✓ Only interested in the BLOCK movesI bought this game to play the BLOCK moves (up/down/sideways) but I spend most of my time trying move to the next block because of the game looking for items. This game can be so much better. It is casual, clever and can be fun. There’s a large variety of options and it isn’t too stingy with the minor ads that can give you free items. The thing that is so frustrating about this games is the random and seemingly endless “suggestions” to purchase item that just pop up randomly at any point. ✓ ObstaclesThis game is fun but has one of the most frustrating features I’ve seen in merge games. When you play there is a star box that shows up. Every time you clear land another one is there. These are not rewards but boxes to pay real money for meager items. And they are expensive. The irritation comes from all the space they take up. They are permanent features. Tried trashing them to no avail. So your precious few squares you have to work hard to gain enough wands to clear land is partially used by these darn star boxes. Some “ rewards” disappear after several hours but not the stars. If you could throw them away it would be fine but until then you have very few squares in which to play. Thus 1 star but it would be a 4 if you could trash them or if they simply disappeared after short few hours..Version: 1.0.11

✓ Fix your problem with the adsI personally don’t have a problem watching ads to get free items because the Flippin game is addicting. The problem I’m experiencing is the ads are well over a minute with no way to exit it at 30 seconds and then after the full ad is done you have to wait an additional 12 to 15 seconds staring at the screen before the x pops up in the corner. Even after that X in the corner pops up the app sometimes will freeze up and you would have wasted a whole minute and a half of life on an ad and ended without the reward. Another complaint I have about the ads is there are times that I am listening to music and I don’t want to hear the ad that I’m watching so I would appreciate it if all the ads came with the option to mute so I didn’t have to listen to them. the game is great but the ads make it Super frustrating to continue on..Version: 1.0.19

✓ The game is okay aside from a major glitchThe game itself is okay. I feel like the time to recharge energy takes far too long and I dislike how slow and difficult it is to obtain seeds for plants, especially when they die so quickly. That aside, the biggest problem I have is, after completing a merge for coins, usually a ballon with the next coin appears and allows me to obtain it after watching an ad. The game freezes after the ad about 50-75% of the time forcing me to hard restart the app and lose the item I watched the ad for. This has happened to me countless times and is extremely frustrating. The amount of items I did not receive cost me time and resources in the game that I need to make up for the lost items. There are lots of blocks which when you click them just basically solve it all for you. So fairly pointless. They then tip you into a merge 3 type format but you rapidly run out of energy and you have to spend actual real money to get more quickly or you can just wait a few hours. Then you receive the occasional gift box. But you have to pay real money to open it. A lot of it also requires you to watch advertisements in order to get benefits but I block all ads. ✓ Purchased items not beingIt’s a fun game and I’ve spent over $100 on the in app purchases, and didn’t have a problem until today. Three times I purchased energy and not any of it was credited to my purchases. Then every time I would receive a reward when the floating bubbles containing the rewards appeared on the screen, and I clicked on it, nothing would be credited, no rewards and no purchased items. I’d shut the app down, reset my phone, reopen the app and try to play again, and all the rewards and the bubble was gone. And then when the seasonal items exited it asked me if I wanted to trade it in for energy and I clicked confirm but no energy was credited to my account. This happened six times with my six expired items. I have screen shots. I did contact customer service and they said to check my inbox for 800 energy but my inbox is empty.
