✓ Missing?Even on the Chromebook version, it’s missing a bunch of the original features. I was too young to enjoy this game when I was little, and I want to enjoy it now, but I can’t if it’s missing everything :/.Version: 3.18.10
✓ Very DisappointingI absolutely adored webkinz when i was younger, and currently since my younger siblings have an ipad and my parents have computers at their work we don’t have a family computer and i only have my school laptop so this is my only way to play webkinz, i was so excited upon discovering this app but i was very disappointed, only one of the games i liked to play at the arcade is there (smoothie moves) and most of the features aren’t their either, there’s no clubhouse, no town map, no academy (that i can find), no doctor, no jobs, pretty much all of my favorite parts of the game are only available on the website, which i am currently unable to access, and this is more to the whole of webkinz including the website but there’s only two gender options, and as a non-binary person it’s simply not a great situation. i’m not saying they should have all the gender options (although they really should in this day and age) but at the very least they could have a prefer not to say option. if it weren’t for my overwhelming nostalgia of just playing webkinz i would rate this app zero stars.Version: 3.18.10

✓ Concerns with changesI know that in the new year the mobile app is going to be the only way to play Webkinz yet I have some concerns. For one the mobile app doesn’t have the Kinzville academy, tournament arena, wish factory, magical forest, just to name a few. Second, yes there is an arcade but it doesn’t have all the games like it does on the computer. Furthermore, it also doesn’t show the challenges that normally appear on the computer version. With the new changes coming in the new year will we loose all of the things I just mentioned or will they be added into the app?.Version: 3.18.10

✓ Glitchy as anythingI love this app and it’s so much fun to take care of your pet, but it takes about 10 minutes just to load into the game. I think that is absolutely ridiculous. It is almost becoming a waste of time. I also can’t stand how she bc you click on something, it either glitches, or takes a minute for your pet to get there. When I’m trying to give my pet a bath, the sink stuff will come up, when I brought her over to the bath. Also, when using the sink, the “brushing noise” or the “teeth brushing noise” won’t stop so I’ll have to exit out of the whole app and at that point I usually don’t want to go back on. There is a lot of hardware issues that need to get resolved because it is absolutely the most annoying thing ever..Version: 3.18.1

✓ Diary of a wimpy kid the cabin feverOkay I am a diary of a wimpy kid fan and in the sixth book the cabin fever Greg the main character plays a very similar game to this called Net Kritterz and when I finished that book I searched for Net Kritterz so I found the website than i opened it and found that the game wasn’t real I felt sad but It show me a bunch of similar games until I found this it was the most similar one I could find It was practically a more kiddie version and I wish I could get a mansion for my pet and a pool but I guess it’s great for a 3 year old but I actually play it a little even though it’s pretty kiddie version of the game so I should give this a 3 star in my opinion..Version: 3.18.10
✓ I LOVE Webkinz, but app is glitchyI’m 20 years old and I was so excited to find this app. I feel like a little it again! Unfortunately, I was immediately met with disappointment upon opening the app. It took dozens of tries for it to load correctly, even after restarting my phone and clearing it from running in the background. Once I finally got into the app, I was met with more bugs to the point that it just freezes. Another problem I ran into was the instruction screen disappeared once I got a notification from another app and opened it, so I missed out on the introduction- not a big deal though because I used to play it all the time. The last problem I’ve run into in the short time I’ve been trying to play it is that it doesn’t seem to be fitted for an iPhone screen given the notch. This means that when my Webkinz talks to me it’s constantly blocked by the notch and there’s nothing I can do about it. The last thing I want to say is if you’re going to release an update (as I can see you’ve just done) you should actually fix the bugs, which you claim is the purpose of the update. And you put “Bugfies”. What does that even say? You can’t even type “Bug fixes” correctly? Seriously? That just sets a bad precedence to what the app will be like, and unfortunately I was right in assuming that..Version: 3.18.10

✓ Good, but some errors with hatch the dragonFlamingo convinced me to play this and what he played is so much better then what he played! Why is there no curio shop?! There is not many games roll call and hatch the dragon and craft carnies and that one pet game where you gotta match up presents I played every game and I only said the ones that were horrible I would recommend pc version also, hatch the dragon let’s things spawn every 1 second can you at least make it five or six seconds to rest? ✓ Has some kinks, but great conceptThis is a flashback to the past for me. I played as a kid and now my daughter can play. We’ve come across a few issues, though. If you accidentally tap the X in a game, you’re immediately ejected from the game. There’s no “are you sure?” before you’re taken to the end screen. That’s a real bummer. Also, you can’t see the number of moves you have left on some games because it’s located at the top center of the screen where iphone’s camera sits, so it doesn’t quite accommodate to the iPhone screen (I have the 11 pro). We can’t zoom in on the room so you can barely see your pet in it’s habitat, much less select a specific item to adjust where it’s located. All in all, this really gave me flashbacks to all the fun I had on Webkinz as a kid. I know they’ll eventually work things out to where it’s even better for our phones, but currently it’s a little difficult manage the whole app..Version: 3.18.10

