✓ Can’t access app, support won’t respondI can’t access the app after changing phones, support originally said they had sorted it but I still can’t access the app, support won’t respond to any emails about it since, I have sent them proof the app doesn’t work but I get no response. I’ve deleted and reinstalled and tried to reset data but it still doesn’t work. The in-app bot support won’t allow me to send any messages.Version: 3.52.2
✓ Can't ask FB friends that play game for life'sWhen I run out of lives it only comes up with my FB friends that aren't playing to ask lives. While I realise you want to get more people playing one would assume you want to keep us playing. Should have similar to candy crush, juice cubes where people behind u can click on top scoters & send lives. Should be able to type in name of friend you want to ask life from. Bit stupid if cant keep playing cause I've got no lives. I've managed to get 4 other friends to start playing in one day yet I can see us all stopping if cant get lives..Version: 1.3.1

✓ Don’t waste your timeThis is NOT a free game! You can only play until level 40 before it locks you out for 3 days OR you buy tokens. It claims you can go forward if you have 100 stars l, but I literally couldn’t get more then 97. Either you can’t score high enough to get stars in the level or the game will not count stars anymore. Meaning, I needed 5 stars so I went back to play levels again to get more stars. I couldn’t score high enough or I did get more stars, but the game didn’t add them to my total. I couldn’t move passed the locked level. If I can only play for ONE day before I get locked out for 3 days, ridiculous! I have no interest in investing anymore time on a fake free game. Now, a little boring and frustratingI loved this game for a long time, it was just tough enough to provide a challenge whilst still allowing for good progression that gave it a good amount of satisfaction that kept me coming back for more. Recently I have been unable to pass a level for nearly a month, using all my lives a couple of times a day. It now appears to me that without spending a considerable amount of cash I will not be able to pass this level quickly enough to maintain the satisfaction that I previously had playing. I need to add I’m not averse to putting some cash into the game, as I like to support developers that make games I enjoy. However, this got me to thinking, if I do pay to get some coins there are a few things that are niggling away at me: 1. Despite buying the coins, I’m unsure actually how much benefit I will actually get. Super jellys or Color splash appear to be utterly useless in this level. Only extra moves would be slightly useful. 2. When will I get into a position when I’ll have to purchase considerable amount of coins later on? I have a feeling it’ll be more often than it should be. With that I’ve decided to delete this game from my phone. ✓ A love lostI loved this game and the fun of the challenges getting more difficult. I didn’t mind watching videos or waiting a day for more lives but when you reach a certain level, it’s absolutely impossible. I ended spending a fortune on extra lives ( which I can’t believe I did) that seemed to have been lost in a flash. Don’t download for the risk of losing your money. ✓ Used to love this gameThe game itself is fun and cute. But its so annoying that sign in to facebook hasnt been working for months now. I allowed the app to track me. I allowed facebook to track me. I have all the settings in my phone and facebook for jelly splash to be able to log in to facebook. I even used to be logged into the game through facebook. Then one day it stopped and I’m worried that if I delete the app and download again, that I will lose all my hard work (im in the 1000s levels). ✓ Involving real moneyI loved this game till I got to the higher levels. The higher the level, the harder it became and unless you have the bonus items to help you through some of the levels, forget it, your stuck, which is “forcing” you to use real money to buy the bonus items just so you can move on. That’s a waste if you ask me! I want to enjoy playing the game not blow through 5 lives boom, then have to wait. The ancient tower is wonderful, I can play for hours if I had the time to and not worry about using up lives, still challenging and that’s what I like, and “if” I “choose” to spend real money at that point, okay, but the other is just too over the top challenging once you reach higher levels. ✓ Used to be good but has gone downhillOn my old iPad I still have one of the first version of Jelly splash, it has no ads, no towers you can’t access or have to wait for, no special “buy days”... just the game itself and it’s soooo much better then the current updated version that crashes after two lives and is full of adds and add-ons trying to make money at every turn. ✓ Corona disappointmentI’m disappointed that after six weeks of being stuck in my home playing video games that this game has not stepped up to being a partner to its players during this corona crisis/shut down. There’s nothing new or exciting in this game. It’s become a bit boring. And really some of the levels are so hard that it will not allow you to pass without a cheat, and they are not offering even one little incentive. As far as the tower goes, it’s harder than Ever- almost defeating the purpose of even trying to play. ✓ Great game but with MANY bugsI have been playing it for many years now. It is great and the levels are interesting and fun. It really keeps me entertained. However, this new version is making the game difficult and annoying. I am in level 1023. I understand that the higher you go the difficult the level becomes but the difficulty is insane. I may play one level for over a week (playing 2 - 3 times a day) and use power ups and still end up loosing. Another major pitfall of this version is that it crashes all the time. I sometimes cannot even get it to open. When I finally get it to work it crashes during and after I am playing. It is very annoying because it happens every single time. This bug has been there for at least the last 3 updates. Every time the update comes out it says that they fixed annoying bugs. That might be true but that crashing bug has not been solved. ✓ Great game with a few flawsLet me begin by saying that this is one of my fave App Store games ever, I’ve had it and played it for years now and also managed to get my dad completely addicted to it! The developers always keep it fun with challenges, tournaments and extra levels (ancient tower). Now the reason I’m rating it down is - it works great on my new iPhone, yet my iPad is now a little old and struggles loading the game, I’ve had crashes in between every level, mid game, after ads and so on. I understand that you’re trying to keep