And from behind they look like hopping rabbits. Having said that, its a good game, but I wish that I could race in higher Derby and stake levels...Keep going, you are on the right path! One more thing though: can you work on us being able to do hands on training with foals, like lunging and practicing on the track? Oh yeah, and you don't just feed a horse a flake of hay, or apples, sugar cubes, and whatever and expect it to win races. ✓ In Need of ImprovementIt's a good game. I have fun. You have to learn to play which is good in my opinion. But I have noticed a few things that bother me a lot. One: the male voice you hear seems more like a tutorial kind of voice. Perhaps making a tutorial mode rather than having an info section? Two: it is not clear at all how to get diamonds in the game and even harder when you realize the only way to upgrade uses large amounts of them to get more stable space. Three: (this is just me) I think the horses' heads do not bob forewarn and down enough. I mean that their legs say gallop but their heads say canter. Please fix this. Fourth: there is no game suggestion board. For a game that knows it will continue to update the game, they should have a game recommendations/suggestions section. Just saying..Version: 1.0.2

✓ I love this game, when it lets me onUntil about 10 months ago, I could enter this app whenever I wanted with no glitching. But now I can't even enter the game because about five seconds into the loading, the game crashes. You give me no reason, it just crashes. This issue is very frustrating. You even got rid of the commentator. SERIOUSLY, what the hell possessed you to do that. He added character to the game, and so did the starting horn thing. Without these things, you can't tell when the race is going to start. Don't get me wrong, this game is very fun when it actually lets you on. YOU DEVELOPERS NEED TO TRY MUCH, MUCH HARDER, AND YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS RATHER THAN JUST THE POSITIVE ones. Surely fixing a starting crash can't be that hard. ✓ All is good but the whipping....I really enjoy this game besides the fact that you have to whip your horse multiple times whenever your riding them to get anywhere. I know that's what most actual jockeys do but c mom, it's wrong to hit a horse like that so if it were some type of que instead of hitting the horse the game would be a bit better. Also needs some improvement on the excitement of the races, breeding, and the races need to be different in some way, it can get repetitive. However there are some things that could be improved, and it would be preferable if it happened sooner rather than later. One of the biggest problems is the glitch with the time board overlaying the race. It's very annoying when this happens and lessens the gameplay experience. Another complaint is your horse never seems to progress as he gains skills. Winning a race is mostly up to player strategy. I'm not a big fan of the graphics but I think they're decent enough. Oh! ✓ Best, most realistic HR gameThis game is a lot of fun. I have read other reviews that panned this game and I can't understand why. If you understand the principles behind racing, this game will have you hooked strait away. I like the addition of all the coat colors you would never see in a Thoroughbred because it makes it easier to see the field moving around you during the actual races. The training mini games are challenging and fun. You DON'T HAVE to buy anything in order to move forward in the game. Derby Diamonds are earned by completing the preliminary round of races (ten) or by winning a Derby Quest cup (forty diamonds) As for the coins, I have more than I need to keep playing. I did make one 5 dollar purchase for a sack of diamonds because I believe in supporting things that are good even if they are offered for nothing. Mostly because I appreciate the developers not covering the game in pop up ads. I also had a problem logging in and the developers sent me help fast. So support is very good too. ✓ Great game!Huge fan of DOC. This game has that vibe. Winning major races will earn gems. A few critiques....super horses don't matter as competition improves with your actual build. I win the same amount of races in a career using stock breeds as I do my own. Usually around 13 wins in 26 starts! Training is inconsistent. I don't train on leadership because I score zero all the time. Training for Burst requires a perfect each hit for 5 stars yet all other training is an easy 5. Do not train starter as this gains points through raising all other training. A few adjustments could make this game incredible. Still one of the better game apps available. Current horses in the stable have 100 in every category except leadership. Fix this or someone tell me how to do it..Version: 1.0.1

✓ Exceeded My ExpectationsI really enjoy this game. I downloaded it years ago when I was much younger and didn’t understand how it worked, but it is perfect for kids 8+. (I was 6.) What I really enjoyed about it was that you don’t need to spend actual money to get diamonds. If you successfully complete a full round of races, you will receive 20 diamonds! The ads are fairly infrequent and short. Ads would be my only complaint, but it is what you have to accept with most free games. I have two horses, Rising Glory and her son Glory’s Honor. My piece of advice would be to fully train your horses. You have a much better chance of winning if you do that. Because of this I have only lost two races. (I placed second) Have fun!.Version: 2.5

Anyone who's played DOC will see the connection. The only thing that bugs me about this App are all the ADS! I'd gladly pay for an update that was add free with a few more features. ✓ Best horse racing simThis is the best horse racing sim app that I have played. A few suggestions: please create more horses to race against, perhaps just randomized ones. You always race against the same horses, which also happen to be the same ones you can breed with. Very strange to be racing the granddaughter against the grandfather, which brings me to another oddity - the boys' and girls' races could be separated since the stallions tend to have higher stats than the mares. Also, the lag time of ten minutes between races generates frustration and lowers the playability. I know the point is to get people to pay real dollars for energy shots and stable upgrades, but the game is already littered with enough advertisements that those features should be free anyway. If I'm paying for stable upgrades then I'd also like to play ad free. Overall very fun game, though. At least, I like it. :-).Version: 1.0.4

You do have to buy gems with real money to get more than one horse but one horse is plenty. Actually some how it gives you more diamonds 💎 i started with fifty spent forty now I have sixty! ✓ Fun GameThis game is fun. I wish it had a photo finish button and/or a race replay feature. Also, the horses in each race will have very similar strengths and characteristics as your horse. They really should mix the starters, leaders, and closers in each race to make it more realistic. An odds board with payouts would be nice too, and they could have different jockeys with unique attributes too. Having said that, you will find this game addictive and challenging. ✓ Wow!Whoa!!!! I just updated the game and I think it is amazing!! Much better interface with your horse. I've only been playing it for 30 minutes and I'm already excited to play it some more. The training and tack looks wicked. There is definitely going to be a lot more thought put into playing the game. Before it used to be very simple and not a lot of fun. But now you can come closer to your horse. I do have to agree it is a little more complicated after a while I should get used to it. ✓ Love horse racingI love horse racing and this game is awesome it covers almost all aspects of owning a horse. However there is no way to upgrade stable unless you use real money. There is nothing to upgrade and the options on this game is ridiculous. If they let people upgrade stable for a certain coin price then make it gems after the second or third upgrade however you can't. So you can only race one horse at a time.