✓ Love the game hate the appI’ve played this game since I was little years ago and I’ve always loved it and a few years ago I learned Webkinz had this app so after I had been out of the game for a while I decided to try it so I got my login from my laptop and downloaded this app and it never fully loaded ever no matter how many times I tried. I figured maybe it was my phone because it was an old handmedown. Nope. 2 phones later, I’ve tried on both of these too and this phone I’m using now is a brand new phone so it’s not the phone. It’s really upsetting because I got my little sister into Webkins and I was hoping I could play with her because I don’t play on my laptop much anymore. ✓ It is okayThe whole idea of Webkinz is very adorable. Purchase cute stuffed animals that have an online counterpart is totally awesome!!! My whole complaint is this... This app is very boring. There needs to be more to do on it. There should at least be a couple of worlds where you can bring your pets, go shopping in different malls in each world, do different activities such as going to the theme park, the beach and other options of places to see and do. I also think there should be house buying. Where you pick houses that you would like your pet’s rooms to be in or something along that line. Another thing... My personal opinion the counterpart for the pink and white cat is not cute at all. I really think you should make it look better. The stuffed animal is darling and I love her very much, but her counterpart... not so much. I really believe that one could look a lot cuter. My opinion I feel you should change it’s look. This used to be 7 years of inactivity, then after Webkinz was hacked in 2019, this was dropped to 2 years. And finally, now it is 6 months! So if you decided to look up Webkinz and download the app to check in on your old friends- don’t bother- they’ve all been erased from existence. My account that I’ve been holding onto for more than ten years, that I would check in on every year or two to prevent account deletion, is now gone. Last time I checked in would have been about a year ago This is very disappointing that this is done without alerting players, but unfortunately there’s nothing I or any other player can do now..Version: 3.18.10

Not really sure why they thought they could release an app without even a third of the features we all used to have on the computer version and still think no one would notice or care. ✓ Frustrating but still funI am really enjoying playing the app version of Webkinz. It’s fun to have something to do on my phone that isn’t scrolling through social media. Over all it’s a good game, but there are some really frustrating parts. First, why isn’t the mobile app updated to be the same as the desktop? It’s annoying to have to log into both the mobile and desktop apps in one day in order to do everything in Webkinz. It really seems like they should be able to incorporate it all into one. Secondly, the app crashes ALL OF THE TIME. And lastly, this game costs so much money. Like it’s actually ridiculous. Over half of the stuff in the store requires monetary purchase, from your actual wallet. You could spend $8 on one single virtual table or bed. It’s actually ridiculous. I understand they want to make money but I don’t understand why the tokens you purchase are so expensive and why all of the special token items are marked so high. It makes the game frustrating because you are soooo limited if you aren’t going to invest hundreds of dollars in a virtual game. Lastly, for all of the money it appears they’re making, I’m not sure where it’s going. Like I said, the app crashes all the time and isn’t even the full version of Webkinz. ✓ A few problems.Alright, look. I’ve been playing Webkinz for years now and collecting the stuffed toys and I love it! But my first problem is, well, I’m sure you’ve heard it, there’s really not as much to do on the mobile app as in pc. But here’s the REAL problem. Every. Time. You walk into another room, it gives you an unskippable ad that you just have to sit through, and of course, they’re always 30 seconds- a minute long. It makes the gameplay and movements extremely glitchy and the game overall really laggy. This game used to barely ever put ads up. But now you can’t turn without getting an ad. ✓ The Game Becomes Boring after the Nostalgia LeavesSince the computer version of the game is closing soon, shouldn’t the the app be made as a decent alternative to it? The only reason I downloaded this app is because I wanted to see what my younger-self played. I went to play my favorite mini games only to see it was now members-only. I understand that you try to make extra money by taking the popular games and making them members-only, but the amount of content blocked behind a paywall is excessive. ✓ Fix the unfair currency for arcadeI wanted to play webkinz because of the nostalgia from my childhood I remember I use to have sooo many rooms and items but when I downloaded the app and went to go and buy things I saw I needed coins so like any other person would do I went to the arcade to play games just to find out what a huge WASTE OF TIME they all were 1 coin for playing 5 levels of a game… ridiculous and even if u surpassed and got to high levels u still barely made 10 coins how are you about to put so much time and effort into playing any arcade game if the pay off is slim to none and it’s not even like the games are different they are all basically the same type of game matching and jumping games like nothing interesting to do for hours on hours just to make again LESS THAN 10 COINS it’s unfair and unusual while other games like for club penguin or toontown the pay off is reasonable with 100 coins per level if you did well enough. ✓ Updated review: Keeps logging me out...I love this game but I have some problems... Reason one: in-app purchases, you need them to get points. How ridiculous is that? Reason two: points, you have to “complete chapters” to get them. You can only have the chapters on the web version. Really ganz, how would you do that to me? Reason three: the park, most badges can only be brought from there, and it is web-only. You have to adopt “adventure park pets” to go there. What happened, you guys did it? Reason four: membership, you need it to earn additional mini games. I had to “re-log” three times, once on my return for a long time, another when I was playing the Atlantiles mini game, and once today! It would be fun if you could try to fix these glitches I have one question how can I get to other places? Most of them are just saying “games arcade” p.s. thanks for creating the game! ✓ It’s OK, but needs a lot of work.This app will never compare to the online version of Webkinz. There is barely anything to do on the app and the only reason I go on it is to collect medallions, spin the Wheel of Wow, and to decorate rooms. The app itself glitches, it will randomly log me out without a message popping up, usually multiple times. It’s very annoying. I found out about the Webkinz app by accident, I don’t think that they understand that if they want people to use their services then they need to market to their target audience. I’ve made account for my 8 and 10 year old brother and sister and they find the app to be boring. Again, Webkinz needs to adapt to to what their target audience wants. Kids don’t really play computer games anymore, they play on apps. It’s a pain for me to get my computer out to check the Curio Shop and to do other Webkinz activities. ✓ GameplayI’m not sure why so many components of the original game aren’t on the mobile app… games and things to do. Every part of the original website and desktop app could be easily integrated into the mobile app. Arcade games like Solitaire, Eager Beaver Adventure Park, Quizzy’s etc. would be great mobile games. And the Curio Shop would be another easy mobile add. I can see most reviewers feel the same way. Hopefully this is something Ganz is working on. Until then I think we’ll all continue to be disappointed. Really really hope they can replicate the desktop app for mobile so we can all enjoy the full Webkinz experience on mobile too. ✓ I have one problemSo I do really love this game but my one problem is that’s I’ve found some things say “web only” but I can’t seem to find your website all you have is apps, please either make your website easier to get to or add those features to the app (will change to 4 or 5 stars as soon as this gets noticed) but otherwise amazing game highly recommended.Version: 3.18.10
✓ Good but badI got the game but could not make a proper account.I could not save it I logged off 20mins later and when I logged on again it made me start the game all over again so I’m am going to delete it because I don’t want to start a new account every time. ✓ The computer webkinz is WAY more entertainingSo, I have played the mobile version for 2 years now but then I got a new computer so, I decided to play webkinz on it and it was WAY better than the mobile it had way more clothing shops and many fun games to play (my favorite game on mobile is goody gumdrops :3) and another thing is that when I go into my account on computer then go back on mobile it logs me out then when I type my info correctly it says “that account info is incorrect” then I have to re install then I can FINALLY go on my account after a few try’s I really wish you were to add more to the mobile version pls -aplinder (webkinz account)-soralily.Version: 3.17.0

