Buggy Bluetooth ConnectionGood when it works, but continually fails to find blood pressure cuff, or finds it and drops out. Bluetooth has no problem registering device and appears to be permanently connected, but app is not registering connection and gives errors frequently, so this is obviously bad coding in the app. I notice this is a frequent reason for users giving low ratings. It works - but forces a new account to be createdHi there App works well. However to get started it forces you to create a new account (Facebook didn't work) then I needed to create yet again another account. Do not force users to create accounts before they can use the app, it is a poor UX and why I have you 2* instead of 4*.Version: 3.3.8

Stupid and restrictingThere is a function to read your blood pressure three times in a row with 15second intervals An average is then taken. This is restricted to only being done just before 10am or just before 12am Why can't I do three reads and get an average at any time of the day? Blood pressure fluctuates and multiple readings are more accurate than single readings. Software that restricts you for no good reason is bad software, especially when the function already exists and the devs just want to feel powerful and refuse to let you use it. Irritating UXThe app is irritating to use and I wish I’d bought a different Bluetooth BP device. It keeps refusing to take my measurements because it says I’ve already taken them today, even when I haven’t taken them in days. Why would you ever design a feature to refuse to take measurements? And worse, implement it incorrectly so it refuses when it shouldn’t. Disappointing, will look elsewhere for health tracking in the future..Version: 3.10.7

Fixed not working after wifi pswd changeAs other users, core scale was stuck on “set” after wifi pswd change and kept timing out when trying to reset connection via app. To fix I had to set router to broadcast only 802.11b on the 2.4ghz band (rather than the 802.11b/g/n option etc). Wifi on scale was the able to connect and reset with app after this change. After success I switched router settings back to 802.11b/g/n option and scale still connects. Hope this helps someone. 3 stars for weak hardware/software/user interaction..Version: 3.10.4

Worked great for 2 weeks....Ok so the cuff worked great with my iphone for 2 week. I took my BP in the morning and again in the evening. Each time with the triple check. Bluetooth connecting issue BP5 Feel Blood PressureI own two of the one which I bought last month and the same model 2 year ago. Both hav the same firmware and and hardware version. Both have issue to connect with the app. The app disconnect upon louche the Bluetooth connection and even if it clone the tap the button start the unit but often a message of communication error appear. There is conflict of communication between the app and the firmware. There was a time that everything work very well but done last year it is getting worst. As of June 15, the app still as Bluetooth communication issue but the latest version has improve this issue to make it useful..Version: 3.11.3

Poor BluetoothMy wife and I were both using the blood pressure cuff but the app will no longer run if another Bluetooth device (Fitbit or polar ignite) are paired to the phone. iHealth technically support was no help. They simple said they didn’t support using other manufacturer’s products and stopped responding to emails. Now I have to unpair all devices AND turn off other Bluetooth enabled tablets or phones to get a blood pressure reading..Version: 3.10.1

