✓ Scam alert!!This app will is a total scam, I lost $50 on it playing slots and never once hit a jackpot or a bonus game. Then I went back to the lobby where I had 59,000 coins and $27.7 and none of the games would work. I tried to contacting customer service and after filling out the request form it asks for an account ID which you would think would be the same as the cust ID on your profile in the app but evidently it isn’t. I searched and searched for my account ID and never found it. Go figure. ✓ Horrible customer serviceThis has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced by far. Trying to redeem your winnings is a nightmare. They offer an “Instant Bank Transfer” that could not be further from the truth. They make it incredibly difficult to withdraw your winnings. It has been almost three weeks that I have been waiting for my redemption. The live chat help is so bad. There is no effort at all to help you resolve any issue. All you get is one rude person after the next telling you there is nothing they can do to help you and someone will contact you via email in 24-48 hours which never happens. They like to talk about their integrity and transparency both of which there is a complete lack of. Dealing with them over and over trying to get them to return the money I won has been so time consuming and frustrating it is beyond ridiculous. Time and again agents will just disconnect your chat as to not deal with you. I have asked over and over to elevate my issue and been refused again and again. They ask you to provide sensitive account information or they will not issue your redemption. Then delay things by requesting the same information again stating that is the hold up. The cherry on top is that once you try to redeem money and cash out they restrict your account stating it is for other players safety and security while they verify all your financial information that is never asked for unless you win. It is honestly disgusting how they screw you over and seem to enjoy it a great deal.
