✓ Poor app and misleadingIn line with other reviews I found the user interface to be very clunky, poorly laid out and adverts kept getting in the way. You then have to enter all your details again, and it isn't made clear that you get charged to pound 50 for using a debit card! In addition although it appears on passport is a reminder of your ticket details, not a ticket. 15 minutes I ended up paying £6.50 for a 4 pound ticket which I then had to go and collect from the ticket machine in any case. ✓ What’s happened?After years of faithful service the journey planner element has stopped working. I deleted and redownloaded but still not working - help!.Version: 3.1.2
✓ My TrainTook a trip to London and thought this would be a really useful app. However, our train home was cancelled yet the app said the train was on time. Later when I check the progress of the cancelled service by arrival at the destination station it showed it the train was still on time?? I would have to question the validity of the information provided by this app. Is it a program that uses the time on your smart phone to show you the progress of a journey?.Version: 1.0.1
✓ What has happened to the pro app not even worth one starAgain I bought the pro app - now only a version with ads and can’t Connect for the whatever time to give me the info. Used to be a worth while app. Don’t bother downloading.Version: 3.1.2
✓ Database is a messTried to look up train times from Euston to Milton Keynes after 10am. It showed me 7am times I pulled up to show "later times" and it jumped to 23:00!! Instant delete. Using national rail or trainline app instead..Version: 3.0.8
✓ Crap systemI am not impressed with the App, half the time it doesn’t work and always it’s when you are in a hurry or out and about. The old ‘my trains pro’ was great so I don’t know what they have done to it since. It either crashes or says there are no trains..Version: 4.0.0
✓ Where is the pro version I paid for?My pro version just stopped working so I deleted it, then went to to the App Store to download a fresh copy. As others have said in reviews, it had disappeared. Very disappointing. I’ll be trying out some new apps and deleting this one which is full of advertising.Version: 3.1.2
✓ Wish I could give ZERO starsWhat has happened to the Pro version I bought. This new version is dreadful and my purchase cannot be restored. Did have faith in this company after initially starting out with the tube app.... Very poor service..Version: 4.0.0
✓ PoorThe worst. Browse train times find one you are happy with then click on purchase - have to enter all journey details again (yes really). Conned into downloading based on its claims to support Apple Pay - which of course it doesn't. Did support visa or Amex either when I tried today - claiming my card details were invalid. ✓ No Pro VersionPaid for the pro version and this has clearly not been updated and no longer works. So anyone who has paid for this previously has been ripped off and anyone who downloads this app will be bombarded with ads. Disappointed as this used to be a reliable app..Version: 3.1.2
✓ Delayed trains "disappear"Good for checking times and buying tickets if you want a standard return but no weekly or monthly tickets. If your train is late though it won't inform you or advise why it's delayed it just assumes it was on time and moves on to the next one..Version: 3.0.5
✓ Not bad but needs workApp shows great promise but has several bugs and issues. Be extra vigilante with the dates you are actually buying tickets for, as the advertising banner can interfere with initial return date selection. There's also another issue where the menu can disappear forcing you to force quit the app. I did have some issues with one of my journeys that was not my fault, but after several phone calls and a few heated emails the issues were resolved to my satisfaction at no cost to myself, although I did have to repurchase tickets while waiting for this to be resolved. Have to say their ticket prices are extremely competitive too - with some work it's potentially a 5 star app!!.Version: 3.0.8

✓ Beware hidden chargesI've used their Tube app and like it so I thought I'd give their train app a go too. It works well enough and is quite straightforward but what I didn't like was that there are both online booking fees and card charge fees added to the train fare and you're only told about them when it comes time to click Make Payment. You've filled in all of your details, payment info etc but the charges are displayed and added on at the very end - these should be made clear at the beginning of the booking process!.Version: 1.0.1
✓ FineUsed this app before journey, decided not to go because of grandsons Autism so didn’t get tickets from machine used refund option from the email and they fined me more than half the cost of ticket complained now all paths are closed DO NOT USE.Version: 4.0.0

✓ Good!It's a good App but it is a bit misleading as Passbook only stores a receipt and not actual tickets. Tickets still need to be purchased via machines at the station..Version: 3.0.8
✓ Latest version crashesI was really enjoying using this app, and the new design looks great, however every time I open it since the latest update the app crashes after one second. Great shame as it is currently unusable..Version: 1.1
✓ Tiny map unfortunatelyThis might be ok for commuting in the UK but for train excursions this is not the best as the map is tiny and roads are much more prominent than rail lines. I recommend the apps National Rail and Great Britain Rail Free as they are much better for excursion planning and journeys..Version: 3.1.1
✓ What happened to the pro version?I bought the pro version to avoid the adverts and for a while the app was very good. But now the pro version appears to have disappeared. The journey planner functionally simply doesn’t work and the station list is rarely updated (Cambridge north has been a station for nearly two years and is still unrecognised by the app). I deleted my version of pro thinking that updating it would resolve the issues only to find that it no longer exists. If you download the available one it gives adverts and a pointer to down load the pro version if you want the journey planner. Then says it’s unavailable..Version: 3.1.2
✓ Poorly designed appWhen this app was released it was by far the best train app in the UK. Unfortunately they screwed it up and now the interface is rubbish. The app likes to pop open ads, it launches ads in landscape mode when the phone is upright, closing the ad changes the app to landscape with most of the interface missing. This can only be fixed by force closing the app and reopening it. The app has a habit of losing the main menu, which randomly disappears, again force closing is the only fix. Just stay away from this app as frustration will follow!.Version: 3.0.8
✓ Doesn't make it obvious which tickets are available as an mticketI downloaded this because there's no other app that uses the iOS wallet app to bring up your train tickets. But it doesn't make it clear which train journeys are available to buy the mtickets and which aren't. An app like Trainline has this, but they aren't on the Wallet app. It's really crap at the moment if you want to be a futuristic commuter..Version: 3.0.8
✓ Worked fine until timetable changesThis was my go to app as a railway commuter but since the timetable changes it only is good for arrivals and departures and the journey planner does not work at all. Eventually had to ditch it in favour of Railboard which is not as easy to use but at least it works..Version: 3.1.2
✓ ScamWill never use again - a £2.50 booking fee was not mentioned until after entering card details. This ended up being neatly 15% of the ticket value. It only shows up after it's too late. Please have the decency, like some other apps to show the full cost BEFORE asking for payment. Will not uninstall!.Version: 1.0.1
✓ Repeatedly unable to buy tickets...Times and planning of journeys is ok... but have been unable to buy tickets despite trying debit and credit cards... works fine on the website. ✓ TrainsThis app is rubbish . Annoying adds fouling the time selections and ridiculous routes . Tried to send me from north wales to Birmingham international via London Euston ! ✓ PoorSaving tickets to passbook doesn't work resulting in an application crash, and even worse "upgrading" to the pro version fails to port your previous purchases and tickets over so the upgraded version is blank. Extremely poor..Version: 3.0.7
✓ It's a scam!Under no circumstances buy tickets through this, it's a scam. I bought 2 return tickets for £47, got a window saying the transaction was approved and I's get an email. Email never arrived, on the app there was nothing shown in Receipts and the only way you can contact them is email, for which you get an automated reply but no follow up. The money was taken out of my account and there appears no way of getting it back as I used a debit card. SCAM pure and simple..Version: 3.1.1
✓ Poor AppEverything was ok until you come to finalise your purchase, for 2 days of attempting and getting the message that they were unavailable to proceed with my purchase. I went on the full website and purchased without a glitch..Version: 3.1.1
