✓ Worst appNever worked since upgrade to version 3.4.3 Zero support on product :(.Version: 3.4.3
✓ MehIt could be a great app. It annoys me to no end that it keeps asking to send me notifications. I really, really hate that. The notes section should enable spell check, and maybe multi line editing. Sharing the log as a pdf should include my notes. They only show up in a spread sheet. Why can’t it automatically recognize 2 devices and bottles w/o needing to rescan, one at work, one at home..Version: 4.2.1
✓ SOOO Disappointed!I was so excited to buy the smart meter and use it with the app. I am on iPhone 8 with OS 11.2.6 and the meter will not pair correctly. When it does, it doesn’t recognize the strips - error 400. It was my bad for not reading on the website that iPhone 8 is not supported and for not reading the reviews. Now I’m stuck with $60 of equipment I can’t use! Back to Freestyle I guess. :*(.Version: 4.4.0

✓ Love the Product but...I love the BG5 and it’s dashboard, along with its data recording capabilities. I’m overjoyed that I can easily share my results with doctors and anyone else that I need to share the data with. It’s a truly revolutionary product. Issue 1: My BG5 Bluetooth connection has been working great until the iPhone X came along. I see another review with the same issue listed above. I’ve emailed support with no response. Issue 2: A few releases ago, they removed the ability to modify the count remaining in strip vials when they “run out” due to glitches inserting the strip or pairing with my phone during strip insertion. I’m up to 45+ strips I haven’t been able to use in the past three months. This change is costing me extra money on top of the fact that I already have to pay for the strips out of pocket due to no insurance coverage. Please help me resolve my issues. ✓ Economical supplies, but an UI problem.Have been using this for over a year, but recently the app has refused to adjust the rotation. I use it on an iPad Air and the portrait orientation is NOT going to work for the meter. ✓ Glucose meter advertisement 😡I just updated my iGlucose app and now every time test my BG I get an advertisement trying to sell me a Glucometer. Not once but multiple times. Why are you guys doing this? Your glucometer is proprietary and so are your strips and not supported by Medicare or Tricare. Been using your app over four years and left good reviews. ✓ It only looks cuteI have owned the Align device for many years then bought the Gluco+ and I can’t connect with Bluetooth. All my other Bluetooth devices are connected except this. ✓ Simple to use when it works rightI like being able to use this with my iphone. I’d really like to use my iPad or better yet, my Mac. Using this on an iPad is frustrating because it won’t orient in landscape mode. There are sometimes issues connecting with bluetooth. I’ll have to go to settings on my ios device and re-pair the meter. Readings may vary. If a reading seems “too good to be true” re-test. ✓ App is quite clean and easy to useThe hardware is terrible, I have been using this for over a year and have been adjusting my carb / sugar intake accordingly. I performed a comparison test on a new system from my doctor and the same reading was double the amount. Using ihealth I have thought was a good way of keeping track but, it has caused my diabetes to run away and potentially causing me long term harm..Version: 4.7
✓ WAY Too SlowThe Bluetooth connectivity is unreliable and incredibly slow , particularly if you want to do it “live”. Using Apples “Health” App under OS X 8.3 I can take my glucose measurement and manually enter it in about 1/10th of the time that the iHealth Glucose unit can do over bluetooth. The iHealth system does have nome nice points, being able to say if the reading was before/after meals, If you had exercised, taken medication as well as add voice memos is easy to add to readings. However I have gone back to using Apples software and manually entering the data, its just so much more convenient..Version: 3.6.8
✓ No longer syncs to Apple healthApparently they silently broke the connection to Apple health. Support says they know about it but not clear when it will be fixed. Their app uploads your readings to their cloud, so I guess this is what they are trying to steer you to..Version: 4.4.1

✓ Average Meter Horrible New Test StripsPrior to using the new blue test strips, my readings were good! I starting using the new strips and my readings are 40 to 50 more points higher on every reading. These strips cost too much for the readings to be so inaccurate. ✓ Sync issues with BG5 for the last several weeksOver the last several weeks my BG 5 has had hit or miss success connecting to the app. It connects to the Bluetooth OK. IOS is up to date and the app is up to date. I have deleted and re added the device to Bluetooth as well as the app but that has not shown much improvement. Looking forward to the fix.
