The Worst!Placed an order on 12/13, got a confirmation onscreen. Never got an email confirmation and they still haven’t charged for the order. Either the 800 number is busy or after holding 42 minutes and couldn’t get thru hung up. Tried to set up an online account to track the order and can’t set an account because verification email is never sent! Never again! I guess I won’t have my order by Christmas and can’t reach anyone to cancel! WTH!!!!!!.Version: 1.7.2

App needs improvementApps should make ordering things easier. This app is needs a lot of work. It is too simple. Doesn’t have many options. -when you order something you should be able to see the history on the app -eastbay itself takes a really long time to send confirmation emails on orders. They should be immediate -the app doesn’t always work. You have to tap the same buttons several times before the page will actually load -email subscriptions should have options as to how many you receive a week.Version: 3.5.1

Scammers!I ordered shoes on the 24th of December and never received a email confirmation. Whenever I log in to my account it says no recent orders. It’s a week and I haven’t get any info back about my order! I call customer service almost over 20 times and it’s the same bull****! Your on hold for almost an half hour and no one answers, I emailed them and no one emails back. What kind of business are you people running here? I don’t understand why this app have so much 5 stars and it’s total garbage! I’m trying to get in contact for a refund but there’s no way of contacting them! I went online to view about there customer service reviews and they have over 100 one star from customers. There are a lot of complaints about no one answering the phones, no emails, horrible service. You have been warned! I will take some legal action on this if I don’t get my money back!!!.Version: 1.7.2

Can’t get in contact with Customer ServiceMy screen has been saying processing for over 4 hours and I have been trying to call and email Eastbay to see whether I should refresh the page or leave it to still “process” and I can’t get a hold of anyone to help. I don’t want to wait another 4 hours and then for it to say the item is sold out. No point in having contact information when we can’t get a hold of anyone at Eastbay!.Version: 1.7.2

Lacking usabilityApp has become more show than function. I continually find myself hitting (the wrong) back button and having to restart a search, hard to filter without having to hit 200 items, takes a long time to accomplish even a simple search for pretty much anything..Version: 1.7.2

Log in/ create accountThis is by far the worst create account I've ever seen! I opened an account filled all the necessary info and submitted then it took me to login page, so we're talking seconds, when I put my newly named account and password in it says invalid? I just created it how can it be invalid? I'm on retyping the new info 6 times now and can't get in, so I try to create it again just incase and when I create the second brand new account it says sorry that member already exists? 😡😡😡.Version: 1.7.2

Was not able to make an accountFor some reason this app would not allow me to make an account, I would type everything out press submit and then it would say, "sorry! something went wrong" so I tried a few more times and nothing changed. It wouldn't be so bad but it didn't tell me the problem so that's a little frustrating.. what ever. So if they get that fixed I'd be much happier. and probably give this app a 4-5 star..Version: 1.7.0

Wrong shoesI recently ordered a pair of Curry Basketball shoes for my son and Eastbay incorrectly sent me a size 12 youth instead of size 12 adult men’s. I followed the instructions listed in he box and nervously waited for a call or an update in my App for the exchange. Not hearing back, I called customer service and the young man assured me I’d have the exchange by Christmas and he was notating my request in my account. Today I was sent an email saying my account had been credited for a full refund. I called customer service and was basically told I filled out the paperwork wrong and would needed to reorder the shoes. Talk about how not to communicate with a customer - Not so much a happy customer 😔.Version: 1.7.0

Kind of infuriatingEastbay has a lot of nice products but their app is complete trash. You can’t select multiple brands when trying to filter, when trying to go back to the previous screen there’s a large arrow in the top left that takes you back to the home screen not your search, and it advertises multiple color options for a shirt in the recommended area but when clicked on it just reloads the page and gives no option to change the color in the selected product. I spent a good deal of time just trying to make sense of these issues but I eventually just realized that it was terrible design. Not worth the time trying to figure out how to navigate when I can just find the products I want with google.Version: 1.7.2

Needs Order History OptionIn regards to shopping, the app is great. However, once you order something, tracking what you order accurately requires a little savvy. I needed at least two other apps to track my package; something that would give consumers an added benefits if you were able to view a tracking number, and items tracked within the app. That one thing makes this app lackluster. I’d probably use it more if they add this feature..Version: 3.8.5

Love Eastbay, Hate the AppI love Eastbay and have been shopping with them for over 15 years. I try to keep my apps to a minimum on my phone, which is why I didn't try the app before now, but I decided to try it since I like them so much. After about a week, I had to delete the app and go back to using the website simply because it was so clunky and inconvenient to use. Here's the things I don't like about it: - The app often gets stuck in the loading loop often when I attempt to go to the Search page. - Search page being separate and not at the top of every page from the get-go made it feel annoying to simply search for stuff, especially since loading loop is a looking threat. - Clicking "Next" often brings you to the exact same page you were on, or simply cycles between the same 2 pages over and over. - When looking at an item, there is a "Home" arrow where most sites/other apps have their back arrow, making me go back to the home page often by mistake and having to start my search all over again. - Also, there's the "Home" arrow, then an inch directly to the right of it is the Eastbay symbol that also takes you Home when you select it....why? Just take away the home arrow. Again, I'll reiterate that I love the company and will continue to shop with them via the website, but I definitely won't be utilizing the app..Version: 1.7.0

