✓ It’s ok, but has annoying issuesIt’s ok, it’s quite easy, and can keep attention for ten mins or so but gets very samey. However there’s one really annoying issue - you have to get the exact word. When you’re down to the last word and have already thought if several that fit just fine, they all go into the bonus word pot rather than solve the puzzle. First, the daily puzzles are frustrating, because as others have pointed out, you’re blindly guessing the highlighted word with no clues or context. Second, device sync is better, but still occasionally misses, so you’ll end up playing previously-completed levels when switching devices. Finally, and most annoying, is that you’ll eventually start to get repeats of scrambles you’ve completed multiple times before. That takes the fun out of completing levels past a certain point. Best of all, switching from the game to something else and back breaks the game’s sound anyway. Then there’s the controls. Also, some words that are meant to be the answer are a bit perplexing such as “Ado” or “Mar”, whereas other words that would fit and typed in aren’t accepted and get thrown into the “bonus” words that collect points/coins. ✓ 7 out of 10 gameThey fixed the inability to play audio which is great. I wish I could half stars because this is definitely a 7 out of 10. It’s good enough. You’ll probably kill some time with it. But it sort of gets repetitive as there’s not much to it beyond the surface level. The daily puzzles are probably the most fun. But it needs some work. Specifically, the fact that you’re supposed to solve the word that the owl is on is a fun idea, but since there aren’t any indicators of what the word is beyond the number of letter, you’re functionally blindly guessing that the three letter word it’s on is the one you happen to guess. If not? Well then you’re not getting mad points for today’s puzzle. Not to mention that you only get one of these per day so it’s not like you can try another one. It’d be fun if more of the puzzles had unique gameplay elements like these to keep things interesting. ✓ It would be a five out of five but….In the daily puzzle where you have to solve where the owl is, it is infinitely frustrating when you have an empty puzzle, the first letter of the word, and you spell the word that’s elsewhere on the puzzle, with the same amount of slots for example you start the puzzle with a H and two remain slots with the owl in the middle to the right of the H so you spell the word hot and it lands else where on the puzzle so than you spell hen and the owl moves now it’s a four letter word and the owl is next to a s so you have to guess is it going to be shoe or shot, it’s very lame and I think unintentional please fix the it..DogwolfmanVersion: 1.6.0

✓ Addictive but strange word choicesI’ve played way, way too many rounds of this game. Overall, it’s a nice, relaxing game that just barely makes you use your brain. The one odd thing is word choices - you will be helped if you have a slightly religious bent (Eden comes up a lot, as do some other common Bible words). Also, most of the time, plurals aren’t matches, except when they are, so always try them out (they loves “peas”). And seriously, devs - what the heck is up with “pask”? Some everyday words in common use will never match but “pask”, an alternate spelling of the Middle English “pasch” meaning “Easter” (that Bible stuff again) is a match. Really - “pask”? ✓ Where do you get your dictionary?I’ve been playing this game for a while, and it seems to be totally random about what words it allows. The strangest thing is that on multiple occasions it will allow a plural but not a singular word. AMPS is an acceptable word. But AMP is not. Very strangely PEES is an acceptable word, but PEE is not. It becomes frustrating when your streak gets broken based on a bad dictionary. ✓ Does Not Sync Across DevicesThis is an entertaining crossword puzzle game that loses at least a star for one big bug: the game does not properly sync across multiple iOS devices on an account. When I attempt to play the game on my iPad, which is, of course, signed in to the same Apple ID as my iPhone, it does not sync my progress properly. For example, only some of the in-game achievement badges I’ve earned while playing on my iPhone show up on my iPad as having been earned. What makes this an even more blatant bug is that the iPad version shows I’ve earned some of the upper -level achievements that are not attainable without first earning the lower-level achievements, and yet those lower-level achievements show up as unearned on my iPad, but of course, as earned on my iPhone. ✓ Dictionary and photosNot sure which dictionary they’re using but it’s woefully incomplete. Pretty sure there’s no English dictionary that doesn’t recognize “pee” as a word. I shouldn’t lose a streak for typing in “pee” and if you’re blocking curse words (which it isn’t), make that obvious (“word not accepted”) without affecting the streak. Also the daily photos just never show up. All I get is a blank screen with the description of the photo after fulfilling the requirement. The path and badges are nice, but it would be great to be able to skip ahead. There are hundreds of four letter puzzles. I’m on level 261 and still basically trudging through 4 and 5 letter puzzles.
