✓ Fun, but takes too long to level upIt’s a fun game, but it becomes extremely repetivw trying to level up. Obviously this is done in hopes you spend real money to huy their in game currency. I understand they are trying to make money, but they’ve taken it to the extreme. Also, I would like to play this on the plane in airplane mode, but it needs an internet connection even after preloading maps. The only reason I can think of for it to need an internet connection is to download and show ads. If they made it easier to level up without extreme grinding I would probably play it more. In the PvP modes it doesn’t make sense for the animals to continually get harder to kill the more you win. Again this is to make it harder for you to win the in game currency in the hope you spend real world money..Version: 3.15.0

✓ Grind is to annoyingThe game it self is a fun game and starts of good but overtime the grind gets to much. The weapons upgrade needed to move on in the game gets high enough where you half to grind long enough to get enough money to get which gets very tedious very fast. On level 4, South Africa sort out the bloody quails. 1, I am tonally blind and seeing the quail is neigh to impossible to see or distinguish. 2, despite using an energy drink to slow down, to see the quail it’s a crap all your lives level. ✓ FraudI would give it less than 1 star if I could. I made the mistake of buying gold so I could get a decent bow. After buying a bow I went to try the first bow hunt except when I click on it I get a message I must have a bow of at least 402. Well the bow I bought was in the 600 range. So I contact customer care and they tell me this is an older game that they no longer update or do any kind or maintenance on and they apologize and tell me there’s nothing they can do about it. Well the way I read that is fraud. So those that want to play deer hunter classic I wouldn’t these guys are thieves that don’t care about anything but the money THE WORST THING ON EARTH IS A THIEF!!!!!!! ✓ Few things wrongI hate how the achievements don't leave your screen and take up half the whole thing! Also it costs so much money just to buy 100 gold! I mean really?! $5.49 for 100 gold? I was thinking it would be $0.99 or $1.99 but it was $5.49! Thats pathetic, you could get alot more sales if you lower the price. The achievements thing is extremely annoying. Also another thing wrong, I did a mission where I needed to kill 12 wildbeasts and in the 40 seconds I got to kill them, only 6 appeared! Are you serious?! ✓ Could be better....Even though I love this game, I’m at level 146, Standard 48, I believe the awards and prices are ridiculous. Since when does someone get a reward of Billion of dollars and that isn’t enough to purchase a weapon? For example, I received a reward of 3 billion dollars yet, I had to spend 15 billion dollars, sometimes even 20 billion dollars to buy a weapon? So, you either have to spend real money to buy items or you have to keep replaying a zone to catch up to the weapons you need. Ridiculous. ✓ Needs compatibility updateEver since I upgraded to iOS 11 this game has all kinds of weird quirks. For a little while it let me hunt the trophy hunts with a far underpowered rifle. Then it suddenly changed and, even with gun that exceeds every requirement for the hunt it tells me I need a different rifle. When I click on the "go to weapon shop" link on the hunt page it sends me to the shotguns, or the pistols, or even the bows, but it never actually shows me what rifle I need to have. This has even happened after buying and upgrading the exact rifle listed for that level. It also randomly turns on the music app and plays music in my library. It's still a fun game, but I find myself opting for other games a lot more lately because I never know what weird thing it will do..Version: 3.8.0

✓ ITS SO BLOODY ANNOYINGI've read other reviews and they are exactly on point, the game itself is very intriguing and addictive! But ... When you first click on the game, it takes an awfully long time to load, at least 2 minutes, and if you think of it, 2 minutes is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a game? But it's not just the loading, it's the RE-loading the guns, it's appalling!! Taking at least 5-7 crucial seconds to put three to four bloody bullets in a gun!! Also, a perfect example...I was in the middle of killing a bear, it starts to run towards me, I've shot about 3-4 times and just as the bear comes up In front of me, my gun decides to re-load!!!!! The recent update is your biggest failure yet, • I had to re download all regions except for 1 which is poor when nothing changed. • A lot of regions failed to download numerous times. • Hidden region will not download at all. • Region 6 & 7 fail to download no mater how many times I try ( I have tried many times off numerous internet connections ) last update it was only 4 & 10 that wouldn't download so congratulations on fixing them and failing on the other 3. The game is very addicting to play and the graphics are realistic and the model of the animals are amazing but there are unfortunately some draw back to this game. I really wish that they didn’t have to add those “ENGERY LIMITS” where you can only play 10 tens unless you spend your 10 pieces of gold or actually have to pay for the game. I also wish that you can 