I have a CRM and wish FullContact would work with it as far as syncing. I do know that there are many contact apps on the market and none of them are perfect but FullContact comes much closer than the others I have tried. It would be great if FullContact would allow scheduling with Outlook. It may seem redundant but it wouldn’t be. ✓ Contacts Should've Been Like this Ever Since the Internet!This is a brilliant app! When you've got everything fully-synced up and it running at full steam it is simply everything a contact app should be! Livecards are great! The ability to only update your own details and have it then push to all of the people who have added you automatically is genius, and quite simply exactly how contacts should have worked ever since the dawn of the Internet, and definitely the smartphone! Social integration is good too. If I want to see my friend's Twitter feed I can do it right within the app! Useful when I'm thinking of inviting a mate out so I check if they're busy based of their tweets first before calling them. The only downside is that you can't access your voicemails through this app, otherwise it would make the native apps completely defunct. Although as that will be down to Apple's lockdown of iOS I won't let it affect this wonderful app's rating. This has replaced the native Phone app in my iPhone's dock, and therefore earns itself 5 stars! I can't believe contacts haven't always been like this!.Version: 2.3

✓ Great App, solved problem with IOS ContactsReally useful app and solved a problem I had with default Contacts app on iPhone 4s. I had loads of contact notes with name data in it and these came up when searching for names to phone people. Now, I just get the search done on people's names rather than the notes. Brilliant!! Oh, and one more thing, please can you put in an option to stop the alert coming up asking if you REALLY want to call someone!! Yes, I do want to call them, I've just pressed the button to do so!!! I regularly email the tech support team for suggestions on how to improve the user experience and simple features that would make it a 5-star product. Unfortunately that’s where Contacts+ comes up short. They response is always the same — a pre formatted email saying they will pass on the idea to tech team. Either the tech team doesn’t exist or never gets it. Sad. But it’s still a great product that could be improve to amazing by listening to customer feedback and suggestions..Version: 24.3.3
✓ Excellent Product but Slow and Buggy AppsThe product concept and the service this product provides are excellent. As a paying subscriber, I use Full Contact regularly and have recommended it to many others. However, this is a review of the app, which is slow and buggy. Some of its problems include: - It keeps suggesting I merge two contacts that I have told it more than 50 times I don’t want to merge because they are two different people with different first names, different emails, and different phones. However, to my annoyance, FullContact persists on telling me to merge them. Every single time it syncs. - It often shows the “green dot” for updates but when I click to see, there are no updates. This is also a major annoyance of the app. - The app is slow. I have over 5,000 contacts stored in it, but the app claims to be able to handle more, so it should not be so slow..Version: 18.09.1

✓ Great app, but two small gripesSuch a great app! Love having pictures of my contacts when I scroll through the list and FB sync is very handy. I would recommend the OS X app too! Two (minor) gripes: * it would be handy if you could set a default number for each contact, so that when you use the quick dial avatars you are not asked all the time which number you want to call. If I want to dial a specific other number of theirs, I'll access their entry in the normal list. When I use quick dial, I want it to actually be quick! * the dial pad and the quick dial icons. They don't quite seem to fit in with the rest of the app in terms of graphics. It could have been a bit slicker (not as gradienty, no captions for the avatars, etc.).Version: 1.0

It doesn't work any of my tenants and I had 3x other people from other companies try and it doesn't work for them either. It will automatically read only gmail sign offs and does not always sync perfectly - and if you do not use it right you will have lots of duplicates. It’s ability to deduplicate addresses is also rather imperfect, while it sill also sometimes pick up updates that really do not relate to the person listed. But then hey, who is perfect? Transcription by a real person is way more accurate than OCR card scanners, especially when people seem to insist on using light print on dark color cards with font so small you can hardly see it with a magnifying glass. ✓ Very useful appI was looking for a useful app to upload contacts i required for business use. This app is a great alternative to buying a separate phone to use for business use which would cost you on a monthly basis - however this allows me to store all the relevant information i need that a business phone would of offered me. Even more so is my favourite feature that you can link up contacts who have relationships or connections to easily remember important information to help you keep track of mutual benefits and interests! Word of warning - if you wish to use this app as i have... DO NOT SYNC with your original contacts or address books as this will defeat the object of why i or you are using it. Only pain is you have to manually enter all the information to use it the way i have, however if you spend the time and do it right it will be like a second phone and cost effective. ✓ Great App, Great Customer ServiceThis app is quite amazing. I scanned in all my business cards and it searches LinkedIn and informs you if people have changed jobs since they gave you their card! I had a couple of problems but the customer service guys were amazing and jumped on everything straight away and answered / solved all my issues. Please note that if you want to scan a large amount of business cards in one go (as I did) you'll need to go for the annual subscription as you only get 50 scans a month otherwise. This is tricky to find on their site. However, still cheaper than buying a scanner from Officeworks and gives you updated information. Also I had one crash and had to re-scan the last 63 cards I had entered - Grrrr. The transcription can also take quite a while but overall a great app..Version: 4.12.1

✓ Excellent productI have been using Contact+ (formerly Full Contact) for a few years now as my chosen method of synchronising my contacts from device to device, having tried many other solutions which resulted in a duplication and proliferation of contacts, this app has stopped that dead in its tracks, but even more recent I have appreciated the added features such as tags for different types of contact, enabling me to identify clients or suppliers, colleagues or friends and family. Also the ability of the software to search the web, or pick up email signatures to enrich and/or update the data which I have on a contact..Version: 19.06.4
✓ Make the effort...My experience of FullContact is that there's a learning curve and some effort required to getting it set up properly. Once you do it's excellent. It gives me rich contact information everywhere with the security of regular backups. No more dupes and the latest contact info. There are lots of negative comments about support and, from my experience from the one time I needed help they are right. Support isn't good. I chased them threw Twitter and eventually got someone who seemed really concerned. And my issue was sorted. FullContact now does everything - syncs data from my gmail accounts, pulls public updates across social sites and offers CardDav straight onto my iOS and Mac devices so that everything is looking at the same source.
