✓ Still needs work..has become dissapointing!I started playing this when it first came out. It was simple and fun. Since they have "improved" the game, it is a mess! The artwork is better, but they call a clock a watch, such is the English language of the game, and some objects are called things, that aren't even related to the object itself! Twice I have had 9 stones to enter the Sorceresses room, then on the 10th, I go in, and they are GONE! Sloppy. If these things aren't fixed soon, I am getting rid of it! A day later, and I now lose red stones EVERY TIME I leave the game and come back! Plus, I was a level 50, been dropped to a 40! Totally done with this bushwah! Im giving it one more day, and if it isnt fixed, the app is toast... I am taking it off! ):.Version: 1.2.1
✓ OkHard to figure out how to unlock the other rooms without actually having to spend money. You do not advance on levels. Some rooms state clear 25 or clear 15 levels to unlock, however at level 52 those rooms are still locked..Version: 1.0.4
✓ Fun but....This game could excellent but it misses the mark. In large part to how long it takes for energy to recover and how much energy it costs to explore. I really loved this game at first and was really excited when I was leveling up, but now I don't want to. Why you ask.. Because as you level up you get more energy. You would think that's good except it also costs a lot more energy to enter rooms. So even with more energy, I don't get to explore more than before, and it takes like 3x longer for my energy to fill so I have to wait longer in between turns of play. ✓ Okay, so this is getting irritating!!I did enjoy the game until the last couple of updates took away the ability to hold onto the ruby's needed to visit the sorceresses room. Every time you win the gems needed and leave the game, because you have run out of energy, then come back to the game, the gems are gone. And if you buy gems to visit the sorceresses room, you better use all of the gems right then and there because if you get interrupted and have to leave the game, you loose the gems you bought also. Besides loosing gems the items needed in order to trade your collections also disappear when you leave the game, so you can not trade your collections in!! It is all very frustrating that now about all you can do with this game is just find the objects in the rooms!!.Version: 1.2.2
✓ The good and the badI really like the game, keeps you interested, and has lots of continued play. However I have purchased 50 rubies for 35 gold twice now (of which I paid real money for the gold) and both times after going to the Sorceress' room one time (that cost only 10 rubies) the game shuts down...and when I restart the game, all 50 of the rubies are gone. The fact that you pay real money for certain things in the game, and then a glitch takes away what you've bought...this is very disappointing and does not make me want to continue purchasing anything..Version: 1.2.1

✓ Not worth the $This game is about finding the missing object and in this respect the game is ok the graphics are quite pleasing and the mini games gradually get harder. The images are tiny however and not easily selected making game play really frustrating! the back story is somewhat tiresome as you can select which cludo style room you wish to enter the drawback being new rooms take energy which is rather boring to wait for - especially in a game I just paid for! The least favorable aspect for me is the constant begging for in app purchases of weapons and coins to better your game play... ✓ Overall goodI like this game, but wish the spotlight in night mode responded better. It doesn't follow you when you zoom. Also lack of non annoying ways to earn gold is not great. Good time killer, though. Also the energy loss being so quick but so slow to recover is odd in that it encourages you to stop playing for awhile if you have an in game goal that would require your money. Seems counterintuitive to me. I really enjoy the game and would love to spend more time playing without sacrificing my in-game goals. Be forewarned the words don't always match the objects. Problem - you can earn stopwatches, but try to use them to get to the crypt and the game will freeze. There is nothing to be done but close the game completely but you still lose all your stopwatches. I've lost 30 or 40 this way. Lost count....Version: 1.3.2
✓ Updates ruined gameUseless after updates. Lose rubies and collections when game is closed as well as some energy. Some rooms in shadow mode are blank or only two or three shadows come up but you still need to find 10 items to complete room. ✓ Fun game, improvingThis is a good game with a few glitches. You should be able to enter & search a new room at a lower energy. Once you get to a higher level in another room you're taxed the highest rate of energy for every room. Some things don't show up in a collection after you get them. I've gotten multiple golem's fingers but they're never in the collection. Some items say you won't find them on the first try, but others also take multiple tries. It's unclear whether you can go to another room for free if you reach a certain level or if you just have to pay to open each room. One reward said to use a key to open the room, but I had no idea where the key was. For the most part entertaining. No real story unfolds. At least not so far. ✓ Ruined itI was really enjoying this game until rooms got locked until u killed a character. Thats an interesting twist to the game if it wasnt so impossible