✓ BadSorry to say tried to buy deals 3 times, money taken, no deal given. Have contacted 3 times, only had one reply saying they were looking into it. Huh! I sent them proof of purchase and asked for the deals I paid for, then on the third attempt I asked for my money back, never got it. ✓ Worst game I’ve playedDownloaded this because I wondered if the puzzle could ever become difficult. Looks like I’ll never find out because the game is so wired at getting you to spend money that it’s totally unplayable. It’s so bad I couldn’t even wake through the forced pop up pay options to find a payment that would reduce ads. By far the worst game I’ve tried to play. It also has some duplicitous options like a button with (???) that when you press loads straight into the payment screen, without asking you to purchase first. ✓ Weird button pushing game. What’s the point?I just spent 15 minutes trying out this game. The “unlock the rings” portion looks interesting in the ads, but that’s just a “little game” that has nothing to do with the main game. The main game is strange convoluted version of Alice in Wonderland attached to mindless button pushing. You constantly feed a potion made of mushrooms to Alice, and put groups of three or five items together to make other items. I kept leveling up, and didn’t learn a darned thing to do with anything other than poking at items on the screen. I’m deleting it now. Don’t bother!.Version: 3.0.3
✓ Hate the new design!I play this game regularly, as putting things in groups and waiting for the right numbers before merging, it’s kinda like tidying up and is relaxing for my ADHD, but they recently changed the design of some items making it even more difficult to understand which one is the lvl 1/ lvl 2 etc items, meaning that if I was saving 4 lvl 3 items to have a 5th one and making 2 lvl 4 items with them, because of the changed design I end up getting confused and merge the incorrect thing, slowing processes even more! It’s also very obvious that the 3 days challenges cannot be won without purchases, so I generally play them just if I run out of energy in the main island and I still feel like playing, if not I just ignore them. I enjoy that ads don’t start by themselves, but are visible just if you want to watch them and usually for some extra rewards. Just sincerely wish they would go back to the old items design, cause this one is much uglier and confusing than the old one!.Version: 3.2.3

There is no mention of this in advertisements. ✓ I like it a lot, but…You cannot enjoy playing for more than very short periods unless you have money to drop on playing mobile games. And not infrequently either. At $10 a pop for around 1000 energy (and that is a “sale”), you run out pretty fast. The scheduled free replenishments are not worth more than a minute of play, with 30 for watching an ad and a more infrequent pick on for “up to” 250 though it usually keeps under 100. ✓ Too hard to keep leveling upThis was my favorite game until I hit a wall. In order to move up to the next area of the game board I need more wands and in the meantime I've leveled up all my former castles. Even on the new area I've leveled up as far as I can go without working towards new wands as there's no way to level up the only castle with extra pieces from the matching mine. Which means any energy I win, buy, earn, collect is virtually useless for a very long time, at least until I earn enough wands. So basically the whole reason I played the game (to merge and build) is gone. The only activity there is left to do is collect ingredients and feed the characters to earn wands. Not much fun IMO. I've never been much of a fan of any of the events or the animal world so I won't be playing those. Smh such a shame. It's a great game and they aren't stingy with energy or opportunities for free coins and rewards. I won't be checking in much. The other thing that would be great to see is if they could add a feature where it clumps all like items together. ✓ Ok, but too much.The gameplay is pretty good for a merging game, which wasn’t what it was advertised as when I saw it. The pop up’s are out of hand. I can understand that you need to make money off your work, this game, but please downscale your pop up’s. The different “lands” make it a bit more interesting but the main chapter is frustrating because of the amount of icons on the screen which reduce the playing area to about half the size it should be . On top of that one of the icons is a recycle bin where I have lost many many items by accident because of the limited play area . ✓ Too many ads……and in-app purchases. It’s a great game, it’s fun, long-lasting and quite addictive. The problem is, you open it up after a day or two and you have to dismiss literally 5 or 6 pop-up windows one at a time, each asking if you want to buy this limited edition thing, then maybe some coins, some keys, and if you tap the wrong bit you make an in-app purchase. You make a big merge and a pop-up comes up saying you could make another if you just paid £6.99. Some of the dialogues are kinda sneaky too, where you tap a button for a free item, again for another, but if you tap it again - £3.99. Obviously you can dismiss a purchase and iOS makes it very clear what’s happening, but it’s a bit nasty and has really put me off. ✓ Not worth it anymoreI’ve been playing this game for a few months, and have sunk more money into than I’d like to admit. It’s a time waster, but it’s fun, so whatever. But the developers have gotten so greedy with the last update. They have significantly reduced the award you get for watching ads. You used to get up to 2 hours off of build time, but they reduced it to 15 minutes. They also eliminated coin rewards for ads. The pop ups and ads and requests for money are super prevalent and very annoying. But this is definitely it a game where you NEED to do it. Some games I’ve played barely let you do anything before you hit a paywall and it gets frustrating. There’s so much to do in this game that imo it doesn’t feel like a crazy amount of time to wait for things. However, they do special events usually taking place in different “lands” and they are timed. So you have two-three