✓ Fun at first but….This game is so fun at first but at a certain point you won’t be able to fulfill any orders for days because it’s sooo tedious. I don’t mind the tasks being hard but this is ridiculous. I’m on level 38 so I’ve been playing a while but the only thing to do is merge so if you run out of energy that’s it, a waiting game. I personally don’t spend any money on games like these and this game is designed for you to get frustrated and spend the money constantly. As you progress you will only get hard orders that don’t rlly give you anything in return, for instance 1 order can sometimes take 200 pieces of energy and only give out 2 building boxes which in turn will only give you two tools (if you’re lucky)that you have to wait to use. It takes any where from 3-5pieces of each tool to go with the story because to progress in the story you must build and I don’t even follow the story!! So as I progress the game is becoming unappealing and I definitely won’t be spending money to gain energy because it’ll just be a waste! I’ve been playing for a while and waited to give my review but this is the gist, they start you off slow and free but as you level up you’ll be on an order for a while if you don’t spend money. Even with spending money you’ll just be throwing it away cause again it’s so tedious and the merging takes forever when it’s a higher level item which it usually is as u progress. Honestly about to say goodbye to this game because it’s just not worth it.Version: 1.33.0
✓ What am I collecting coins?Like the game. Takes forever to reach some of the goals for the orders. I don’t get the point of collecting coins. You can’t use them to buy gems from what I’ve seen. I don’t understand how to use the coins. I’ve look in the help section and did not find anything about it. What is the purpose of collecting coins? I have at least 18,000 coins and don’t know what to do with them It would be great if I could use the coins to buy gems. Amount of energy is too short because of the long term goals. You’ll end up wasting at least 50 energy points just trying to get one item. As a result, you are tempted to buy gems only to still get nowhere or meeting the goal. Now you have to KEEP BUYING gems or wait. What is the purpose of the coins? Is it possible to make some of the long term goals short term goals by using coins? Give an option to choose which level of the item you need. Feel like I’m just spinning my wheels going nowhere fast.Version: 1.20.0
✓ Would be addictive but…The items need to be rotated more evenly. You have to waste dozens of moves in the hopes you’ll get just one item you need. When you need 2 of them in order to merge, it gets ridiculous and simply turns into a way for makers to make money out of you as you have to keep purchasing lives. Rotating all the items produced fairly means getting the item you need is less troublesome and long winded and ensures better game play..Version: 1.25.0
✓ Utter rubbish……because it is nothing like the adverts. Why do game developers think it’s ok to advertise a game that ends up being absolutely nothing like the game u end up with. Used to play it but seeing the fake ads has made my mind up to delete it (who’s the murderer?) (the one where u can merge items in houses on ur board) none of that is actually in this game. ✓ Wish you didn’t have to pay so oftenThis is a great game but you run out of energy so quick and it seems like the game knows what you need so it gives you less of it, but then once you get the full item, those items you needed for it start to come out more. I wanna play for more than 2 minutes at a time and it takes forever for the energy to come back and everything costs ridiculous amounts in the shop. ✓ There’s no “contact us” in the game??Why did you charge me 3x than what is said on the icon of what I want to purchase? I bought $10 and you charged me $28… and this has happened twice. Then I get an email from you saying, “Dear player, thanks a lot for your support. In order to help us better solve your problem, please contact us through Settings (in the top right corner of the game) - Feedback if you encounter any problem. This way we can get your game ID and your game status in time.” I don’t see anything in the settings on how to contact you (in the game)..Version: 1.36.5
✓ Stuck at the trolley level.Stuck at trolley. The trolley has a glitch or something. All my people are asking for roses and rings. The trolley doesn’t produce the letters until you get it to level 3. Mines only level 2. Do not have mats to upgrade the building to get a level 3 trolley. ✓ The wait…Let me start by saying this game is a great time killer. I’m a full time college student so sometimes I look for a little brain break. I like to lean to this game but I get a good 5-10 minutes before I’m out of energy. The chances of winning energy is difficult, usually requiring more than 100 energy to accumulate. There are no free options to “earn” or for better terms, trade, our time for energy. I would like to be able to continue playing this game, make advances to higher levels, but the wait to accumulate energy is pretty long for a game that’s just about merging objects. Like I said, it’s a fun time killer- but once you get to a certain point it’s easy to forget about because you’re always waiting for energy. Just my opinion!.Version: 1.16.5
