✓ UnfortunateIve always loved playing star girl but unfortunately the app broke on me in the worst way. I paid for the bronze vip like a week or 2 ago and was doing just fine keeping up with it and everything and then the app failed to verify my subscriptions which somehow reset my sub and now i do not have bronze vip status. i tried waiting a couple days and still nothing. i know my subscription is still active because it says that my sub auto-cancels in January. to fix i hoped maybe uninstalling and reinstalling the app would help but it did not. now even more unfortunate, i cannot load back into my account. when i hit existing user it just continues to load even after waiting for like 10 minutes. i hope this app gets the attention it deserves from the support team/devs/updaters etc because this is definitely a good game that i truly miss playing. for now its gonna be a one star review...Version: 4.2.2

✓ This Game Needs AttentionOkay, so this game is my childhood, it’s one of the reasons why I decided to major in fashion, and I recently got it again. First thing I noticed was that I couldn’t buy anything. Like, the in-app purchases were not available. I was excited to buy something because I always dreamed of buying more coins or diamonds and as in recent years, VIP. Well, I discovered you can still get VIP, but no diamonds, coins, or those packages in Star Dazzle. You also can’t buy promotions or anything in Star Wow. So in conclusion, you cannot get any in-app purchases, but because VIP is a subscription, you’d have to get it via App Store or your device’s version of App Store. There’s also those 6th floors in the cafe and nightclub that have been there for years at this point and there’s no update on those either. There’s no new clothes, and the last update was 2 years ago. Have you abandoned this game? Because I assure you if you started to pay attention to this game along with the other ones like Beauty Queen, Spring Colors, etc., this could be a series of games that will bring you outcome. It not only benefits you, but it allows more people to enjoy the game and not be limited to depend on jobs and the competition to get diamonds..Version: 4.2.2

Well, a huge amount of lagging. Star wow and saving game progress takes an eternity to load, after about five minutes I just give up, not worth it. The stargirl community likes pointing the problem to the player, maybe wifi or phone issue perhaps but as far as I can remember Stargirl has always been garbage in the lag and glitch department. I really liked the creative dress-up aspect of the game and the ability to add and play with my friends. We think there should be an option to return clothing items in exchange for coins/diamonds. Otherwise we enjoy the game but think there could be more updates and changes. They should also unlock level 6 star cafe boyfriends. Recently I spent 40,000 coins at the star wow shop and I received a dress that I already owned that was only 8 kisses. Also, I was playing the jewel blitz game (that I’m a legend at) and it glitched. I couldn’t make one move for about 10 whole seconds. That costed me 4 energies just to only get a bad score and bring me up like 9%. ✓ FIX YOUR BUGSDon’t get me wrong. I LOVE this game. Every time I get a new device with enough memory, I redownload it and play again. Well, I re downloaded it and played again but it wouldn’t sync my progress, even though I was connected to Facebook like it asked. I ended up having to delete the game and download it again, to lose 4 levels I had progressed, and 1,000 diamonds. Not to mention all the items I had purchased. I’ve emailed 3 times, posted on their Facebook page, Twitter and Instagram. I’m so frustrated and fed up with the customer support on this game. On top of all of that, my emails have been unanswered, even after the syncing problems, I asked if maybe we can get an update with more “boyfriends”, selling items or getting current items with different colors. And why can’t we play different versions of the game with the same ID. This is beyond ridiculous and needs to get fixed. And I’m not the only one having issues. Other players have mentioned the syncing problems or asked if there will be updates on cafe or nightclubs levels opening up as it has been literally YEARS since the last update. Sorry for the rant. ✓ FORGET YOU EVEN SAW THIS GAME !!!This is a Dying game. The creators have put no effort to fixing ANY of the issues in this game! I’ve only been able to synchronize my data I think 5 times before it never synced again. You go ahead and try to contact customer service you will get no answer. If you can’t sync your data on the game that means you can’t buy promotions for the competitions you can’t buy the star wow packages you can’t do anything! If you delete and reinstall the app EVEN If you have your account linked to Facebook you will lose ALL of your progress whether you have been playing for years and spent your real money on it or weeks. ✓ This game needs updates!UPDATE: There is a big problem, I can no longer buy promotions in pageants! All it does is give me the loading screen! I’ve tried to restart my phone, nothing. I’ve uninstalled the game to try & fix the issue (note: my account is hooked up to Facebook so I figured I could easily get back in) & now I can’t even get back inside my account, all I get is the loading screen yet again. Please fix this immediately! I’m not the only one who is having this issue. I’ve had this game for years! It’s extremely addictive. The outfits & mini games are alright, although I feel the developers could add new shops & destinations. ✓ Please update the gameI haven’t played stargirl since around the time it last updated. I started a new game recently and I saw that nearly all of the shops either said “coming soon” or did not even have the button to enter it. The fashion competition building has the same glitch. I also can’t seem to access online features even though my wifi is working very well. Since I can’t access online features I haven’t been able to enter the nightclub to play the mini game. The list of boyfriends you can get shortened drastically and top floors in the club and cafe say coming soon again. Additionally, another thing missing in my game is that the stores also are drastically missing pieces of clothing that used to be in the game. Another thing I noticed is that in the camera some of the backgrounds are no longer available and the camera is automatically on the mode where it is just taking pictures of the player.Version: 4.2.2

Then suddenly an add comes you have to cross out of it then load your game again. It also takes way too long to load. Another thing is, your pushing people into joining Facebook.