up to date with technology and what not but I’ve not had any of my other iPad games crash this much. Also there is no way to sync your devices, so I’m further advanced on my iPad (the only reason why I haven’t deleted it and kept in on my phone only) which is a little annoying as I try to keep up on my phone also. ✓ It's seems a little bit far fetched for my likingIt starts off ok but as you play on some levels get beyond ridiculous and what seems to be rigged and just not enjoyable or challenging. It's what you call frustrating to where you want to throw your device across the room, yeah not fun. It's a way of developers forcing you to purchase 140 of which 70 of those coins are needed for 3 extra moves which is EXTREMELY pricey. Also 1.99 for 140 coins of which 100 coins of those are used for another set of lives. It way OVER THE TOP, especially when other games are charging half of that. I recently got a new phone and tried to move my data over but it won’t let me log into Facebook (I keep getting this error message even though I have strong internet connection). I decided to start over. I have had non stop problems from there. First, when completing the ancient tower, I got no gifts so I deleted the app and redownloaded it and it fixed the problem. But when I redownloaded it, the wheel was nowhere to be seen. So I deleted it again, the wheel showed up but this time there were never any free spins available. I kept waiting for about a month and nothing. I deleted it again today hoping it would fix the problem but now the wheel is missing completely. I messaged support multiple times but they can’t do anything because my user id changes every couple of days for no reason. I used to love this game and was obsessed. I still love it but it’s awful now. The inconsistencies are horrendous. It crashes all the time, sometimes I get it open and I start to play and it crashes. Other times it crashes the moment I put my finger to the screen. Power-ups become necessary to use in order to beat certain levels, so be prepared to replay the same levels over and over and over again if you refuse to shell out for them. I tolerated all the flaws in this game because it was adorable and easy to play on the fly. That is, until I got political ads. ✓ Too hard at higher levelsI am on level 1564 and it takes around two weeks to pass each level, there are nowhere near enough lives to complete it without having to spend cash on extra boosts and extra lives. It used to feel doable after a few attempts and now it feels impossible unless you throw loads of money at it..Version: 3.52.1
✓ Good game except....I enjoy the game, the gameplay allows for challenge except unlocking the next chapter is such an effort. I had to ask friends on fb to unlock the next level and when they did, nothing appeared on my notification and when I loaded the game, nothing popped up. When I tried asking again, I couldn't. I feel like this is lacking compared to another app where they have completely removed the unlocking system, since the game only allows for certain lives which means we need to wait anyway. If I have to unlock I either have to pay real money, ask friends(which absolutely did not work) or wait 4 days!!! Overall, I think that whole unlocking next chapter is not necessarily and makes me not want to play the game anymore..Version: 2.37.0
✓ Missing coinsFirst off I have been playing for YEARS. I’m hooked on the game. I’m up to level 1600something so obv I’m a long time customer. I got a new phone a few days ago and while my level/progress transferred over fine, my coins - years worth - somewhere in the thousands - reset to 70. I contacted customer service through the chat and they just did not answer. It’s been a few days. I’m super disappointed that no one is taking a few min to fix this! ✓ Fun game, but…I cannot log into Facebook while my fb account is completely fine. The number of stars kept on track is also mysteriously less than my actual star count by a lot (I know because I get mostly 3 stars), therefore preventing me from unlocking new levels. ✓ Good game but steals your coins.This is a good game, very pleasant and entertaining to kill some time on the train. However, from time to time it will decide to use the coins for buying a special jelly (of which kind I have 25 and would necessarily spend coins to buy more). I was thinking that perhaps instead of pressing the Play button (very “conveniently” placed super close to the ‘spend the coins’ button) I was accidentally pressing the coins button. Just now however, my coins were used on a power jelly on the side of the Play button, where I could not have pressed it by accident. I completely understand that app developers are in to make money but if they have offered the app free in the first place, allow the freedom to the users to opt-out of spending additional money on it. You are already making enough from forcing us to watch the adds. I find these little cheats to drain you out of coins annoying and dishonest. ✓ Used To Be FunThis used to be my favorite game, I loved it and played every day. But in the last few months it has changed for the worse. Levels should be harder as you go up, not impossible! I’m in the 1100 level. In order to win a level, apparently you have to either hit the ‘one’ correct way or pay lots of money to buy more moves and other aids. And the “unlimited lives” tower on the weekends? Geez! I’ve spent the last 5 weeks never getting past the third level - there’s 15 levels!! I’m embarrassed to even say how much I’ve spent! It’s all very rigged now and sometimes what I see pan out in a game is just pathetically and obviously rigged! Sadly, this game is just a way for them to make money and I am no longer supporting their greediness. It’s a shame, because the game used to be fun and you felt like you had great chances to advance. ✓ AggravationSo had this game and enjoyed it until the 180 something level. I wanted a leisure game that wasn’t too hard to play, for relaxation. I don’t want to get aggravated when I’m trying to relax. The game had just enough challenge until that last level I played. Literally IMPOSSIBLE. I played it dozens of times, but would run out of moves for the 15 color combinations they wanted to pass. EVERY TIME. You either make the game moderately easy or insanely difficult. Not both. It was a great game, until it wasn’t. I got so annoyed that I deleted it. Five stars for the first several “areas” but they hurt themselves.Version: 3.40.0
✓ It’s become all about about the money!I used to really enjoy playing this game and i felt it gave just enough of a challenge to keep me playing. About a year ago I deleted the game as I found some of the levels were only obtainable if I spent money. No matter how many times I tried, there were certain levels that I couldn’t get past.