✓ Problems with loginI have used this site since I was a little kid and always had access. Even recently I was able to get into my account and everything was working fine. Now it is saying that my account information is incorrect when it is correct all of the time. I don’t know what you guys did to people’s accounts but this is a huge issue because I wanted to visit my pets. There shouldn’t be an issue logging into our accounts but clearly there is at the moment for no reason. I have turned off my phone and turned it back on to fix the problem but that does not work. Fix the login problem because it is making me frustrated that I can’t get into my account at all and see my Webkinz. What the heck.Version: 3.18.10
✓ So much potentialI want to give it more stars but … the truth is, this app has so much potential and it is disgraceful that it hasn’t been improved in 3 years. Not to mention how much they’re missing out because there are so many of us who are suckers for in-app purchases. Webkinz has been in my life since I was 10 years old. Playing on the phone is fine but would be better if there were more things to do!!! Like going to the curio shop or being able to see if friends are online, sending kinzpost, etc. Add these worthwhile features and I’ll definitely give it 5 stars!!!.Version: 3.18.10
✓ Hate updateThis app was ruined by the update. They took most of the arcade games away and only allow you 3 plays per game. Many of the games i used to love are gone such as spree. For what reason??? And then if you want to go mining at the curio shop you’re only allowed to mine 1 instead of the three it used to be. What’s the point of this??? You want it harder for kids to earn points and get prizes?? It’s such a money grab I'm so sick of it, like you guys don’t have enough money already. I’m also still bitter at the fact that my account that i grew up with, that I had a huge house with and about 15 webkinz on, was deleted. I tried logging in and had to create a whole new account. I’m so disappointed, this game used to be my favorite years ago and now it’s sad. They took everything away..Version: 3.18.10
✓ Could be better…It’s not like the webkinz I used to know and play, and it’s missing some of the biggest features which makes it boring to play at a certain point. The online feature isn’t here, the plaza, curio shop, etc. Animal jam mobile is more fun than this but similar in some ways.Version: 3.18.10
✓ Not working in our iPods.This app won't work on my daughters' iPods. Once we log in, comes up with a msg saying something along the lines of "you're not using Andriod or IOS". All you can do is press "Okay", and the message disappears and you're left with the screen underneath which appears frozen. The same 'frozen screen' appears after exiting the App and re-opening it. ..Same thing^ after deleting and re-installing the App. Please have a look at that. My daughters would love to be able to play. :).Version: 1.4.0