✓ Not for casual playersIt seemed fun when I started, and so far energy has been generous, but within 48 hours of casual play the merge chains are so long it’s very difficult to make progress. And there aren’t a couple of easier goals to achieve to make it seem worthwhile. Unless you want to play constantly through the day and back it up with purchases, there’s not much here. ✓ Too much and too littleThe store itself is boring and the buildings you build as you advance in the game are visually unappealing. As far as the merge part of the game there is too much variety all at once. Certain generators produce more than one object and you can only get one of those objects for every 100 or so of the other. Sometimes you end up deleting objects it took hundreds of energy to create simply because you don’t have any space and have no choice. I do like that the energy box can sometimes come with close to 200 energy if your lucky but it’s pretty much the wasted considering what I’ve already said about the game..Version: 1.26.0

✓ Good but the developers have become greedy.A good merge game. Was really fun at first and made good progress but they make the orders too difficult with the rarest pieces so you end up spending all your energy to get one piece of what you need. This results in the game getting boring and frustrating, even more so as you can’t get very far in some of the limited time mini games they put on. ✓ Not enough use of all itemsI was really loving this game, however now that I have advanced, I just keep getting requests for the exact same items all the time. Sleeping bag after sleeping bag. Also not enough tasks that give tool boxes as a reward. In the beginning I had more tools than I needed. Now all I have is an abundance of coins and no tools! ✓ Decent app but still growing painsI enjoy the other apps by this company, but this one doesn’t feel like it’s gotten all the kinks worked out yet. For example, on Gossip Harbor the things you have to build will range from high level/longer builds to fairly quick, so you’re always meeting goals while also working on longer term goals. They are also well spread out across the different things that produce. But this one often has just 3 goals you’re working on and they all are very high level items and it feels like a grind to get to them. They also don’t spread out what produces the items you’re working for, so most of the things I haven’t had to merge in a long time. The daily challenge goals to earn coins (earn $x in a day) are so out of reach of what’s possible that there’s no point in trying. In Gossip Harbor the daily goals are all feasible. I don’t know if they don’t have enough levels yet, so they’re trying to slow us down, or if they haven’t figured out how to program it to give a decent variation of goals. But I’m finding that it’s more frustrating than fun. Which is a shame, because they do a good job with the graphics and story..Version: 1.10.1
✓ Fun game but hit a wallI like the game. It was easy to advance. The story line and graphics were good. Then I ran out of gems and ways to earn and succeed. I bought the pass once but it’s to a point now (level 34) there is genuinely no movement in days. It’s taking days to get wreaths or oil. And some of the other tasks are just as bad. I don’t mind buying gems for games occasionally but if that’s the only way I’m able to play I will delete the game and find something more worthy of my time, energy and money..Version: 1.24.0
✓ Love the idea, but…Another reviewer said “easy to level up.“ Hmm, no. initially, yes, very quickly you can merge things and get the coins and gems and everything you need to press grass in the storyline. HOWEVER, After a while, you get these outrageous, customer requests that take days to build energy and merge enough to fill their requests. There is also an item that produces things that can’t be merged, you can’t delete them, And you have to use up 5 to 7 points of energy just to get them off the board and they give you one coin. Of course, you can spend real money to get more energy and more coins and more gems to be able to do this all quicker, but that can really add up to being very expensive. I’m all for supporting game developers with an occasional purchase, but not to the point this game requires to progress in a reasonable amount of time..Version: 1.8.1

✓ FrustratingThis game is super fun to start, & I’ve enjoyed the story so far; however, I’m at a point in the game where some of the generators cost 6 energy just to generate one item, then those items need to be merged at least 8 times, meaning I don’t make any progress for days or even weeks sometimes. Please stop making item generators that require 6 energy just to get one item out of them. It’s frustrating & makes me want to give up on the game entirely. ✓ Wasted energy on planter beads level 33I really like this game in the beginning. It felt very different than the other merge games. However, reaching level 33 the planter beads require almost 7 energy points to produce a level one item. My question to the developer is what is the rationale for needing to use seven energy points to produce an item? The fact that some of the equipment for example, the food processor requires several points to get the lemons in order to make drinks. In my eyes, that’s a bit more understandable than requiring multiple points to not have any results at all or those that enjoy the apps I wonder if they’ve reached this level or not. ✓ Seaside Escape Ads and Other Cons (review)Seaside escape is a nice game to play but there are some suggestions I want to make. First of all, the