days to work on this “land” that’s bigger than your main one and there’s not enough time nor energy to get even a little close to finishing it. Even when you buy boxes they don’t have the Elite pieces in them. Too many coins mixed with boxes and food collection items and not enough jewels. Key collection - too many keys to open many sections. Then when you do the keys, it is full of coins instead of keys. It just takes too long to collect keys to open a new section. It starts off quick but then once you hit about Level 12 the merging gets more complicated and then the amount you earn for each merge is so small it’s ridiculous. Then some of the incentives for merging disappear from the left side bar (with no indication that there’s a time limit). Plus if there any unused items you can sell them but who knows where those points go. Also, if you trash any unused items there should be at least some credits, coins, something that you should get in exchange, even if it’s only 1 or 2 credits/coins. ✓ Beware new playersI used to like this game and was hooked until today when I updated it. After I updated the apps they took away some of the part where you can merge the coins. I don’t mind spending money which I did (unfortunately), but now I’ll just play as it is until I don’t have any jewels and coins and then I’ll delete it. It’s designed so you either get stuck, have to watch a lot of ads, or have to spend a lot of money. ✓ SCREEN BURN/Ghost image!Fun and enjoyable game, including puzzle solving and item metching. My only complaints are that it causes screen burning, main problem seem to be the constant menu icons! As others have stated the rings are just a bonus mini game but the main focus is on merging items. Some items need to be built or removed that uses energy and I rarely run out or don’t have a means to get more. (But I’m only on level 11 so I’m sure that changed the higher you go.) The only thing I ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT STAND is the fact that they have SO MUCH going on and so many extra stupid buttons for purchases that it SERIOUSLY takes away from the game board itself. You can barely see anything since most of the screen is taken up by those extra icons. There should seriously be an arrow or drop down for all of these particular options so that you can actually play. ✓ Questions about Wonderland eventsI disappointed in this game. It’s fun but I’m wondering if you got rid of some of the special events that happen in the main map, Wonderland. There was one that let you gather items for the fairytale island map that I haven’t seen in a while. It was really great and I’m wondering if we’re going to see it again. I’m really disappointed that it seems to have been discontinued. It was the only way to really make progress into getting gold characters like the Tin Man and Captain Hook. I can’t see the upper right quadrant of the screen which is hugely annoying. And anything I do seems to add more pop ups. They need to collapse them so we can actually play the game. I won’t be spending anymore money on this game until they are gone or collapsed. edit: Three days in and the pop up ads are insane. Anything you do makes many ads blow up in your face. I keep subtracting stars because it’s basically unplayable with the more than constant pop ups..Version: 2.7.0.1
✓ Enjoy playing, but….Where are all these Save Alice levels????? I’ve not had one. Wish I had not started playing. What started as a cool game has become a frustration. The 3 day challenges are too hard to finish without spending heaps, I had over 300 energy in one of them and asked them to transfer it to the next challenge but they wouldn’t so started with 75 again that only lasts for two clicks. Wish we could go back into the challenges and finish them in our own time..Version: 3.2.3
✓ ConfusingI originally got this game for the ring separation game—very misleading! Continued playing because was interesting. However, the further I played the more confusing it got. There is no clear way to accomplish every thing and the playing areas are sooo spread out it is hard to find the area you are looking for. It jumps around a lot with no clear directions on what the heck you’re suppose to be doing. Pictures don’t alway explain the procedure. I like the game but it is really confusing! ✓ Just another fake gameI downloaded this game because I thought it was going to be the “disconnect the rings” game. My fault for believing, yet again, more fake advertisement. It’s another merge game that’s absolutely chaotic and every ten seconds is popping up and wanting you to spend real money to pay for better things. I get games need money to keep producing, but this one is ridiculous with the pushing. You don’t get the time you need to finish special events unless you spend money and the main game is absolute chaos with how much is out on the board at once. It’s awful. ✓ Better serviceHi I like the game the first time I encountered a problem as a new player they were super fast to help and compensate. However since then I have to beg for problems to be sorted. I have been trying since early January to get things fixed. I gave screen shot evidence every time but nothing happens. I have to mail every day with the same problems nothing happen not even a reply. Some of the problems is with every seasonal event. This get frustrating and take the fun out of the game. To compensate a player with an seasonal event that happened in the past isn’t really the best way to go either as what do the player really get out of it nor if the player doesn’t receive an item for finishing an seasonal building with diamonds if that items is more worth than the amount of diamonds they give. The spending money pop ups are annoying and to much. As players spending money on the game there should be a better client service. :(:(:(.Version: 3.3.3
✓ Great game not great coin exchange'This is a good game and you can’t wait to see what is the next creative creature… but beware, as you pay for coins or diamonds the exchange in to energy costs double after your second exchange, therefore reducing the value of what you initially purchased which is very unfair….Version: 2.9.3.1