to kill the character. U have to kill 10 of that character in 24hrs to unlock the room, if u only kill 3 in 24hrs it resets back to 10. Iv used all of my energy trying to find the right weapon to no avail, theres no tools to help, u cant gift the tools to help and the gold it costs is ridiculous... cost me £4.99 to kill 3!!! ✓ Cynical attempt to take your moneyI find it difficult to believe the other positive reviews here. This game is awful. There are no redeeming features. It's repetitive and dull and every move you make or achievement you need to progress takes points or game money. Since last upgrade you cannot complete a collection, in addition to the fact that once you find all of the hidden objects the screen freezes up and closes not giving you credit for the stage you just completed, but conveniently enough it deducts the energy needed to complete that stage. I deleted the game and re-downloaded it thinking it might be problems with my download, but when I re-installed it the outcome was the same. I have never known a game have so many videos in it and I know you don’t have to watch them but why do they have to be there, why can’t the game just flow? The other thing I’m struggling with are the ‘night’ scenes. I know it’s down to me but I can’t seem to move the illuminated bit around properly to find the items - any tips? Will I carry on playing it? Time will tell!!! These are the reasons I have only given the game 3 stars so far. Are there any instructions for this at all? ✓ Could be SO much better!!This is a fun game, but youu can tell it was written by someone who cannot speak English and used some sort of translator. The vignettes between screens are annoying, especially when the message makes very little sense in English. The items are mis-named in many of the searches, making it really difficult to actually find the items...until you get used to the wrong words. Also, the "prizes" in the higher levels never seem to materialize. For example, I have a quest to find a snake in the Butler's Room. I have played the Butler's room 25 times and still no snake. Just eats up my energy for nothing... My suggestion is if you are going to publish a game for the English speaking markets, have someone who speaks English proofread your text!!.Version: 1.3.2

✓ Fun Game But...The game is fun but there are a few issues: 1. Energy finishes way too fast and takes way too long to recharge. 2. There are so many collections that if you don't tap on OK the moment that the notice pops up, it takes way too long to be able to find the collection you completed. 3. Nowhere does it say where to get the items to be able to get into the crypt or the sorceress' castle (unless you buy them for 35 each...too expensive and I don't think it's worth it). If they need higher levels, then they shouldn't come up yet nor should the tasks involve getting into them. Or are they only available through buying them... don't agree with that if that is the case. ✓ Needs a lot of improvementLots of inventory items disappear making it impossible to trade in collections. Facebook page is FULL of people raising this issue. I like this game as its a good time waster but it is very flawed. The object names are wrong (butterfly for bow tie, tube for smoking pipe and onion for bow), items disappear from the inventory, at level 15 each room needs 24 energy so you can only play one room each hour and I assume the energy requirements increase every time you level up. I'm expecting a huge update to fix all these issues otherwise the game will be deleted..Version: 1.2.1

✓ Mystery CastleEnjoy HOS games. Love quests. Disappointed in game as it has high 'energy' requirements for quests. Am at Level 48 and it takes 57 energy to do an HOS. Energy cap is 300. Barely do 5 and you are done. Many things require gold to complete (purchase). Too many characters, no story line, takes several days of play to move to next level after you reach Level 45, 'monsters' are nearly all gold purchases as you only earn gold when you level up- can't kill them off (they are also quests), too many requirements to complete collections/few rewards in HOS scenes completed, poorly worded connecting scenes, clue words do not match objects, and 'past' scenes have objects so obscured you can't find the object. I also play Ravenhill Asylum (another Alawar/Komar game) and it is worse than this one. Please work out the bugs to make game more enjoyable..Version: 1.3.2
✓ GlitchesHave to tap on an item several times to clear it from list. Built the Crypt when I go to enter it the game stays in loading mode and never loads. I had to close the app and reopen it and it had taken 10 of my pocket watches when I wasn't even able to enter the room. Grammar errors are annoying ex: "The energy recovered with time" it's the energy recovers with time because the energy isn't always recovered when this message appears. The app support link does not work. I like this game but it took me a long time to open the crypt and to not have it work once I opened it was the last straw. This game needs a lot of work. I’ve had the same “collection” missions that I completed on my own before they even started no other quests .. ✓ Could be SOOOOOOO Great!It truly is a fun game. Unfortunately, I have the same complaint as other users. What items are called and what you are looking for are often mismatched. At first it was only one particular item here and there but as I have progressed it has become worse. You have to use your gold coins to guess where the item is (or randomly