ads. The ads are more dramatic and intense compared to the game. The ad shows Rowan (the main character) in a spooky attic. Seaside escape is not about spooky attic's; seaside escape is about Rowan struggling with her job and moving to her hometown. There is suspense but not as much as the ad shows. ✓ Quickly Gets TediousThis game was quite addictive for the first couple of days with the fast progression, however it quickly gets tedious to get the high level items, e.g. to get a level 10 item, you need to merge together 512 level 1 items. Add to that, some of the rare items are so rare that you just don’t bother. I ended up earning a lot of coins, however in order to progress with the story, you need earn a lot of building materials, and the pace to get these is extremely slow. I ended up deleting the game after a couple of day due to the lack of progress despite the amount of time spent in the game..Version: 1.35.0

It’s fun, except that every time there is a new event, it forces you through a tutorial of the event and takes sometimes around 25 taps just to clear the screens to get to the game. It frequently drops for-real-cash options directly under your fingers in an attempt to trick you into clicking something. It’s very annoying. ✓ Poor GenerationI gave this a few weeks and have discovered that items that generate are quickly useless as you work up to new generators. The new items that generate use much more energy and now to make one order to give customers I go through 300 to 400 units of energy and you use gems to buy energy at 100 increments. This means you quickly go through your gems and unless you want to wait for 12 to 24 hours you are spending money daily for gems. I do spend money on games I play but not at the rate this game takes. ✓ Fun but frustratingThis is exactly what I was looking for in a match game, and is a fun way to kill a few minutes. My biggest complaint is that it is very difficult to get the things you need to meet goals. While I understand it supposed to be challenging, it goes to being boring/not fun when it takes literal days to get something you need. (Example- I need trees for three of my four goals, and instead keep getting water.) It seems there’s no way around it, and I tend to ignore the game out of not caring. ✓ Falls off after a certain level and becomes annoyingThis is probably one of the best merge games I’ve played. Really fun and for the first few weeks it developed really well. The move from one type of object through to the next was steady and kept it interesting as well as possible to get rewards etc. which kept you wanting to play. I loved it. Now, all of the objects you need to get to merge to fill the order are the rarest objects to come out of the generator. I have just literally used 400 energy to get 2 pieces of cheese to merge and I need another two to merge further. It’s getting to the point where I’m completely frustrated and bored of playing which is a shame. The order fulfilment was the best part and now it’s basically impossible without either waiting hours or, probably the point, spending loads of money on diamonds for energy. ✓ Almost there. Few improvementsI love the game. There’s no ads and it keeps you busy. BUT after around 20 levels, they begin to purposely give you items you don’t need which makes the board fill up, then there’s the Planter that takes over 100 energy taps just for a single item and it’s usually not even what you need so you can plan on using at least 230 on that single item. This game is actually a 5 star game but the major problem I have is what’s with all the coins that you don’t get to use? Why can’t we purchase items with coins? ✓ Just okayI love the game and story lines but progressing is impossible. I understand leveling may take more coins over time but it’s nearly impossible. It takes me 1-2 real life days to sometimes fill an order and that’s likely just tools. I wish I could sell tools for money because I have so many of each kind and unable to upgrade. ✓ DisappointedI really enjoy this game, and have been for a while, however there are just so many things about it that make it infuriating to play. For starters, the mahjong gamemode they advertise is not in the game AT ALL. Completely false advertising, which is upsetting as the game itself is fine. There are wayyyy too many item spawners, and my board is constantly clogged up with random stuff I don’t need and can’t get rid of. Everything is incredulously expensive too; some item spawners use up 6 energy to get ONE item and then to refill your energy is £5! I loved it at the beginning, but now it is way too cramped and takes too long to get everything you need. I’m upset as I actually spent money on this game thinking it would get better, but it just takes so much longer and gets way too tedious if you aren’t prepared to spend £100 of your real money every day..Version: 1.30.1