I’m trying to confirm my ChangeI’ve been on hold for 19 mins at 11:57 pm trying to confirm the change of address for shipping. Your system should ask if the billing is the same as shipping. Horrible customer service!! As I sit here on hold I remember waiting on hold this long in the past. I am sure I’m not the only one this happens to. Your recording thanking for my patience is making me want to throw my phone threw a wall..Version: 1.7.2

Customer services line stinksMy wife paid for $15 for two day shipping. The package arrived late. She requested a refund for the additional charge and was offered a coupon in stead. Response was it was not eastbay fault. After 1 hour and 52 minutes call to customer service she was refunded the extra shipping. Hey eastbay leaders i recommend you check your service. Login/Create Account ErrorAble to view products with no problem but can’t create an account for purchase. Keep getting an error message. Frustrating. The worst app I think I’ve ever used. It doesn’t keep your password saved. Won’t keep you logged in. If you forget your password it send error message email so I’m unable to reset password. I love the products but trying to purchase them is too ridiculously difficult. Do better developers.Version: 3.5.1

BUG WHEN SIGNING UPI’m trying to sign in on my new account, and it asked me to verify my email, but no matter how many times I resend email I don’t get it. I went back and tried it one last time, it said user disabled and when I tried it on app, it said user does not exist. This didn’t make sense because when I tried to make new account it said you already have one. Therefore, I thought they might have to force send the email. Wrong the representative hung up on my live chat almost instantly. Kind of funny actually, because I record live chats, but most offer you the transcript anyway. I just wanted to buy this track shoes for my cousin, not go through technical difficulties..Version: 3.5.0

Great store, app needs workFirst of all, the most annoying thing ever is that it’s constantly logging me out. Secondly the fact that the store is like an attachment inside of the app is annoying. You should be able to save your filters as well because having to put my shoe size, gender, and age group is annoying. Read this before buying from EastbayI recently purchased a pair of shoes and they hurt my feet. I sent them back but was denied return because they claimed my shoes were worn. They were brand new just a small amount of dust on the bottle that wiped off easily, and they claimed the logo inside the shoe was worn. The biggest problem you should worry about is if the shoes hurt your feet after wearing them don’t expect to be able to return them. Any other store you buy from if you tell them they hurt your feet they will return or exchange them..Version: 1.7.2

EastbayI have never written a review but I’ve had a horrible expirence with eastbay they have me on hold for almost a hour more than twice and it’s going on week 2 and neither of my shoes I ordered have even been shipped yet I look every morning when I wake up and nothing, they don’t even have a person on the line to talk to me and nobody had a hour to just sit there and wait on nobody to answer the other side of the call. Can’t check order statusDownloaded app and deleted app all within 3 minutes, what’s the point of this app, if I still have to open Safari to check order status, then safari automatically opens up the app, hello if the app had what I needed I wouldn’t have to open up website on safari, so I deleted app, just so I can check my order status on Eastbay website..Version: 4.6.4

Poor customer serviceI returned this maroon pair of curry 7’s to be EXCHANGED and instead they sent a refund. Then I order and paid for a pair of shoes only to find out that they were out of stock, but they refunded my money right away so no problem. Then I just ordered a pair of Lebron 17 lows which they said is taking some time to “track down your item” and said they didn’t charge my card yet. I checked this morning and they most certainly did charge my card. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with a footlocker related company. If you don’t have something in stock then get better software and don’t sell it to customers. This is why I’ll never shop with Eastbay or any other footlocker related company..Version: 4.6.1

Frustrating back buttonIt’s tough to browse items on this app. I will click to look at an item and then instinctually press the arrow in the top left to go back. But that takes you all the way to the main menu and you have to search for items all over again. If that was fixed this would be 5/5..Version: 1.7.1

Order MishapsEastbay is a good app it has everything you could possibly think of ordering from a sports store. The problem I have is the energy I get from them when they dont have the correct order or, if you’ve ordered multiple items. I ordered two items and they took the money out of my account and only had on record that they got half of what I paid and only shipped one of my items. I wasn’t upset until I tried contacting them and they didnt want to answer the phone. Every time I called I immediately went on hold which got very annoying. I’d be sitting on hold for 15-20 minutes before I’d terminate the call. No person has 20 minutes to waist on hold. So all I want at this point is a refund. But I was calling only to find where the transaction went wrong but never got a person on the phone. So I advise anyone who likes the app to make one item orders at a time. Cause seemingly they cannot handle a multiple item order..Version: 1.7.2

App issueFrom your recent update i cant log in to my account anymore using the app. Its the same as footlocker app now that whenever i sign in give me "Request failed - the request failed. Try again later" pop up error message. I did reinstall the app multiple times. I love going through the app because it loads faster using mobile versus opening your website. For the past years i have been shopping with eastbay through the app and i guess i have to stop now because it wont even let me log in. 😔 i hope this will be fixed because you guys are taking a way the convenience of mobile app shopping.Version: 3.5.1
