✓ Fun game, But . . .Where is the bonus spin wheel?! I love the multi-game features and the variety they create, which is what keeps me playing. Over the last few months quite a lot of technical issues have interrupted my enjoying the game. I stopped reporting issues because I never receive responses to my messages. Issues include, but not limited to: not receiving earned bonuses, free spin malfunctions, and impossibly hard levels that can be won only with purchased power-ups. Before the game traded ownership, the spins were more rewarding, the levels were reasonably difficult and technical support incredible..Version: 4.7.0

✓ Fun game, but BE WARNEDI’ve been playing this game for years, and it’s fun....HOWEVER, I feel it’s necessary to warn players about making in app purchases for gold bars. I have had three separate (possibly more) experiences where this game has charged me for purchases I have not made, and charged for multiples of purchases without authorization. I have reported these fraudulent charges to Microfun/Jellipop_match (and Apple iTues), and requested refunds from Jellipop Match, but each time Jellipop Match has refused to refund the money they fraudulently charged me. While they have credited my account with the gold bar packages, this still doesn’t make it right for them to make unauthorized charges and then force players to pay and not refund their money when they did not intend to make the purchases in the first place. I suggest to anyone who is interested in playing this game to make sure to either make sure to not allow in app purchases from this game, or keep an eye on receipts for fraudulent charges....and be aware that they will not refund your money if they charge you without your authorization..Version: 8.23.0.4

✓ Can’t bypass message in foreign language to play gameI’ve sent messages (email) with photos but there is a message as soon as I try to access the game written in Chinese, I cannot read it and I will not click on it to access the game. That being said I’m being blocked from playing the game and no response to my emails for a fix. I’m extremely frustrated with no response with assistance And now you respond with if you’re still having issues logging in you can click on “contact us” in the game and send us a message. ✓ Can’t log into gameI love this game but, since the IOS 14.1 upgrade, I am periodically unable to access the Jellipop Match game. When the app opens, I can sometimes tap at the bottom of the screen and get logged in. Other times the app seems to freeze and I can’t log in at all. ✓ Fun game but..........This a very exciting game and at first challenging but winnable and fun but after a while it get to the point that it’s hard to win boards to move the storyline along. It shouldn’t take days to get past a board and I’m talking about using all the lives or the free one and not getting past a line. You also talk about making it fun for all ages but I don’t see kids playing this for a long period of time because if they are not winning at a game they will quit playing. This game does make it to where you don’t have to buy stuff to win but if you don’t have any of the power ups it takes days to wind a round..Version: 6.9.7

✓ I love this game, but….I play 3 other games that after a while they help you win a few games in a row as incentive, this one not so often and I don’t like the fact you only get one red star per game. I think they should give you red stars depending on how well you’ve done: really good game 3 red stars, good 2, so so game 1, at 1 star at a time you’ll never get anything done, considering it will always cost money to keep playing..Version: 8.13.0.2

✓ Was great, now boring.Once you get to the 800 levels it becomes sadly dull. Once the levels were hard but achievable after a few goes, now I can’t move on at all. Then this isn’t the game for you! I’ve been playing this game for YEARS, and am embarrassed at how much I have spent on it. Well now, anytime you switch between apps while in the middle of a game, be it to answer a text or any other task, it will cancel your game and log you out. I have lost bonuses, rankings, power ups, you name it because I’ve got to quick “pop out” of the app to do something else, even for a second. The game NEVER USED TO DO THIS! New update, be BS. And a total SCAM! IM OVER IT. ✓ SpinsPlease fix the spins function. It keeps going to a blank screen at the end of the spin and you need to exit the entire game and go back in. Really frustrating!!! ✓ I love this game BUTI love this game BUT, the degree of difficulty involved increases to a point that makes it impossible to win without spending ALOT of money! I have been playing religiously for about (4) four months and am now getting frustrated with it! Sometimes during challenges there will be a few moves remaining and the game will switch over to tell me that I've failed that level! Some levels are impossible to win without spending more money! I also feel that upon winning one of the (3) three levels involved in the challenge, whatever moves that are left in say number (1) one level should transfer to the number (2) two level and so on!! If I win the number(1) one level with (10) ten moves remaining they should transfer to the number (2) two level and so on! We all know that your goal is to make money but what of your consumers who are not made of money? I would play more often and longer if this game were more user friendly!!.Version: 4.5.0
✓ Fun, but needs improvementI enjoy this game, especially the variety of puzzles. However, it is too easy to accidentally press a button to use the gold bars. Should have a confirmation button before deducting the bars. Also, I object to the “evil” witch being portrayed as a fat woman.
