Great app but subscription to $$$$Would be nice to be able to "favourite" my fav exercises so I can build a program without search thru 500 to find the ones I want. Overall I love it and will upgrade if price is right. Other more affordable full apps out there. Great app but payment model too expensive. If it was a one off payment of like $5 I'd upgrade to pro no question, I imagine many others would too. Have a look at your free vs premium stats and I'm sure you will see the opportunity..Version: 2.4

Very good exercise AppHave completed 1 session on a 20 min workout..good variety & length of exercise intervals (I prefer more cycles/shorter blast) which this did. I would strongly recommend trying for free & go from there!.Version: 2.2

Worth the cost - great workout development and logging appI bought this app after a couple of others by the same developers - thought it would be similar however initially took a bit of finding way around it. Although expensive by app standards I don't regret purchase as I have found it is great app to use to create workouts with whatever equipment you have available or just body weight exercises. The videos for each exercise are really well done in terms of providing demonstration of good form. The app enables logging of workouts, weights used etc and ability to track progress. Would really like a version configured for ipad use with ability to change from portrait to landscape view - currently the programs appear in portrait view and the demo videos in landscape view which makes it a bit clunky to use. Look forward to improvements in this regard.Version: 1.6

Good workout app, but...Really good workout app. Simple to use, motivational and effective at improving fitness and achieving weight loss. The only downside is that if you want access to all the exercises than you have to pay a regular fee. I don’t mind a one off payment (as is the case with this companies other apps) but regular payments is just not good value for money. Also if you have previously purchased one of the other apps, you don’t get access to those purchased exercises in this app, meaning you will pay twice..Version: 2.4

Great adjunct to trainingI have been in rehab for over a year and use this app alongside sessions with a personal trainer, modifying exercises as appropriate. I had originally started using it after I purchased the VT resistance band training. I discovered I wanted more exercises, and discovered to avoid monthly fees I could simply purchase the exercises for the equipment I had and then this app consolidates those exercises in one handy app for no extra fees..Version: 2.4

Good and very usefulVery good at keeping the workouts going and a good mix of exercises. It would be good to expand these or even to add you own. Exercise bike, rowing, steps and boxing options would be good. Also a multigenerational option as these are used very often, more than a Belgium bag :) Otherwise, an option to add text, timer and reps etc so you can add your own section to a workout. I love itI’ve been looking for a fitness app that has a good catalog of exercises and a social feature for people to share routines. I like the apps with hundreds of exercises but really value being able to look through routines other people have built and share. Endless variety. This app is becoming part of my lifestyleI use the quick start and i create my own variety of burn your body workouts. Awesome. Whenever I can’t make it to the HIIT classes or after class, I use this App either at the Gym or at Home. When I use it at the Gym, I have prepared workouts in this app that utilize dumbells, chin up bar, treadmill, and bodyweight exercises at the Gym. Good but expensiveI am a super cheap guy so 7 bux a month makes me cringe. If you are reading this, you are probably not as cheap as me lol The app is great. I like that you can mix equipment and auto generate an exercise. I have a tendency to skip exercises that i dont like and this helps me do the things i am weak on. A surprisingly helpful feature is the voice that magically knows when i am thinking of stopping and says "come on!" And the like. It is very helpful to people who exercise solo..Version: 2.4

An outstanding all in one appPrior to this new version, I have been using several different apps by the same developer, for weights, body and bands. This new app merges all of their other apps together, and does a fantastic job! Now, I can mix various workouts without having to open different apps. They have obviously worked very hard to produce this stunning version with so many features, yet the app is so easy to use and setup. Really pleased with this new version. The old version of the "pro" app was very complicated and had no timers. Great but missing 1 thing!I like the versatility of this app for creating and sharing workouts. The countdown and coaching is fantastic but it really needs to announce the next exercise! I workout with headphones on and having to constantly look back at the phone for the next exercise. This is challenging, especially when on a challenging workout where I’m tired. Adding a voice to text or recorded voice to say “next exercise” would be a huge benefit. And worthy of 5 star rating.Version: 3.4.6

Been using for many years…great app for home and travel.I travel a lot. I have been using this app forever. First to get TRX specific workouts when traveling but then incorporating stretching, kettle ball and other equipment at home. This app allows me to build structured workouts that focus on strength, stretch or a mix of systems without having to switch apps between the different systems or even just body weight alone. While it doesn’t get updated often, I have never had an IOS update outage for more than a day or two..Version: 3.4.8

Great App!!!Works really well with the purchase of the in app items they offer. You may need to separate your cardio time based exercises from your weight based exercises because when you start the program to exercise, it only allows you to do time or reps. However if you know how many reps and sets you want to do then you can leave it on the time and just make sure you complete your reps in the amount of time you specified in the beginning. Things it would be nice is the ability to have different users within the same app. If it does have that I have not figured it out how to do it yet. The Virtual Trainer app is free but they get you by only giving you a few free exercises in each category or purchasing a premium subscription or purchasing the in app exercise groups. Overall very nice and simple to use..Version: 2.4

Long time userThis is a good app. I have been using it for 5 years, 5 to 6 times a week. It essentially functions as a timer for me between sets, but it is very flexible and I am able to get a lot of exercise suggestions and ideas. HIIT’n ItThis is a really good app. I enjoy the different styles of selectable workouts. I enjoy the count as well as the demonstrations for each exercise. I think the calorie count should be more specific to the individual. Not 100% sure, but I’ll review again. I would suggest two tweaks: 1. Countdown meter should be audible with and WITHOUT headphones. 2. Great!I combine this and a 7 minute workout EVERYDAY and I started shedding weight pretty quickly, you can customise your own workout which means you can focus on the area of the body you want to improve most and then a quick 7 minute full body workout to make sure everywhere gets the attention it needs.
