✓ Good, but a little long-windedThe characters and story are charming, but I'm finding the dialogue a bit repetitive, bordering on tiresome. A bit of editing would have helped. I've also noticed a few little bugs and had some crashes. It can also be a bit frustrating when the game makes fun of you for trying random things when the solutions often turn out to be pretty unintuitive. For example, at one point you need to find some sand, and I tried scraping a patch of ground with some bamboo, with no luck, and it didn't occur to me to try the very similar pointer object for a while, because I assumed it would have the same result. ✓ Bugs and UncoordinatedAlthough the concept and story of the game is unique and interesting, there were many issues involving tapping an object and choosing objects close together. The bugs in the game made it continually difficult to focus on the art and story. Additionally, many of the puzzles did not make sense. As an avid puzzle game player, it made me disappointed that I had to rely on hints because many of the puzzles were unclear and unconnected. ✓ FURIOUS ! DO NOT PURCHASE !!Game messes up right at the very end, after hours of playing I'm just about to save astonia and the basylian doesn't appear in the inner courtroom ! Really disappointed.Version: 1.3
✓ A mediocre and uninspired attemptIt's a nice game but it lacks polish and finesse. The voice acting is horrible, the sheer amount of bugs diminishes the game experience, the plot is very basic and cliche, the dialogue is unnecessarily long and convoluted, but most importantly the puzzle design is very badly communicated. When Botanicula and Machinarium have set the standard for this genre so high, one cannot help but feel underwhelmed by this attempt, so I reckon that one should only buy this game after having exhausted every other option..Version: 1.3
✓ Nice game but very buggyThe story line, concept and challenges are great but the game needs a lot more testing. I found a lot of bugs , it also froze quite a lot. ✓ Fun but crashedThis is a fun game although a little tedious as the controls can be a bit fiddly. However around the scene where Robert is stuck in a tree the game crashed and now I can’t open it again as it black screens and crashes immediately. Restarted and nothing works. ✓ Saving problems?It’s a great game so far, but it doesn’t save progress whatsoever. I reached chapter two and it force quit out of the app, so all my progress was lost and I couldn’t get back to it. I restarted the game and the only object that I needed to move on somehow disappeared from my inventory! I’m not sure what this is or how to restore my progress, but for however long I got to experience the game, it was fun..Version: 1.4

✓ Loved this game. At least until...This game is great! Great voice work, storyline and puzzles. HOWEVER, There is a serious glitch in chapter 4. I started the chapter without an item that is required to progress. Unfortunately I only had one save point so that leaves me with restarting, something I am not sure I want to do. ✓ More inner objects than inner worldThis game is beautifully illustrated but it is also convoluted, repetitive and requires more trial and error than insight and intuition. The cheat function is also very annoying because you discover that the answer is something you've already tried repeatedly but that a glitch is preventing you from collecting the desired object. I deleted the game after 2-3 hours of repetitive tedium. My best advice? "Buyer Beware," because you can't get a refund on App - though I don't understand why not..Version: 1.3
✓ Great story and art, but that's about itI liked the story and the art, but the game is filled with bugs. The virtual buttons stop working often. And the game will be stuck after doing certain things and I won't be able to interact with objects or even walk at all. And I'm not talking about a minor bug you only encounter once in the game, I'm in chapter 2 right now, and it has happened to me more than 5 times. ✓ IOS bug stopped me finishing gameThe storyline is cute and I liked the humour. It did seem quite buggy on iPad with some interactions bringing the game to a stand still. The biggest problem however is a bug they’ve just decided to ignore and it stops you completing the penultimate scene. ✓ Not having a good time with this gameThis game was recommended by a friend but now I’m sorry I took the advice. I should have listened to the bad reviews. Controls are unresponsive and awkward. For instance, I try to combine two inventory items 6 or 7 or more times and nothing happens. I look in the hints and it says to do exactly what I’m trying to do. I do it 2 or 3 or 4 more times until it finally works. And that’s just one of the ways in which gameplay is clunky and tedious. In addition, the game is quite slow moving when I click on an item - I click, there’s a pause, then some dialog, I click on something else, there’s a pause, then some dialog, etc etc. Get the picture? Tedious and slow and frustrating. This isn’t fun. It’s basically unplayable. Way too glitchy. For the first time ever, I want a refund..Version: 1.51