When you really need an item the pots do not give them to you & when you no longer need them it’s given to you in the dozens. Do better as this ruins it. It becomes absolutely boring to play because you can only play for free for about 10 minutes before you need to buy red gems for energy. When you need an item it continues to not give it to you. However when you no longer need it you are inundated with it. Which leads to you hoarding items because you know it will be hard to get when you need it. The orders tend to be the hardest items to create and rarely are the second or even third thing an item can make. ✓ MehI consistently play this and gossip harbor on a daily basis. I have been able to level up on GH as time goes on, yet with this game there’s no way to earn energy by watching an ad or a daily gift like there is on GH. Also there’s only 3 orders that are ridiculously hard presented at a time, truly frustrating and feels like you’re just treading water…I’m truly ready to delete, I’m only at level 36 and have played since the first day this game came out… make it a little easier to gain energy!! Update: I’ve continued to play and sticking with it because this isn’t a bad game, however….there is so many dang generators that there’s barely room to merge, I can only work on one order at a time because there isn’t room to even attempt to work on two at a time. ✓ Near impossible game play at level 31You get less and less requests/orders as you progress. The tasks keep getting more difficult but the rewards keep giving less which makes no sense. I don’t mind there being difficult orders where it takes weeks of playing to finish but there’s no fillers/simple orders where you can complete for the day to keep you interested. Daily task is impossible, for example, 10k gold a day? I can’t even get that now because a lot of the orders now pays no gold, just building tools. There’s marge games out there I played for a couple years and I got stuck a few times but there are still things to do. This game, I’m just stuck and even if I pay to progress, it will cost a lot. I know the end goal is to people to pay but this money hungry move just make me wanna give up. It should be pay to progress faster, not pay just to progress. I’ve been playing this for a couple months religiously and paid quite a bit into the game but this ain’t it. ✓ Fun game gets slow early onGreat concept and fun story. I like how at first you get to play a lot unlike other merge games that restrict generators too quickly. But very soon into the game the orders become unwieldy to produce, requiring days of playing several times per hour to accomplish. ✓ Fun but …I’ve really been enjoying this game but for some reason at level 48 I’m being asked to fufill two orders that require a level-up that I’m not eligible for (only at stage 2 luggage cart, but being asked to provide full bouquet and final engagement ring). I can’t get to the 3rd luggage cart without 3000 points, and I can’t get there without filling those orders, which is impossible. It’s such a bummer because I’ve really been enjoying the graphics and storyline and have invested wayyyyy too many dollars and hours in this so far..Version: 1.14.0

✓ I love this game but developers have stopped caringMan I love this game but after a certain level you’ve really stopped putting effort into it. At the start of the game you’d alternate level rewards from 100 energy or a box of energy and now later in the game you only get 100 energy even though the game is harder. Also every new building unlocked is a new merge piece whereas earlier in the game sometimes you could get buildings which only needed a one of payment. I love this game never been so addicted to a mobile game but this is just annoying what’s the point of brining out new content. ✓ Guaranteed to merge you to the depth of boredomThis game has so much potential and promise but as you advance the high level item that requires merging and merging taking you to the pits of repetitive hell just to get an item only to have to start all over again. Not only that, but while you are clicking your soul away you run out of energy, so for the sheer need to accelerate the process you spend real money to purchase more energy so you can continue to click, only to then come to another halt as the item needs to recharge. And so is the vicious cycle. ✓ Stuck, unable to move forwardI really enjoy this game. The story’s engaging, the characters interesting. But I’m stuck with a full board, so I can’t create items to merge or fill orders, and a full inventory, so I can’t move anything off the board to make space for items to merge with inventory items. ✓ Great! For the first 20 levels…I always wait on writing a review until I’ve been playing a while, specifically because of games like this. I’m now at level 39, and the game progress has slowed ASTRONOMICALLY. I’ve been grinding on the same 5 tasks for weeks, I don’t even know the last time I leveled up. I never ever even attempt to make daily “challenges” anymore, they are literally impossible to meet without spending money (you want us to spend daily? really?). The amount of energy offered in exchange for watching ads is frankly insulting to players’ time, if you’re offered an ad at all. I haven’t engaged with the bingo event in who knows how long - who has the energy to spare? I don’t look at progress with collector cards feature, I’ve literally never collected a single set and I’ve been playing longer than it’s been a feature in the game. Buy energy with gems? Starts out fun and engaging, then it reaches a point where you only get 3 customers and each one requires massive amounts of energy to complete the orders. ✓ Eh!I thought this was going to be the tile game that you see on TikTok but it’s not. It’s a story building game, you have to merge items to make other items. That’s not the bad part, the bad part is, what if you fill your game board? Mine is full and I’m not purchasing anything from games that you’re supposed to be able to play for free. And the concept that got me to even download the