Location trackingI have iHealth scale and it works well. The app is the problem. When setting up wifi it requires location (“to provide weather updates”), otherwise wifi wouldn’t work. This as an excuse to get onto location data. In fact, app asks to track the phone everywhere I go. Why? IHealth have some agenda (tracking your behaviour based on your weight?), reselling user location data, or else. This should not be required for a simple bathroom scale. Worst COVID tests everGot free tests from the government (I know you get what you pay for… but I’ve been getting free covid tests from the government since the pandemic and I’ve always gotten quality product or at least something that makes sense.) Sorry, but I refuse to download an app and create an account JUST SO I CAN WATCH AN INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO because iHealth has to have two different kinds of covid tests but use same packaging for both, to make things as confusing as possible for potential users who have a fever and a blinding headache. MehDodgy software. Seemed to work when first arrived. After couple of months, keeps telling me I’ve already completed my test for the day and to return in the morning. Except I haven’t used the unit for a few days. Other problem, it will only take reading at certain times. If you try outside of those parameters, you won’t get reading. Just doesn't workI made the mistake of not checking the reviews of this app prior to purchasing an iHealth blood pressure monitor. I can't log into the app and because the monitor is entirely dependent on the app for its functionality- it just doesn't work. I've tried every suggested solution I could find on the net and a few others that I came up with myself. All I get is error messages. I have no issues creating and signing to the iHealth cloud site, but unfortunately this is no help in getting a blood pressure reading. Very disappointed.Worked fairly (I did have to exchange one unit and it wouldn’t always connect) well until we got a new router and now the app won’t update at all when I stand on the scale. Poor Bluetooth responseWhen app is opened, it does not pick up the wireless BP cuff very reliably. Previous version worked in the beginning but with latest IOS update, app does not work. Once you weigh you cannot look at your statsHere is my 2 cents. Once I weigh myself I’m able to make a note, great But, there is no menu bar or way to transition from my current weight that I just measured to my history or to a graph/chart or even just a home button. So once I weigh and make a note, I have to close the app, then I have to swipe to completely close the app so I can then go back and open the app to the home page and I can check my history or look and the graphs. It would make sense to have a “save” button that takes you back to your weight history so you would see your trending. Help..Version: 3.11.9

So now when I decided to start monitoring my weight for my new fitness routine, you were the first company I thought of to purchase a scale from. But then I download your app, and it says I have to create an account with my email address (red flag #1). Then it says I have to download the new “pro” app, which according to the apple app store collects and stores my data on the cloud (red flag #2). So I go to your website (without downloading the new app) and find where I can create an account online, which prompts me to enter my name, date of birth, location, weight, height… I “nope” out of that and go back to the original app (which according to the apple App Store you claim does NOT collect my information on the cloud and it now allows me to login to the app, and promptly requests that I enter my height and weight. Which then shows up in my online cloud account… sorry guys, but nope. You don’t need to know this information about me, and I don’t know you. Even if I did trust you not to sell my data to advertisers ( and who has time to read your privacy policy anyway) I certainly don’t trust that you won’t get hacked and my data will be out there anyway..Version: 3.11.14

But suddenly, after the most recent app update, the app no longer connects to the scale. MrHi, A week ago bought wireless sleep tracker, so far have been unable to use it, when trying to connect, all I get is network timed out, have sent Ihealthlabs 3 emails asking for help but none of them seem interested, all you get is waiting to asign a agent. So far, some easily fixable annoyancesI got to the third screen of creating an account, then left the app to go generate a password in my password manager. When I returned, it took me back ot the home screen and I had to enter it all again! I did my first reading, it was a bit high, so I spent a few minutes relaxing, only for it to tell me I already did a reading today, come back tomorrow! It's my device, let me do what I want! Aggravating appUsing with the iHealth "Ease" blood pressure device. Unit appears to work OK, and has fair documentation manuals. However, the app has virtually no documentation and requires considerable trial and error to understand. Difficult to set up multiple profiles for different people to track their BP numbers. I have been able to use the "triple check" feature on only one profile. The app gives the "you've already been tested - wait until tomorrow" warning when attempting to "triple test" another setup profile. At this time, I would not recommend the app or the "Ease" blood pressure monitor since the "Ease" only works with the iHealth app..Version: 3.5.2

So badI have repeatedly tried to use this to test my blood pressure with absolutely no success it has only worked ONCE when I tried to return it from where I bought it …. Not All AccessableOverall I like the security and tracking capabilities of the app, however, it only connects by Bluetooth to the developer’s own equipment and not other Bluetooth devices. In most cases it has a “manual input” capability for most of the vital signs trackers. The sleep and exercise does not have a manual input so I can’t track my sleep from my APAP machine nor can I track my steps or exercise. The app does not include any method of tracking blood glucose so I cannot track my glucose tear readings at all. So in this respect I can only give it 2 stars..Version: 3.10.1

