up pieces vs scrolling now. The game shuts down completely while I’m in the middle of a puzzle and when I open it up again, I have to start from the beginning. Puzzles I have finished turn up as puzzles in progress ??? When I open it, it resets to the start. I do it again, but alas - same happens and I can’t clear it away. The puzzle pieces I touch to move don’t move but any other piece does - it sometimes takes me moving 10 plus pieces until the one I touch responds - wasting time. When two matching puzzle pieces lock, the whole game freezes for a few seconds and I can’t do a thing in the meantime. By looking at other people comments, I can see that I’m not alone being frustrated with the downward spiral within the game. It takes the fun right out of it - I used to do way more puzzles when it was running smoothly. And on top of the mounting problems, you seem to hike up the prices for your puzzle packs - REALLY!!! I voiced my dissatisfaction with increasing “bugs” in the past but didn’t receive an answer, nor do I see action of having these annoying bugs fixed. ✓ Too many adsThis app has a great selection of free and paid puzzles. It allows you to use trays or not, see edge pieces only, have the pieces around the edges of the puzzle instead of only in a strip. It allows hints and lets you size he picture of your puzzle to any size you want and place it anywhere you want, but it has too many ads. Especially annoying is putting the puzzle on pause. sometimes you can’t get back into the app as it tosses you out. Other times, you get in only when you view an ad, but then after placing 2-3 pieces, it forces you to stop play to watch another ad. That is ridiculous. I don’t like hat at odd percentages of completion, it makes you watch another ad. I get punished for needing to pause the app, and for completing too much of he puzzle. Also annoying is the competitions that tell me I’ve earned a duplicate reward. I played 2 puzzles and after that all the rewards are duplicates. I can never finish the contest to collect all the stamps or stickers or whatever the reward was. That’s not right. This app is fun but very annoying to not be able to even approach winning competitions or getting to that calm place by completing a puzzle w/o 10 ads showing up. ✓ JigsawsLoved this app. This is an add on to my original review. Playing the game to get the buzz light year puzzles and I am now wanting the very last pin. It was easy at the beginning, 4 puzzles and you got a pin, I am at the last pin now and have to just keep re rolling to try and get the last pin . The game keeps giving me the pins I already have so again I have to re. Roll. Up to 6 Times on this pin. It has been getting progressively worse the nearer to the end I got I have done jigsaws for most of my adult life but with this there is no missing pieces and no having to move it off the dining table when company comes for a meal. Have a case bought me for my jigsaws which is brilliant but not as brilliants as having hundreds of jigsaws on an iPad. The prices are unbelievable, I pay as little as possible for the real jigsaws but one can cost me around £7, on iPad apps I got 42 for £1.99. No need to say more. Adding to this review. I think the new "trays" . I used to sort the pieces into shapes which took a long time but now I just put different parts of the puzzle into the trays and access them as I need them..Version: 2022.5.1

Also collecting coins is pointless as you can’t spend them. Jigsaws are good and the number pieces option and being able to turn rotate off are great. Developer response doesn’t acknowledge the resetting of daily puzzle target at every special event or update, only says updates are essential…….. I really wish responders would read the comment and answer appropriately, not give a rote reply as though we are too stupid to know updates are needed. Does the same thing happen with coins you’re bought? I freaking hope not! Otherwise why would you bother? Who’s going to pay for credits when spending them means no offline play with ads for access. ✓ Used to be my favorite puzzle app…I hate to think how much money I’ve “invested” in this app. The very first thing I bought was the “Pro” version or whatever it’s called. I didn’t mind purchasing additional puzzle packs because they were really well done and you earned coins for completing a puzzle and could, in turn, spend your hard played coins on any puzzle pack they sold. That was then. Now there is a pop up to view an ad for a few free coins AFTER EVERY PUZZLE YOU FINISH. You don’t have to watch it but you still have to click several times just to say no and that’s after they ask you at the beginning of the month whether or not you want a chance to earn free credits coins for watching ads. They say it’s outside of the pro version but it gets ridiculous. On top of this they run idk what to call them…events I guess where you MUST watch an ad after completing a puzzle to get a chance at some sticker you need. If you “collect” all the stickers you get a few free puzzles at the end of the event. After paying 1000$ probably (and that’s quite humiliating to admit) there LAST THING I WANT TO DO IS WATCH ADS OR EVEN WASTE TIME CLICKING ROUND TO NOT TO. With a detailed puzzle, you need to be able to expand the viewing pane to full size to be able to identify where your puzzle piece may sit. Since the recent update, the pane remains small and its impossible to work on detailed puzzles. PLEASE REVERT TO THE OLD VERSION!!!!! I used to LOVE this app, the jigsaws and the accessibility in the game were fab. But this latest update has made it impossible to enlarge the picture much, so I can no longer zoom in on an area to match a puzzle piece. And the pieces scatter to the far edges of the screen so that they are really hard to move. And the screen seems to move around constantly, whereas it used to stay put. What a disappointment, please revert to the old version!!!.Version: 2020.2.3