1v1 players online to compete against each other. I would also wish that they didn’t have to add “PRICES” to the gun or at least reduce the price so it’ll take a less longer time to wait to play this amazing game. This mobile can have so much more great potential if they would’ve get rid of the energy limits we can play this game as long as we wish we can. ✓ Great game, but a complete rip off!!!I am truly enjoyed all the editions of this title through the years on different platforms and it has been a good fun to hunt some of my favourite animals, but.. I would understand when you pay a fiver for a game on IOS to entertain you for a couple of days, but when it roughly costs you £10-£13 per level (new territory) to upgrade your gun so you can proceed with the missions (still have to wait for the energy to fill up) so to have it all smooth would probably need around £20, this is out of the question. Really disappointing and makes me sick. To buy the latest game on ps3 or xbox costs you £40 with no onward purchases, this game would last 2-3 hours to complete all the levels and would cost you much more than that. Is this game comparable to ps3 or xbox games? Is it? Not really, that is why I don't appreciate the greedy bosses behind this project as this is just TOO MUCH. ✓ It’s okay...I had this game way back on my 3GS and for Simone reason it came back up on the store as recommended again so I thought why not? It’s basically the same game as all those years ago. The hunting mechanic is fine and enjoyable enough, but really it’s pretty basic and gets boring quickly. Main down side of the game is aggressive monetisation - you name it, it has it. Loot boxes, multiple internal currencies, upgrades, cool down timers, pay to skip, and such. Honestly they’ve spent more time and effort on trying to get money from you than they have developing it. ✓ Missing the markThis game misses on all counts! It's far to easy to begin with. There's no stalking or tracking down your target, you are here and the deer is there now aim and shoot. DEAD! Your done, next please.. I thought it might get better a little further on but no! It just gets a bit harder with two or more targets that you don't get enough time to aim in on before the noise of the gun scares them away. There's just no feeling of the hunt! No Thrill of the kill! You are too close to the animals to enjoy the bullet shooting through the air before it hits the target with a spurt of blood and a farting noise! You get to a stage when you just can't move on quick enough without spending real money, this is because you go through each hunt very quickly using up energy that take 10 mins to auto refill one bar, you run out and unless you spend & spend & yes you've guessed it spend again, you get stuck, it takes even more of the fun away from game. The game looks good, the weapons are great to look at and the graphics are not to bad but there's to many upgrades needed to progress to the next hunt. ✓ Totally uselessThis is the 3rd time I've installed this app and every time the same thing. After hours and hours of game play just to get up to the higher stages the app crashes on startup and nothing will fix the problem. No blueprint and you would find you can’t update some parts, without update, you can’t enter next area because you are forbidden to challenge unless you updated the parts. Years ago, you can free challenge the area if you shoot down the animal. But the game has recently started crashing, mostly when an ad is loading but sometimes in the middle of a hunt. I'm on region 7 and level 33 and I haven't spent a single cent on the game but have spent a lot of time but I'm still able to keep progressing in the game. ✓ Fun game, but the bow series is out of wack.Started the game with a new profile and 3,000 platinum eagles. care to explain why the starting bow costs 6,000? with the reward per mission being 2-3 platinum eagles? regardless, i ended up buying the hand cannon (region 25 weapon btw. i was on region 2 when i remembered it existed) with 1,000 platinum eagles, and now have around 2,062. i remember playing this game when it came out as a little kid and absolutely loving every minute i played it, but now it seems like i cant progress without spending money. much less PLAY the parts of the game that just dont exist anymore, i.e. the pistol series, and special events. if anyone is still working on this game, please just try make the platinum rewards for the other series events better so i can actually play this game..Version: 3.15.0

✓ Addictive but highly flawedTakes ages to load, is very poorly optimised (which is a problem for a shooter). Crashes often, and always if you switch apps and return. Plagued with unskippable ads, ridiculously priced IAP, and a customer “support” that takes literally weeks to reply. PVP mode that is effectively “pay to win” if you want a prize worth having. Some of the content is debatably upsetting such as being asked to shoot elephants & other endangered species. Becomes highly repetitive especially in the upper levels. Yet... it is strangely compelling and addictive, and doesn’t seem to be many alternatives in the market. ✓ Serious bugs in the server!Had this game for a while, got way up in stats and for some reason when I tried to do PVP it vanished and always notes “can’t connect to server”. Can’t watch