✓ Good but could be betterSo I have had pure vpn since 2017 I switched to another vpn for a while and enjoyed it so I decided to give the OG another go and awesome works amazing and as intended my only issue is the VPN Seems to randomly connect to servers on its own causing my phones data to have issues I checked all settings and nothings been changed since install I’m on iOS 16.1.1 latest version of pure vpn is installed also the other thing that’s annoying is the give a rating pop up and a couple others that pop up at least 5 times within a space of a minute I think that’s a bit much also connecting to my dedicated IP address it takes a very long time and sometimes won’t connect having me close the app multiple times another annoying thing is the live support it’s pretty useless when you contact them all they do is say please wait 1-2 hours for a reply via email I have forwarded this onto the correct department not very supportive when you need support then and now Overall pure VPN is still as good if not better then what it used to be and I’m happy just a few minor issues that need to be tweaked or fixed that’s my only reason for not giving 5* good work devs I’ll definitely be sticking around and not leaving for another company.Version: 9.7.2
