Sometimes I will add extra time or moves at the end of a game, but the game freezes up and I’m unable to make any more moves! Other times, I will start a game, but Jewel Mania chooses that moment to show me an ad. Annoying but not a huge deal if it’s limited number of plays. ✓ Please update, long overdueReally enjoy this game and have been playing for some years. But, just as many have mentioned, it may be overdue for an update. Haven't been able to accumulate gold in the same manner as previously. Also, app freezes and then kicks you out quite often, using up all of your attempts. Also a bit curious how sometimes you either complete a level, or watch a video for additional time and then the app shuts down without giving you the completed level. Also agree that you should beanie to convert coins to gold, otherwise, what purpose do the coins really serve if any freebies are mainly paid for with gold? Advertisements are also getting a bit much. Also, find it frustrating that some of the advertisements play sound even when you have the game sound turned off. This isn't very appropriate and should be more considerate of the users and their possible environments. As another user mentioned, would like to say thank you for the free time given at the beginning of lock down. You are encouraged to watch the ad, but at the end you receive an error message and no reward. Rather frustrating as it’s worth while to watch a number of ads to accrued gold, so you can play for more than five turns (for example, if you are about to go on a flight). It’s dangerous to spend money on gold as one can immediately lose it all by accidentally tapping the wrong part of the screen at the wrong moment. Well timed pop-ups seem designed to encourage these accidental taps. There are also occasional bugs that will make it impossible to pass a level. These bugs have become fairly infrequent and only cost one turn. Otherwise a very enjoyable puzzle game for all ages, albeit with an aesthetic that is aimed at a young audience. Reached level 400 once, but had my phone stolen and once I got a new phone, I found that I had lost all my hard work and had to start over again :( Managed to work my way up again and nearly back on level 400 :) It's one of my favourite pastimes. But it costs 33 gold for another 5 turns if you run out of time and you rarely win gold but have to buy. Twice I have bought the special deal where you get some gold bars immediately and then 8 every day thereafter for 30 days. Problem is that on most days game can't connect to get the gold bars so you loose the gold bars for that day. Fool that I am, I bought this deal twice with the same results. I’ve been playing it for years now on and off and I’m now on level 263, but around level 240, the ads to earn extra gifts (life refills, golds, etc.) have stopped working. I have can be connected to wifi and it still just gives me “oh darn failed to load try again later”. There’s no update for this game either so I really don’t know how to fix this.
