✓ TerribleApp is clunky: could not join as I never received confirmation SMS (not paying your bills?) - would not trust using as a guest user. If you need tickets either use another app or get them at a tabac shop..Version: 7.8.0

Several times I have bought tickets and they never show up in my tickets. It also does not tell you the bud line you need to get on, just the bus number and nothing else. ✓ UnusableApp should be great but it’s UX is so poor It’s basically unusable. App translates to English but the sign up, the hardest part, is all in Italian, which makes entry into the app almost impossible. If you do spend time working it out the security codes don’t come within the annoying 60 second timer in order to complete your registration. Annoying fiddly sign up, with re-confirming password but no copy and paste and no link to keychain. Even selecting country code is a nightmare as you have to scroll through an endless list and no option to search. If you ever get to the app itself it’s glitchy and buggy, screens crash and navigation very difficult. Terrible execution of what should be a good idea..Version: 13.4.0

No iCloud password generation, registration code never sends, the registration form fields reset if you modify your number. I never managed to finish the registration. Purchases of tickets do not go through and it takes long time to select all the options, and often it is not easy to be provided with a travel pass to use public transport.
