✓ It’s hard to say it’s good…I dislike the fact that this game was clearly rushed. With the release of only up many paradise we’re made and clearly this was made to join the hype train. The graphics are trying to look nice but in a lot of places, especially larger objects are blurred and or pixilated. I’m not saying this is a bad thing as this game is made for lower end devices, however I believe a more cartoon style would blend better with the character. The realism of the game doesn’t match with the ‘dumb ways to die’ original games. I also found a few bugs just minutes into playing. I found myself clipping through platforms, especially thin ones, and my character not climbing up ledges. After opening the game, without warning, the timer starts and so you have to rush almost as soon as you open the game and that just doesn’t work. You must also work on jumping, whenever I jump it doesn’t compute then my jump disappears and I fall to the ground. ✓ A disappointmentI’m very disappointed in this I’ve been playing dumb ways to die since I’ve been old enough to use an iPod. I love this series and the original dumb ways to Die was my first mobile game so that’s maybe why I love it so much. So imagine when I saw this in the App Store I looked at the game images with so much rendering and shine so I quickly downloaded it. When I opened it expected to see levels and a title page but no I'm just booted into it. I thought the game just might be so good but when I climbed up it had ZERO thought in it. It looked like a free map with free models ripped into here. The first game might not have had nice graphics but it was still original and fun. This is just garbage it has some jpegs of dumb ways thrown it to make you remember it's a dumb ways game. Not to mention what’s in the game it is just objects floating the least you guys could do is make a story like a magical force caused all this so climb past everything to save it or whatever. I hate how it just throws you in a free model map and expects you to figure it out. There is not even a pause menu what were you guys thinking when making this? I’ve seen Roblox obbys with WAYYYYY more effort than this junk. It’s like you had a group of high schoolers no no middle schoolers make this with Chromebooks. I bet I could do a way better job. To be honest as someone who has been playing your games all my life. I'm very sad to see you as an amazing game company make this junk. ✓ It’s okayAfter playing this game for multiple hours, I feel this game has a good foundation but misses out on a few points. The game runs smoothly for a mobile game, and after trying a few other mobile only up games, including those on Roblox, I feel this plays best. There are fun obstacles and challenges throughout the game. However, I have noticed multiple bugs with clipping through objects and game crashes that has caused me to lose progress. I have also been completely unable to progress past a point in the crystal area towards the top where you jump to multiple small black rocks; I have been able to make the first and second jumps of this which already took multiple attempts, but in the middle of these jumps there is one which just seems impossible. Failing this sends you back to the beginning of the candy area. As a result, I feel this jump in the middle of the crystal/black rock area should be made slightly easier, it seems this game was not play tested completely or if not at all.
