✓ In-app subscription not recognised by appI purchased a yearly subscription, and there was an error saying the purchase was not completed, yet the payment has been successful with apple and I can see the subscription in my account details for my apple id..Version: 6.2
✓ It's NOT free!It wouldn't be so bad if only the developers didn't put it on the app store labeled "FREE" then I after downloading it find out I need to pay 20$ for a subscription! That is as low as those stupid developers that add in-app purchases in games and app one has already bought! Back to the point, it's NOT free, next time be honest about that!.Version: 5.4

✓ Good content. POOR app.Wow! A news app designed to be used by people considered “Neuroatypical”. Nice idea. Unfortunately, the app has the design and UI flow of an archaic HTML site from the 1990s. Needs a top to bottom reworking (imho). The fact that the reviews here are largely negative and years old makes me want to end my subscription..Version: 7.0.14

✓ Don't pay $20 for this!Although I am interested in purchasing a print subscription which comes with free access to this app (for the same price), I cannot through their website. It glitches. I bought the app for $20 and it does not come with the printed magazines. Only a virtual newsstand subscription. I gave up on the whole ordering a print subscription (which I would like to stress costs the same amount of money and you get both- print AND digital). So anyways, I get the digital version, but you can only access the most current magazine even though all of their back issues show up in the app. They only have four publications a year, so when O am done reading my one digital magazine I will have no use for the app until the next issue comes out next season. What a waste of $20 for sure. If you decide you want a refund you have to go through Apple which is a near impossible feat to get your money back. I would suggest just using the free website that the magazine offers instead of wasting your money. I wish I knew all of this before wasting my time and money..Version: 6.61
✓ Charged me for subscriptionThis app charged me 19.99 through the App Store even though I already have a subscription to the magazine & therefore I should have free access to the app. I emailed the company & they just said Too Bad, take it up with Apple. I will request a refund through Apple and cancel my subscription through the website as well. I hate the forced auto-renew for the print magazine anyway & this was just the icing on the cake..Version: 6.0.5

✓ Constantly crashes and lost contentNot very impressed, just upgraded, but has crashed 10 times in the last 5 minutes. I’ve lost all my back catalogue of magazines and now the oldest copy i can get is spring 2016. not sure i will renew my subscription (unless it’s on auto renewal where i’ll forget to cancel it as i have ADD 😄).Version: 6.0

✓ Don’t waste your moneyWas working fine until I upgraded my phone. Now I can’t access any of my magazines and ADDitude tell me to go to Apple and Apple tell me to go to ADDitude. For a magazine aimed at mental health and supposed support their customers services are totally shocking and lack any form of support..Version: 6.0.5
✓ Ease of access...Accessing anything with ADHD is that much more difficult. This makes me want to throw my phone. It does not let me login to access my subscription - with email, without, doesn't matter. 👎🏼.Version: 6.0.5
