✓ Love this appI am a self confessed puzzle nerd and I love this app as DT has the best puzzles in my opinion! So handy to access them on my phone and I love that I can delete my mistakes without ruining the puzzle (as I sometimes do in the paper). If Futoshiki could be added this would be perfect!.Version: 1.2.4
✓ Puzzle appReally like this app but there have been problems using it with spinning and it not retaining the answers when you return later. Most frustrating. Recently it’s been ok, and as I’ve now updated I’m hoping it’ll continue. Support has been good..Version: 1.4.4
✓ Love the PanagramI’m really enjoying the Puzzles though generally don’t have time for all the difficult ones. We do the Mini and Quick crosswords and get frustrated daily by the Panagram. I ran into a problem recently with the App and contacted Cyrus. I had a very quick reply and had my problem sorted out very speedily 😀Thank you..Version: 1.4.7
✓ Nice app but locks on completion of a puzzleI much prefer using this app rather than the normal app for Cross Atlantic and Plus Word but when I finish the puzzle all I get is a rotating wheel on the top left hand corner. Happens on all puzzles. Any advice on how to cure this please? Also on Panagram the total number of words found does not tally with the list. The list is missing some words which is annoying as you get the message ‘already found’ but not on the list!.Version: 1.2.4
✓ New Rating for this App👍I previously gave this app a very poor rating as I had so many issue, and could not even use the app, had to use the website! However after many communications with the team at the telegraph I now have an app that works well, records my streaks and times, and mostly seems pretty stable - hooray! One small thing I would like to suggest is on the Panagrams. It would be great if when you finish a game and have not been able to find every word, if when you looked at the completed puzzle it showed the words you did not find in bold, to make it easier to spot the words and learn for next time. ✓ Great addition to my puzzles appsI play a lot of puzzles on my phone, laptop and iPad, and I love it when I can pick up where I left off on any device - this app does that! I really enjoy the puzzles too - cross Atlantic and kakuro are my daily must haves.Version: 1.0
✓ Great games but needs a better keyboardThe games in this app are great and I highly recommend the app for puzzles fans! My only criticism is the app’s keyboard as it is sometimes slow and unresponsive and does not give any haptic feedback so it’s hard to tell if I’ve pressed a key or not..Version: 1.4.10
✓ Slightly frustratingI love doing the panagrams especially, but I get about 2 seconds to see the revealed words when I’ve given up (and I don’t submit for ratings). The app then goes into a buffering zone until I tap on whatever puzzle I next want. I’m not that competitive so I just want the answers, please!.Version: 1.3.0
✓ Now it’s working…..Only signed up recently and have had a myriad of issues with lags and puzzles not saving. But, to be fair to the app support team, they responded promptly to my feedback and it does look like a fix has been made (as of approx 23 May). So….. I’ve gone for four stars for now, in appreciation of the fixes and if it continues to work I may upgrade it! Thanks to the team for their efforts. Excellent communication..Version: 1.3.0
✓ Better app after updateLove doing the puzzles on the app. When it first came out, it froze continually and didn’t save puzzles etc. All very frustrating. Streaks then stopped altogether. However, newest update has solved these issues. Freezing stopped, winning completed streaks are back and puzzles are being saved. Support team also helpful if you have issues. ✓ Confusing start, but the Sudokus and Kakuros make up for itWhen I first opened the app, something popped up about turning my iCloud drive on and the app didn’t load. After turning it on in settings and reloading the app, it went through the 14 days free trial without asking for any information. There are plenty of different kinds of Crosswords puzzles, 3 different Sudokus and a Kakuro that changes every day. The Crossword puzzles might take some googling to solve. The Sudokus and Kakuro make sense and are enjoyable to solve..Version: 1.0
✓ Telegraph puzzlesCurrently I’ve had to delete the app as it’s stuck on a white screen and is completely unresponsive which is frustrating. I can’t download the app again from the App Store as it also only offers me a white screen..Version: 1.4.10
✓ Massively improved, still great puzzlesI wrote a previous review about the slow loading times - this has got much better. Puzzles are fantastic, and new rating reflects how quick the developers are to respond to the issues. Latest release has fixed some major issues, so if you’ve had problems before, it’s worth giving it another go..Version: 1.3.0
✓ May 23 update fixed my problemsDue to a known fault the app used not to allow you to see puzzle solutions. After partially completing a Panagram the full list of words did not appear, just a spinning wheel. Similarly on completing a Sudoko you only saw a spinning wheel. You could never find out whether you were right, wrong or partially correct. Thankfully after 4 weeks this has been resolved..Version: 1.3.0
✓ Puzzles good IT aspects now much improvedPuzzles are great, and app is at last of the same quality. App can take some time to load, (so a short time of wheels of death) but thereafter all seems to work fine. A good and proactive response from the development team, who have interacted with the user community on these issues.Version: 1.3.0

✓ Telegraph Puzzle AppI installed this app and it worked like a charm for about 4 weeks. I do use my iPhone with many different apps, so when this app stopped working ) a few bugs that slowed it down. I deleted the app from my iPhone and reinstalled it. Works like a charm again. I did this on the advice of the software developer. GREAT SERVICE.Version: 1.4.4
✓ SharingMy wife and I both like to do the puzzles but if one completes them the other cannot as the answers come up on all phones or tablets in the household. We therefore continue Plusword in ‘Latest’ on the downloaded newspaper. Can we have The Mini also in ‘Latest’..Version: 1.4.6

✓ Great puzzles but problems with appI enjoy the puzzles a lot but the app really struggles to load. Constantly have to shut down or reinstall to get it to work. It seems to find it hard to load more than one of the same puzzle. Needs some technical work and hopefully will be sorted soon..Version: 1.2.4
