✓ Annoying and maddeningYes you can cash out,after a quick PayPal verification as it says. One issue is I still don’t see in my PayPal! And the ads are so maddening and discouraging, that you want to toss your phone ! Migraine making madness ! I’ve spent hours all day to be exact, and I’ve gotten a whopping $1.63 and .63 still not showing up but says complete in app!!
