I can make it my ownWhile there are two pre-built workouts to show you the way, the app is designed to really let you control your workout. You can mix and match the exercises (which are categorized as easy, intermediate and hard) to suit your needs and workout goals. There is a built in Tabata Timer; my preferred way to workout for sure. The only downside is you can’t did in music. I adapt by doing this app on my iPad and then listening to music on my phone or through the Bluetooth..Version: 2.4

Highly recommendI started using VT Bodyweight a 18 months ago when a shoulder injury forced me into Crossfit retirement. Does what you probably needThe few reviews less than 5 stars have some good points, but overall this is a great app. I love the auto pacing during the workout with sets and rests you can easily customize. Just what I wantedI've just started using kettlebells and wanted to get some video guidance as well as a way of tracking my training. This app links in with the health app on the iPhone so is the perfect accompaniment for someone like me who is a bit of a fitness freak. Best app on Kettlebell I found so farEven though there are only 2 workouts, the rest of the contents are very high quality. Like one other reviews said that there could be a few more moves but there are plenty and new moves I haven't used before. Great, but missing somethingThis is a great app, but for those of us who listen to music while working out, they should say each exercise name as it starts so we don't have to memorize the order or look at our phone..Version: 2.4

Excellent selectionVery impressed with the comprehensive range of well presented exercises and options. Only disappointment is that there is no way to vary the presentation sequence - it cycles through all of the exercises one at a time for the selected number of reps. Great AppGreat app that offers a wide range of Kettlebell exercises, and the preloaded workout is a good test. The videos are simple and effective and show you how to do the exercises so that your form is spot on. Having an app that just deals with the Kettlebell is fantastic as it give you great customisable workouts for such a effective piece of exercise equipment. THIS IS THE ONEIv bought a few kettlebell apps on iOS and I have to say this one stands out form the rest it has a really simple interface ,loads of clear HD clips for each move ,there's tabata routine & a 200 rep workout ,& there's a timer for rest periods it's just a matter of touching screen to progress to next move. You can also create your own routine by selecting from the clips! Virtual Trainer also do quite a few other workout apps on here there's an excellent TRX app and theres the VT Fitness Pro :exercise workout trainer , which is more comprehensive app mixing lots of other exercise equipment together which I also recommended.Version: 2.2