✓ Great story but extremely frustrating inventoryI thought there was an issue with the screen sensitivity on my phone but realized the issue is the game. The storyline is great and I really enjoy the challenge of the puzzles, but I greatly dislike how difficult it is to use the inventory. I’ve considered quitting the game due to this frustration but I paid money for it so I’ve decided to continue. When using the inventory I notice it takes A LOT of effort to select an item to use it properly. Another annoyance is that it easily activates my iPhone settings screen. ✓ I’m Stuck by Game GlitchesI played this game when it first came out and it was very fun! The animation is satisfying and the characters are lovable, but I ran into a glitch and had to email the developer to fix it. ✓ BuggyI would have rated Inner World much higher if it did not suffer from so many bugs. Some that came to mind were constant crashes while playing, lips not moving while talking, sprite layering issues (more notably with the guard outside Laura's dad's room) and the hint system sometimes not syncing with the state of the game. ✓ Waste of timeAfter excitedly buying the game and playing it for a good part of my day, I got to a part where you pick up 3 fosfos, and have to put them in a parachute. I did this, then when I look at the parachute, it says, there are 2 fosfos in the parachute. The 3rd is not there and as I can only explore 4 screens, and it is not in its original place, this must be a glitch. I would like a refund, and please don't release a game which will become so frustrating after extended gameplay. I can't finish the game, and have no choice but to start over or stop completely. ✓ The Puppet, the puppet is gone....The story is strong, game controls is easy (but can be somewhat troublesome at times) and characters are likeable... Some of the puzzles are difficult in terms of understanding what needs to be done but hints are there to help (unless they decide not to work) and that can make the gameplay a bit boring. But the game deserves the 4/5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that the puppet( the item that is needed to progress in hedgehog part) disappeared after it got fed to it twice without sugar ( I know it's probably my fault but I didn't expect it to disappear like that) so it means that I will have to restart the whole game again from the start, but I won't do it any time soon as I am bit angry with the whole situation.Version: 1.3

It’s beautiful and everything about it is great but I am giving it two stars because even after two years of it being out it STILL has a bug in the last chapter which makes the rest of the game unplayable. The bug is when conroy arrives with his petrifying gun. His basylian is nowhere in the court yard so you can’t move forward.. this happened to me when I bought the game two years ago and I’d have thought that by now the developers would fix it. Game is spoilt though by so many little issues- frequently getting stuck on the hint screen, unable to use items on the edge of my inventory, hints not corresponding to the right part of the story...totally freezing when you attempt to use or combine certain items (I got stuck for ages when I had to use the convoy puppet to open the hot oven, assumed I would need to click to use item rather than use it on the oven and everytime I did the game froze and had to be restarted. ✓ Doesn’t work on iPadsI bought this game and it’s sequel recently, especially to play on my iPad Pro and my brand new 6th Generation iPad... Both of which are fully updated at all times... Unfortunately, neither of the games work on either iPad. They’re both fantastic, fun games to explore... I’ve played them before, so was very much looking forward to revisiting them. However, I got the first game to open on my 6th Gen & was able to get about 5 minutes of gameplay in, before it crashed. Every time I’ve tried to restart the app since, nothing happens. ✓ Basically unplayableThe constant tapping trying to get the game to select what I’m tapping on is so frustrating and it’s making this game unplayable. I purchased the bundle and finished part 2 first because this one was giving me so many problems. I thought it was my screen sensitivity but I went back into the reviews and apparently it’s been going on for a while with A LOT of people and the developers must have just said “fk it”, and aren’t planning on fixing the issues. There are bugs, the game doesn’t save, and you can’t click on items or the hints or anything because when you do click on them, NOTHING HAPPENS. I have a brand new phone so I knows it’s not MY issue, but then again, maybe it’s just an issue with newer phones?? I don’t know. All I do know is that I payed for this bundle and only got one playable game. I’m not happy.