Latest update erased dataInstalled update when got notification. Should've ignored until had uploaded data because data on the activity tracker that hadn't been uploaded was wiped. Very frustrated. Takes several tries to sync data. App either hangs or closes mid sync. Have to restart app several times to be able to sync. Then seems like data is being lost as uploaded steps don't match those that were on the watch, not just a few steps but half the steps missing. This app is driving me crazy, now can't set repeats on alarms, get to the repeat screen and no way to exit it and save your setting Also finding that it randomly inserts zero sleep for days I have recorded and downloaded my sleep pattern. Hardware OK, connection to phone dreadfulThis app seems to work some of the time for some of their hardware. My blood pressure cuff works most of the time and with only a few turning on and off Bluetooth cycles connects and the app will record the data (thus proving that blue tooth is connected and working) However when I try to set my pulse oximetry up the process stops dead in its tracks and tells me to tune on Bluetooth (despite it clearly being on iand recognizing the BP cuff.). So I have to enter what I can get off the read out manually, 2/3 parts of the data..Version: 3.11.6

Unreliable. Beware before you buy.Since iOS 11 the app would not connect blue tooth sometimes, but since the most recent update, the product NEVER connects despite trying to troubleshoot. Underwhelmed from the startMy midwife suggested I get this app to be able to submit weight and blood pressure readings for at home monitoring during pregnancy. It would be nice if there was a way I could put in my profile that I’m pregnant so the app wouldn’t tell me I’m supposedly obese when I check my weight to send to my provider. Buggy products with terrible supportI was really excited when my wife surprised me with this. A buddy and I had been talking about exactly this type of product the night before - seemed meant to be! (We have the Core). Unfortunately this product does not work properly from wild variances in how it estimates % body fat to refusing to sync despite being reconnected over and over again. To top it off, customer service and support is HORRENDOUS and NONEXISTENT! I hope Apple sues this company and they go bankrupt because I’m sure my wife was hypnotized buy the small i before Health. Application very poorApplication is very poor in features, cannot retrieve all parmeters from cronology. Only the last session could be retieved. Too much graphic and too little content. It does not work with personal hotspot, so to use it with the Iphone you need a wifi... Also not clear the algoritms the scale use for calculating bmi and all the other parameters. Blood Pressure Monitor BP7SI’ve had the BP7S for a year now. It always worked with my iPhone 7 Plus. For some reason my last reading was December 17, 2017. It will not sync anymore and it says “Pairing unsuccessful BP7S FBC343 is not supported”. I rebooted my phone many times and it still won’t take it. Problem now with the HR6 scale timeGenerally I find that this HR6 scale is very hard to use. I had a very hard time when I changed the PW in my router. It took a very long time to fix, even using the 2.4GHz connection. Now - after the latest update, the time seems to be incorrect. It must have changed time zones away from my EST, and now registering times that are four hours off. I also had bought the BP cuff, O2 meter, and glucose product. I find all of them way off in their reporting. I had to dump the glucose, as those numbers have to be reliable and it isn’t. The O2 meter is too low by a few percentage points, so not helpful. The BP cuff the same. I had bought these all during a Boxing Day sale a few years back, and then tried to give them all back since they are so unreliable but couldn’t as it was too late for the store. Will not connect - UslessAfter buying the iHealth Track blood pressure monitor the directions suggested downloading this app. I did, set up an account and attempted a Bluetooth connection with an iPhone 8 AND iPad Pro 3 gen. WHY wont you FIX this dang app!??I love the convenience of the bluetooth cuff aside from the times when it wont actually connect to the app which is numerous. You would think after spending over $100 on the bp cuff that these app decs would FIX the friken app so it would actually connect. They spend millions of dollars on ihealth bp/health hardware yet they dont care that the app is useless which makes all the hardware useless as well. I wish a more competent company would creat a bluetooth bp cuff with an app that actually worked. The only reason these people havent went bankrupt yet is because they have no competition. This is like buying a fancy new car yet you cant drive it because the software won't allow you to actually start the car. The UI of the new version of this app is terrible on an iPad.It won't rotate. The selection menu is awful. It takes too many selections just to weigh myself each morning.
