This app has different modes, so you can either have it on in the background as you do something else, or you can sit with it and really concentrate on your learning. I learnt a lot having it on whilst I drove long distances, instead of the radio. It introduces words at a pace you choose. After using it for around 45min each day for a month I had learnt all 101 words / phrases in the free version.