videos to get gold anymore, it’s all adds you have to pay for so I decided to delete and reinstall. Same thing, got back up to high stats then PVP vanished and get the “can’t connect to server”. So last night I deleted and reinstalled once more. Everything was going fine, it let me do the PVP intro one time and then poof! Can’t connect to server… Even though it’s a free game, almost not worth the time of downloading unless you just want something to pass the time on the toilet. ✓ DisappointedWhat a shame. A game that I’ve enjoyed playing for about three years is just junk now. I’ve managed to finish all the hunts and don’t mind the ridiculous contract hunts required to buy the overpriced weapons needed. I don’t mind the hoops jumped through to get gold bars needed for event hunt weapons. Even the jerky glitches that make targeting difficult though annoying can be endured. But for the last few weeks the game shuts off after three hunts or less. It had been happening after playing for a while but now it takes longer to restart than play the three hunts. ✓ VLB PopsI am thrilled with the excitement of the various levels of the hunt. Each level is engaging, to say the least and challenging as well. However, as a player for years and just returning once again, I have to say that I am surprise as well as annoyed the persistent crashing on every level that I have achieved and have lost numerous bonus gold bars on every level, as many as three at a time. I’m am currently on level 7 now. If the bonus hunt levels problems are address and fixed, as well as the annoying persistent crash are fixed and you are actually awarded what you achieved this would be an even better game..Version: 3.15.0

✓ Great game, but...It searches for updates everytime you start the game, meaning you need wifi, which is not good when you are using an iPod Touch in the car. Please update that. Also, on smaller screens the duck mission is literally impossible as you can't see the duck. And even if you could the shotgun it forces you to use couldn't reach. With the wifi problem it should be that updates are manually checked for, and the duck problem... On iPhone and iPod touch replace the mission with something easier. Also the energy refilling is ridiculous. I mean, 10 mins for one bar? That should be how long it takes to fill completely! And last, the advertisements you watch should give more than 1 gold bar for a 30sec clip! About 5 should be right. Once you are playing, though, it is a brilliant game. 6/10.Version: 2.2.0
✓ Cannot Connect to the networkI stopped playing Deer Hunter 2018 because of the above issue. The developers have told me that the problem is either my device or my internet. I am now experiencing the same issue with Deer Hunter Classic. It appears that the developers don’t want to grow or retain their gaming numbers. ✓ Bow cost and upgrades need to be reducedI’ve been playing this game since 2014 on a different account. When I decided to get it back I still enjoyed playing it like I did back then. The only problem I have is that the cost to buy the bows and upgrades with the platinum eagles is way too overpriced and almost impossible to get. ✓ Internet connection to useFew weeks playing deer hunter and the phone bill went through the roof being you can't play the game without using all your data for the month up. The adds why bother an add on tv doesn't make me want to go buy it either, it's continuously chrashing and wiping everything you've just accomplished and earnt. That is unless you want to get ahead a little bit, and then it can be 20% gameplay and 80% ads so you can get “free” gold. Whatever you do don’t spend actual money on the game as I did while playing it on my last phone to get a quicker jumpstart to the game. I then went on to earn everything. Only to find out that for some unknown reason the app developer claims it is not possible to move your progress or PURCHASES to a new phone... ✓ Decent game very funStart off I’m in standard 31 the whole standards from 1-31 have been very fun, but the guns are very expensive, almost like 30,000 to 40,000 I have to pay for the gun upgrades, amo,barrel, and sight. ✓ Good, but...Another update - the latest Apple update (they’ve become just another Microsoft with their constant updates) now cause DH to give a timer error - time to give up on this i guess update: another update that trashed the app - have to restart my ipad to get the game to start - if I have to delete and start over again, I'll just eliminate it completely and find something with a little more reliability! Good game overall, but too many ads and too slow to accumulate upgrades.. and NOBODY works a bolt action THAT slow, nor works a lever action that way. ✓ Semi-Boring CashgrabThe game is entertaining and fun, but unless you want to spend big bucks on in game purchases, it gets tedious very quickly. ✓ Fix the Elite seriesIm on standard 3 (yes don’t laugh at me) and there is an elite hunt. I decided to try it once I saw that it gave me the Westin Warfighter Elite. I go through to level 10 pretty easily and get the .45 Frosty or whatever it’s called. I thought the prices were too high to upgrade but whatever, I’m still having fun so I continue. I get to level 20, it was pretty challenging but I had a lot of sports drinks and animal calls so I got the shotgun. At this point I was