First time app userI've gone through one full body stretch and I'm looking forward to using the app on a regular basis as a cool down. I wish the app would do a "left side" / "right side" stretch, although I was able to do 4 sets and just switch from side to side. Additionally I find the stretch videos a little too subtle. Lastly breath coaching would go a long way. Everything aside it's a great simple app that has plenty of stretches and tracks your progress. Well done and recommended!.Version: 2.4

Great AppIt allows you to customize your stretching routine. I run and strength train, so I can I can set up different programs depending on which exercise routine I'm performing! It's true that the stretches are unilateral but all you have to do to remedy that is enter the exercise twice. Some people don't have 2 arms or 2 legs. Geez! Can't make everyone happy. WonderfulThere were some issues I had like making sure my posture was straight/correct and making sure I had the right positions, limbs, hands and feet in the right places as well. Great appI got this sometime last year and I'm really pleased with it. I don't like gyms though quite a sporty person. Rather than pay through the nose for a trainer, this is a much more cost effective option and it does the job well. I highly recommend..Version: 2.4

ExcellentI have a couple of the VT Apps and they are excellent. Perfect for a veteran exerciser but also would be great for a beginner as the exercises are extremely informative. Good, but could be greatClean, functional interface with great (ahem) videos. Still, needs recognition that I cannot get all the nuances from just a video demonstration, and I am usually stretching limbs on both sides of my body. Please consider adding either written or spoken instructions for each stretch, and add some more pre-defined workouts. Thanks!.Version: 2.2

Good Library, Adequate ExecutionThe thing about an app meant to be used as a guide to doing tasks - like working out - is that its flaws only really become evident when you put it to use. Everything that sold me on this app from the product description is there: a wide selection of exercises, including multiple options for the same muscle group; customizable timers and counters, create your own workout routine, and so on. So those are there, and they work well. Where it fails is in being a usable guide during the stretch. The "videos" might as well be still pictures, and only then if they were illustrating a text on performing the exercise. You need to either provide this text, or lengthen the videos to include more motion of the model, from neutral to getting into position to performing the stretch, ideally from both sides. One particular addition that would improve this for me is an animation on the model highlighting exactly where we should be feeling the stretch, to help make sure we're doing it right. My advice to any potential buyers is to be aware that while this is a decent app, there is rome for improvement. And absent that improvement, this one offers little that isn't being offered by other stretching apps for less money..Version: 2.2

Great Stretching AppI am in the process of recovering from reconstructive foot surgery, so i am lifting for upper body using the dumbbell app from VT and decided to get this app for the days i am not lifting. So far it is great! love the format and the versatility to develop a good routine... It would get 5 starts if there was more explanation on finding the proper stretch and breathing for those who are not familiar with how to do it. Additionally, after reading a negative review bc there is no way to stretch alternative one sided stretches [i.e. Left side then right side] please be sure to set up the stretching movement 2x in your routine to get both sides of the body. This is my 4th or 5th download of the VT series and am very satisfied with the product!.Version: 2.4