game was shady at best. But now I can’t even play anymore because the game board is full! So I think I’ll be deleting this game. ✓ Too hard without spending $$I’m not one to review but this game gets boring and frustrating at higher levels unless you spend a lot of money to buy diamonds. It becomes very hard to fill customer orders because it’s all the “odd” or not main items that cover the board. (If that makes sense) Lemons are hard to come by. Paint brushes are hard to come by. And its always some fancy lemonade drink or easel that is needed to complete orders!! Not to mention how much energy olives and wreaths take!! Why so much?? ✓ So DisappointedI really loved this game to start. I even bought packages, which I never do in other games. I’ve gotten to the place now where I had to wait 3 or 4 days before a new area would open up. I banked so much in the game that when the new space opened up, it was upgraded in 1 minute, still hadn’t used all of my resources (I still have loads) and now there is just a message that a new area will open up TBD. ✓ Save your money, don’t waste your time.This is a recharge game cheating the player's psychology. Early game is fun. Like a chess piece, you need two identical pieces to make a new chess piece. Then complete the mission to receive gold coin rewards and building material packs. Upgrade according to game missions. Slowly you will find that the energy it provides is not enough for you to complete a mission. It takes 2 minutes to get an energy. This also means that it is impossible for you to complete the mission, and you need to recharge and buy their diamonds to continue. And it will constantly remind you of buy discounted packages. Until level 35, you find that even if you recharge over $20 a day, you still can not complete a mission. I feel this game is most like a trap for players. ✓ Fun but quittingThis game was fun in the beginning but the developer makes it too difficult to create the items. You can only service three customers at a time and the items they want you to create is super high level that makes it so difficult to achieve. Also too many different items and it takes up the whole board. Not to mention it is hard to gain extra energy. Other games give you daily energy bonus thus one doesn’t. ✓ Takes forever. Money grabThis game would be amazing if the generators didn’t spawn only the lowest level items. It means you get nowhere fast and waste a ton of energy on each task. ✓ Waste of timeI have a handful of other merge games I play. This game looks like it could be fun. However, I played for about 5-10 minutes before I ran out of moves that I would have to use gems to refill (no refills with watching ads). The game wastes your energy. At one point I had a bag that gave both sunglasses and earrings- I had an order for earrings that would’ve needed 8 of the base earring. I went through over 125 taps on the bag just to get 2! Sunglasses galore. At that point it had drained my energy and I would’ve had to pay to get gems (you only get 20 at the start) to get more. ✓ Can get so expensive!I enjoy this game. I play it most days. The thing that REALLY bugs me is how expensive it can be. Most games, when you buy the weekly “pass” for extra goodies, you continue to get it once the new pass starts. But not this one! $4.99 a pop. Yes, it’s a lot of energies, gems, etc, but it can easily get expensive. So if you are patient and can play a few and then go away, you’ll be fine with this game. ✓ Now deletedThis game starts out great and then the way it’s been setup becomes really demotivating so I’ve just deleted it. You earn a tonne of money for building straight away so very quickly you don’t need to earn money and only need to earn tool kits, the trouble is the game then starts only giving you 1 customer out of 4 that can give you a tool kit so you end up taking literally daaaaays to fill one order and then there’s only one order that’s for the tool kit that you need. So where is the motivation to fill orders for customers who only give you money when you don’t need money? There is none so you just focus on one customer only (tool kit customer) which makes the game very boring. It’s basically good up until the vineyard and then it’s not worth playing..Version: 1.17.0
✓ Money grabbingWith the amount of money I have spent, it is ridiculous. Energy is dismal, items are unattainable with the amount of energy given. I just used 120 gems to get two energy boxes and ended up with 70 energy from 120 gems !?!? I buy the tokens, gems boxes etc because it WAS enjoyable. Now at 101 level, it is impossible to even create one item by merging as they are so high. No way to get free energy, no ad watching or anything else. You want us to click these objects up to 4 times (using 4 times the energy mind you) and your out of energy before you know it. If it needs a specific item it constantly gives me other stuff. ✓ Another unrealistic merge game to force spendingStarts really good. But then the game becomes completely unrealistic and the merges are an absolute joke! The only way you can progress and still enjoy is to spend money. If you don’t spend money the game becomes a chore and not enjoyable at all. The amount of merges needed to complete the tasks is so far away from fair game play. It is truly ridiculous. I’m annoyed that games can get away with this type of play that lets you waste time playing to only find out you’re been scammed to spend real money once you’re enjoying the game.
