✓ Issues in the appThe game is funny and it’s addictive but there is an issue because they offer you that you can pay so you wont hace advertising. So, I did it and there are still showing in my app. I checked to see if there was an extra premium option and that’s only one. I paid how supposed to be. ✓ Worst customer service everI amassed 22,000 or more coins that I could use for swaps. Thr game kept crashing and I repeat—kept crashing. I have emailed this company repeatedly and only got one reply which was the same generic reply they sent through the app which was—we will get back to you. Someone named Priyanka was the name in the email. Not one time have they replied to my additional emails—after 3 weeks…not one resolution for restoring my coins. Not one reply. At. All. ✓ Annoying adsI like the game and I also don’t mind the ads. But have the courtesy to show the ads after a match ends. It is a very cheap tactic to show the ads in the middle of a match. This is not going to make me want to buy the upgrade, but instead will make me stop playing the game altogether. The worst part is, that the game keeps continuing in the background when the ads come up. I’ve had instances where I play my last move, and then an ad comes. By the time I close the ad, my opponent has already played their last move and the game has already ended. I don’t get a chance to see what they played, how much they scored or anything. ✓ Fun but sketchyThe game itself is fun. I took 2 stars away, one for each creater glitch or cheat I found. Both are on the daily awards screen. The first one I noticed a couple of weeks ago and thought it was me not paying attention. Wrong! The awards go from the day before the big payout day back to the first day. I took screenshots two days in a row to prove that it happened, and I was right. You’re robbed of the 350 coin prize. The 2nd glitch or cheat is on the horizontal top row that goes from 1 - 30 days, with 30 days being the big payout. It goes from day 29 back to day 1, skipping day 30. ✓ Great game, but!,I am enjoying this game but a few times I have put in a word and an advert pops up which I watch and then press the cross at the end to clear from my screen. Two reasons… my tiles get overlapped sometimes, which hides one, and I’m left with an empty tile, but I usually just quit that game when that happens. Second, so many non- English words get played, from languages I’ve never heard of. I prefer to play a game in all English. ✓ Horrible and slow supportThe system kept taking my coins (100 at a time) when I tried to join the daily match and did not let me in to the match. It just took the money with zero indication of an ad or what the next steps were. I wrote to support and they kept giving the same response about a non-ad package. ✓ App does not function as intendedIn order to play at the highest advantage, one needs coins. Of course the coins are for sale, but another option is to play daily quests and simply log in. The countdown timer that is supposed to reset at midnight has not functioned for 3 days. The whole day, the timer is counting down and then I log in the next day and I’m still stuck on day 3. ✓ Why is my game shutting off after 10 seconds?I love this game but this last week the puzzles have been shutting off after about 10 seconds. Makes it hard to figure out the words and type the letters in before it shuts completely off and you have to reopen it to continue playing.
