✓ Old times take foreverThe ads are so annoying. Honestly , I’ve played this game enough that I might have considered paying to go ad free. Except one thing. The download times for this game TAKE FOREVER. Today I had LTE, I opened the app and it starts downloading the levels. For some reason, it loads the earliest levels first. That doesn’t make any sense! So I play an earlier level while I wait for it to download the newer levels, it took several minutes, I go back to the list of levels, AND IT STILL HADNT DOWNLOADED THE NEWER LEVELS YET. To complete challenges within this game you have to also play other games like slots and bingo a lot. It is an addictive game, I always want to level up. ✓ Buggy and dishonestI’ve been an avid player for years, then quit when I reached an impassable level in high 700s. After few years I came back and was able to get through. Now each level requires hundreds of attempts. The game gives you 5 bolts of energy every few hours. To make any progress you need to constantly watch ads for each extra bolt. 4 out of 5 times after you watched several minutes of stupid ads the system either gets stuck on the download page with no way to close it so you have to kill the app or brings you back to the try again screen without giving you energy. In both cases you have to go back and watch the ads again and again..Version: 1.9.4

They want you to download game in order to continue playing. The only way out of game ad is to quit game and lose your energy bolt. Also I’m only allowed 5 energy bolts at a time (I’m level 183). Have not been able to earn gold bars for over a month either. When I sent in support help request, the message sent was it would take 5-7 days to respond and NOT to send multiple requests….well, I have yet to receive a response from anyone. ✓ Scam ads, frustrating progressI like the game my low rating is due to the number of scam ads that are allowed through the game : mostly miracle weight loss. Lose 5 stone in 7 days etc. You really need to find a way to block these or change your advert provider. Re the game, good game but you need at least to pass levels with an average of 2 stars to progress. Once you get past the first few levels it is IMPOSSIBLE to get three stars. ✓ So many advertisements!There are so many advertisements in between the games it’s impossible to play nicely and enjoy the game. The developer forced you to watch long videos especially the Royal Match game so much so it is such a big turnoff! ✓ Crashing to gain gold barsI’ve noticed for awhile now that most times when I watch a video to gain 1 gold bar it crashes after I claim the bar and it doesn’t count it. I make quite a few in app purchases for gold because I really enjoy the game. ✓ Impossible to get three stars?After level 61, it's impossible to earn three stars in any level no matter what. In earlier levels sometimes it took me several tries to get three stars, but for 60 straight levels I was able to eventually get 3 stars for every level. However once passed the 61 mark, it becomes impossible no matter how high your score is. I've made it to the 90's and have yet to get a single three-star level. And I know it's not a matter of just getting low scores, because I just completed a mining level that I earned 30 layers out of 15, with a score of 553,100 and still somehow that was a two star score. ✓ It looks like the developer's abandoned this gameThis game hasn't been updated in over a year and there are no signs from the developer that they plan on fixing any of the numerous bugs that have plagued this game. The star rating system is broken and has been broken for over a year. Basically, the highest star rating players can achieve is now 2-stars even though the game still requires 3-stars to master each level. It's like the developer got rid of the 3-star rating by disabling it but then forgot to update the screen to reflect the change. An ad appears after every 1 to 2 games and many of the ads don't work: they get stuck and won't play, forcing the player to close the game. Often times, the ad won't appear until after the game has started so not only does the player have to close and restart the game, they also lose the energy they spent to play because they're forced to abandon the game. The game often fails to repopulate gems after they have been matched, leaving the entire area of the game board empty and inaccessible..Version: 1.9.4

The fire timer levels are the worst, and take the longest to complete but are too hard and it gets boring!! Can you please at least allow people to buy out of levels with gold bars or points??? ✓ Frustrating!I concur that shortage of lives, delay in getting new lives and those dreadful ads you have to wait through are negatives. Sometimes when it gets to point I can close the ad it messes up my game screen so I have to close and reopen the app which takes a life away. ✓ Used to love but recent changes disappointingI’ve been a daily player of this game (okay, an addict) for quite some time. I’ve made it to level 812. And now I’m stuck because the app is no longer rewarding 5 gold pieces for every video watched. The only way to pass many of the very difficult levels when you get this far is to use gold to buy boosts. The app used to award 5 gold pieces for every ad watched up to a max of 100 gold pieces per day. Sometimes it would take 300 or more gold pieces to buy enough boosts to beat a level. Starting sometime in December 2017, the gold piece awards changed to only earn 1 per ad watched up to a max of 3 pieces per day. Now I’m stuck and honestly bored. I don’t have the patience for that. Until the gold awards go back to normal, won’t be using this app much. Update 5/9/19: Level 585 is broken. It’s supposed to have a blaster but it has a time stopper instead (useless on this level). My favorite is when you are expecting to see a video for extra moves and it won’t load. As soon as you move on, it loads a video. Like others have noted, getting three stars after level 61 is practically impossible. One level I have almost 2x the “second place score” but still only got 2 stars. Levels seem to have changed too. Seems like there are more fire levels and some require making bombs/shells to clear, and the game conveniently gives you colors that don’t help. And the videos to get extra moves/time don’t load past the lower levels. Why offer them if they aren’t there? Of course the videos between games always work. ✓ Can you handle the constant glitches?I love this game but have accepted that it is often frustrating. Recently I watched a video to get more moves on a level, it froze my screen and then stole 30 gold bars from me. I have other times mysteriously lost gold bars. Which means I’ve played (and beat) many many levels, many many times. The app forced me to update about a week ago. Since that time, I can count on 3 freakin fingers how many times I’ve been able to win. I can no longer beat levels I’ve beaten too many times to count in the past.