tap until you land on it). It is very frustrating. ✓ DisappointingSo unfortunate. This game was on its way to being a solid 4 star for me, especially for a free game. The premise was fun and original (at least to me) and I was really enjoying the game. That is until I started unlocking rooms and traveling to the past, well at least I tried to do those things, but the past and the workroom never actually loads for me. It says waiting for download but never actually loads the room, though it charges me energy anyway just to tell me I've failed the room. How I can fail a room that never loaded is beyond me. I tried to give it time, once I sat my phone down and let it "download" for a full 30 minutes and still nothing. However, when you try to buy gold thy take your money and you get no gold. This has happened to me several others then you cant get a refund. It costs more in energy to enter the rooms now and all the tools and bonuses are now too expensive to get. And when you come back to the game your energy and gold disappear. When you try to touch the items in the rooms they don't always go the first time. Sometimes you need to touch them more than once. ✓ It's adequatelyIt's a cute game I guess, however… It keeps harassing me to buy more gold pieces. I don't think it's fair that it costs five gold pieces to kill off one wolf and the quest requires 5 gold pieces kill one Wolf. And it asked to kill 3 Wolfs, which requires 15 gold pieces. Why should I have to exhaust gold pieces to Slay a wolf or to kill any monsters? For killing monsters, shouldn't I Be rewarded with gold pieces? And another thing is quite confusing about this game, when given actual name to a piece of item you need to find, it's very unclear. For example: a metal gauntlet that a night put on his hand is not called "an armor" it's called a "Gauntlet". I spend exhausted amounts of time looking for a miniature suit of armor, because it asked for a "Armor". Furthermore, I don't think it's fair to have to buy gold pieces in order to advance to the next level. I think the next level should be given on how well and how fast you find items in each room, not by purchasing the next level because you have the money? ✓ Well, it was free.I played this game because it was nice to play something simple after work. And I thought it was going somewhere. Turns out, not so much. After the last update, there's a brake on the collections making them harder to complete and subtlety forcing players to buy gold. Level 50 is the current max with no new rooms or changes in the search items for each room. Since I've reached level 50, there's no reason for me to play until there's an update with new content and a higher level setting. I would recommend that any game companies verify that the spelling and grammar in their games is correct for other languages before releasing them. ✓ Way Better Before the UpdateThis WAS a great game (5stars) but since the update, not so much. After changing just about everything up I can't even play it as often. You were able to jump to the next level by completing the "recovery" tasks on the left of the map but now it takes forever to even get one or two completed & then it doesn't even show your experience earned anymore so you know how close you are to the next level. ✓ Got some issuesI really enjoy this game. I am always on there playing every chance I get. Now that being said, I do have a couple of issues. One is that it takes FOREVER for my life to fill up. An why does it take so much energy just to play a room once? I'm spending 39 energy each time I go into a room. That's stupid and it means I can't play as long as I would like. Another issue I have is that I have a ton of coins, but have to wait for any gold. I don't buy money on any game, because I think that is nuts and I don't have extra money to spend on it. ✓ Could be great but....It's fun and all that. But objects are misnamed which is confusing (butterfly is a bow tie, bow is a bowl in certain levels, paintbrush is a toothbrush). Also, I can't get into the cript it takes my pocket watches but doesn't let me in. Also the quests and collections are confusing to figure out which room to find the object. Also, it's a pain to scroll through all the collections to find the one you are looking for. Also, it is confusing when it tells you to find things in the laboratory (there is no such room, it means workshop). But my biggest annoyance is now it doesn't give me new quests and no matter how many times i go to the room to complete the bloody mask collection it NEVER gives me what i need. I have searched the bathroom probably 100 times and it still wont give me the claw glove. Now i have opened new rooms yet this doesnt trigger new quests. So all i have is cript and bathroom to search and i cant get into the cript so the bathroom scene is getting old fast! ✓ Fun and addictiveThis is a fun hidden pictures game. As with all of these games, the developer tries to push you toward spending money to be successful. This game was less offensive in your ability to play without spending real-world currency, but the latest update may have changed that. It takes more items to charge collections and those items are findable on quests, but not in reasonable quantities. When energy is fully charged you may use all energy and find 2 of the new additional charge items for a single collection, when 5 or more are needed. I guess this is another game where you buy your way to success, or plan to play a lot of short sessions over a lot of time..Version: 1.0.9