disappointed at myself because I had already upgraded the Maginot Marauder to max in everything and tier 2, the shotgun I got looked really cool too but it was also expensive so I moved on. From level 20-30 was hell for me, by this time I had no sports drinks and one animal call, I was pretty much waiting for the daily bonus to give me something so I have the slightest chance against some of the levels. Do they really expect me to get 3 lung shots on running, I repeat, RUNNING deer in 20 seconds? The answer is yes. In my opinion all you have to do is make the reward higher so I get motivated to keep going and if I stop I’ll leave a ton of goodies I could’ve gotten. I don’t thing 6 platinum coins is enough for hunting 2 albino caribou who react immediately to your shots, while trying to get lung shots on them so you don’t fail the mission, which believe me, you will, over and over again..Version: 3.9.9
✓ Good game but missing somethingIt's a really good game, but after a little while gets monotonous. I've finished all regions, and from beginning to end, you are just constantly grinding for cash doing the same levels over and over, needs one or two elements to spice up the gameplay a little instead of just trying to make you spend money of cash... That's -1*. Also, since the last update, all gameplay is extremely laggy and slightly glitchy, whether it's textures not loading properly, or sudden immobilising frame per second drops, it severely damages gameplay, often making your shot miss, extremely frustrating. All that being said, it's a good game I've enjoyed playing, and look forward to more regions and weapons. Hopefully you will add another aspect to make gameplay more exciting and less monotonous :).Version: 1.2.1

✓ InfuriatedNever uninstall eh! You update your app, I download it. Next of course is the infuriating reality that the update destroyed the game experience completely. So I try everything to open it successfully without it crashing every single time I try to load up the game. Here's what didn't work: Restarting the phone Loading with wifi on Loading with wifi off Loading with data on Loading with data off Quitting all apps Deleting some unused apps to create space Sufficed to say it was a wasted effort. I remembered what worked when this happened with other apps in the past. Deleting the app, keeping game centre data when asked. This is a standard fix and always works... Until now! Brilliant! I was on level 8. Absolutely hooked and overly engrossed, loved it. All gone forever thanks to your inability to keep history like almost every other bloody game in the App Store! I remembered prior to deleting the app that in your settings section there was an option for 'restoring purchases'. ✓ It was good a few years ago...I used to play this all the time a few years ago. But with all the new updates since then, it’s just plain awful. It’s not even fun anymore! ✓ Cheat By the SystemDuring the head -to-head mode (hunter vs. hunter) I notice there is a player who I go against, but he never shows up on the list of players in the 10/12 day competitions. I have over 40,000 points, and within hours “PCWIZZ” has more points than me. This, at 25 points per win, would take continuously playing the game for over 24 hours. It’s impossible to do in 2 to 3 hours. The reason...we’ll, the prizes for 1st place are 3x more gold bars, and more. Second, 2x.., etc. It keeps the developers from having to give out gold bars...they much prefer you buy them! I’ve won quite a few hunts, but it seems the more I win, the more this occurs. You can't even get high winning streaks on "multiplayer" because it's designed so that the animals become 2 shots even if your gun is max upgraded. And the multiplayer isn't even multiplayer. ✓ This game requires bug fixes.I have had the same issue as numerous amounts of other players, the downloadable content either does not download or once it has downloaded it does not work. This happened in region 2 where it took numerous downloads before working and in region 3 where due to the hidden "rare" hunt, the game cannot load the region and crashes. If these bugs/flaws were fixed this game would be quite enjoyable and helps pass the time. ✓ The game is goodThe game is a lot of fun. Areas are very well developed and the animals are fairly realistic. The issue I have with this game is the continuous pop up advertisements. They are incessant. A pop up ad almost every time you finish a hunt. I get that it’s a free game, but if you want more items, you have to watch ads as well. So a 10-15 minute round now takes almost 20 minutes and kills the battery on my device. ✓ Great game but...This would be one of the best games on the market if it didn't crash every two minutes. It's so annoying because it takes 5 minutes to load up (on my iPod) then you go on a hunt but if you we're slow getting to that stage it will crash in the middle of the hunt. If you are quick getting into the hunt then you will shoot what you need to shoot and you will get to the page where it starts to save your progress and tells you how much money you earned... But then inevitably it crashes. The screen goes blank and returns to your homepage, so it doesn't save your progress and doesn't add the money to your in-game account. And also it takes far to long to load up for the amount of playing time you get.
