✓ - I was cheated and terrible customer serviceI have been playing this app for at least 4 years and would at times make purchases to buy cherries. In recent months I have made significant purchases because I enjoyed playing the game. It is one of the few games that I use to keep me occupied as I am disabled and not able to get out much. One day I woke up and the game had reset to the original status for most areas including my progress and daily cherry rewards. I sent a message to the development team within the app and was told that they were working on my issue. They also gave me a few cherries for my inconvenience but the cherry amount didn’t even cover one of my purchases. In total I have spent a lot of money and requested a refund through apple and bingo pop but neither one have refunded me. Bingo Pop is awful with customer service or care because they have no regard for the money I have spent and have not answered me in some messages I have sent to them around getting my refund or an escalation path to get this issue resolved. Be careful when making purchases with them and if the app malfunctions because the App Store is limited in refunding within certain time frames. This is just like any other online bingo game, they have their favorites and they make sure those favorites win regularly. See the same pictures pop up in those 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place bongos quite often. What's really sad is I was playing last night. I always play 4 cards whenever possible. Not only did I not have over half the numbers called, but 2 games in a row I had a double daub, a single daub, and an instant win. The only thing on one card were the numbers the power-ups landed. ✓ Garbage game!I have been playing this game for years, I’m on level 855...so clearly loyal for a LONG time! It just gets harder and harder to win bingos. And yes, they’ll respond by saying “it’s a game of chance”, “sorry you feel you aren’t winning as many cherries as you feel deserving of”. You will maybe get a single bingo every 6/7 games, a double bingo every 15/20 games if you’re lucky. If I do ever have a decent amount (like over 300 cherries) it’s because I won them from collection events and cards or the dice game, not because of the actual game of bingo. I reported this in an effort to restore the game and although attempted all the troubleshooting tips could not restore my cherries and coins. It cost me hundreds of dollars with these purchases. The company eventually told me they could no longer help me and said they would not be refunding or compensating me, all purchases were final. They closed the ticket and have refused to acknowledge any further messages. Terrible customer service, absolutely disgraceful. When I run out of play tokens I delete and reload the game and start all over. BUT I also find that every time I reload it some aspects are missing. ✓ The end of the line for meI'm level 66, so I've been playing for a while. But each of the last few and recent changes have sucked the fun out of this game. I play for free, but I was able to budget my cherries and get a few of the daily and weekly goals done. So I was able to stay afloat with that, using the scratchers, and watching the 25 video ads a day to accumulate and get the last few cherries I needed for another round. Then I discovered the pets, and was very happy to spin the daily required sessions to earn the 4xx tickets to use towards that. (They strangely changed the amounts.) That was another way to earn cherries that was kind of fun. Bam! They sure got rid of that! Getting tickets now is near to impossible - at least in any meaningful amounts. So now almost no tickets to earn cherries. And now almost no videos to earn cherries. "There are no videos available ..." Except now in between my bingo rounds they find some for me to watch without compensation! But the saddest thing is the spinner. In the last four days I have gotten 2 cherries, 1 cherry, and 1 cherry. The fourth was not memorable - I think it was 8 cherries. After this last insult, I've decided to delete this bingo game. ✓ Tired of the Cheating AI of This Game.Here is a screenshot of something your AI does to me on a consistent basis every time I play your game. This shot is from the ARIAL ACES room and I bet 160 cherries in this round. Notice how your RANDOM drawing AI called out all on the N’s and ALL BUT 1 EACH of the I’s and the G’s and the two cards I played each had the only numbers not called from the I’s and the G’s making both cards a loser! This happens a lot and it’s so frustrating that it happens often enough to know that the games AI isn’t random and isn’t very good at covering that fact. Actually, there are dozens of facets in this game where whatever system your AI uses to determine its random outcomes doesn’t work well and leads us consumers to believe its fixed to make us lose on purpose. Y’all really need to fix this because otherwise, this game is really fun but I’m about to stop playing it for good and my reviews will reflect these issues. ✓ Just deletedI will start by saying I used to love this game. Yes it was hard getting cherries but sometimes you could win good fair amounts. Now though you have cut back on everything like the daily bonus and made winning harder and also got rid of the pets (how they were) where it was at least possible to get lucky on that. For me the scratch offs were a nice way to get the last few cherries needed to play a board. This app is supposed to be FUN, ENTERTAINMENT, RELAXING, like a flipping bingo game at a church basement with grandma. LIKE IT USED TO BE BEFORE YOU CHANGED THE GAME TO GREED TO PROFIT FOR YOURSELF! Half the stuff is STUPID AND MAKES NO SENSE. WORKING TOWARDS EARNING CUTE LITTLE DAUBERS TO TRADE WITH OTHERS WAS FUN. WINNING AN ACTUAL BINGO WAS FUN. DO ANY OF Y’ALL REMEMBER WINNING A BINGO? Those were the days. Keeping it simple is what made it fun. Bingo doesn’t require a PhD!