✓ AnnoyingWhile I understand it’s necessary to have ads if you want to play for free, it’s extremely annoying when you cannot dismiss the ads and have to keep restarting the app. And when you do restart you have to watch another ad! For this reason I’m deleting the app!!.Version: 2021.7.0
✓ Horrible! I would give 0 stars if I could!This latest update is absolutely horrible! After closing the App, when I’ve been working on a puzzle, and reopening it later, the puzzle goes back to 0% complete and I have to start over. Also, pieces around the edge of the board either won’t move or the screen shuts down. The pieces don’t snap into place the way it used to. The backgrounds are darker than they were in the past, so my favourite backgrounds are useless. There are so many problems now that I no longer enjoy this App!.Version: 2019.2.3
✓ Upset and AnnoyedI have played this app for a few years now and have spent some money buying packs and while it was an excellent app for the puzzle lover, some of the newer modifications in this game have made it annoying to play. The latest modification is the sorting trays, having 4 trays that could be moved about was excellent for me, however they have now changed it to 1 tray on either the left or right side with no movement on it makes it annoying for me to play the app as if I want to move the tray I cannot all I can do is switch between left and right. I have made suggestions about the trays and all you get from customer support is the same answer time and time again. This lack of an answer upsets me as this was the first jigsaw app I found on the store that I actually liked the variation of puzzles and how the app worked. I will not be re-downloading this app as I have given the developers over a month to come up with a fix that suits everyone’s playing style..Version: 2020.12.0
✓ What did you guys do?I’ve been playing this app for years. But i am seriously considering deleting it. You went and changed everything and now its horrible. First of all why didnt you leave the bar on the bottom with the time and the lock button, and puzzle preview....etc. You went and put it on the side. You have to bring it up every time you want to do something, including locking the board; even looking to see the timer. Then you have to x it out when you start the puzzle because it takes up so much room. Then, when you click the scatter button it scatters the pieces so far away that you spend five minutes rounding them up so they are all together on the screen and not so far off of the screen and into the corners. And now when you make the screen bigger, the pieces become huge. The last piece of the puzzle that sparkles is stupid too. And dont get me started on the coins. You might as well get rid of it. Everyone says the same thing and so do i - i have all these coins saved up and there is never anything to buy. And the few that are available are all packs that no one would want. Why did you mess with a good thing? Please turn it back to the way it was. If you wont at least give people the option of the new update or keeping it the way it is. I’m so disappointed. I used to do a few puzzles a day and buy the packs. But now it isnt even fun to do one. I guess ill take my money elsewhere..Version: 2020.11.2
✓ Very long time user but fed up nowI have been using this app for years but recently have had many issues with it! It wouldn’t load or froze part way through loading for about two weeks, contacted them, no joy, eventually told to remove it an re-install it. Lost all my incompleted puzzles but seem to have my purchased puzzles - hurrah! But now keep being told I have achieved a small % of (whatever) achievement but I completed all those years ago! Distracting and annoying. It also still refuses to load occasionally. I have enjoyed this app daily for years, purchased many packs - it has been my go to daily. The recent issues have soured me, as has the over inclusion of so much Disney/cartoons in the daily puzzles!.Version: 2021.11.7
✓ With every update the added junk & trying to stay connected is getting worse!!It continually shuts down. Since last update an "error message" now appears after clicking the play button. The website will frequently shut down completely again & I have to start another attempt to log in, watch more adverts etc . You have previously responded to my complaint AND now I'm telling you IT is NOT my iPad that is at fault because I play other website jigsaws & games and have NO problems at all with them I have taken my time in responding to your last message because I feel I'm gong round & round in circles! I DID submit my iPad details etc the previous time you requested them BUT the problems haven't been resolved & if anything have got worse. The programme is constantly closing down meaning I am forever having to log in. AS stated it only happens with your website & I'm sure others are having same problems. It seems every time you update more problems emerge! . I STILL agree with all the other players complaints below mine regarding the problems And some are over 2 years old.Version: 2021.4.1
