A lot of spoilers were said, but when I finally got it, it was frustrating. Ceodores tale is really hard and I was having a lot of trouble. But after that, the game expands into something grand. ✓ The Game is GoodFinal fantasy 4 the after years on iOS is a decent game. The control works fluently, the graphics are reminiscent of the previous game, and the music from the old game is back as well. The story is not as good as the first game on iOS and a fair warning there is NO voice acting in this game. It is not a major deal as ff 4 never had voices to begin with, but when cutscenes have lip flap animations you would think that there would be voice overs. ✓ Good but can be repetitive...Just finished this game. It was good to be able to revisit the characters and world from my favourite FF game and the new story and 'tale' structure is good. My only real complaint is that you revisit a number of areas over and over again and it feels like just a way to kill time to make the game seem longer. ✓ A Great Sequel To a Great GameI first played Final Fantasy 4 on my Nintendo Ds and loved it. I'm a dedicated PS4 player and play a lot of FF XV,FF VI. One day I was scrolling through the AppStore looking for something to play in my car. I then stumbled upon FF 4: The After Years, I bought it instantly. I don't play mobile games, but this game was the exception. I sold my Ds many years ago and I now feel my phone is the replacement for it. The graphics are also really good and crisp,so that's great. ✓ Amazing game, but...This game is amazing. The story is deep, the characters are unique(except for maybe Ceodore. Literally just a cardboard cutout of Cecil. Still love him!), and the new moon phases are great! I actually have one problem though, it’s not taking any stars, but it is bugging me, why is there no voice acting? ✓ A must have for any Final Fantasy fan$15.99 may seem a little steep, but it's worth every penny. As someone who played and loved FFIV many years ago, I never had the chance to play this game. It feels like seeing the Phantom Menace after being a Star Wars fan for many years, except the actual product is actually good. ✓ Flop after flop.I find it laughable that in your information about the app you state in the first sentence that its a FULL REMAKE! Yet there are no challenge dungeons at the end of each tale, they have been in every other release of the game. Also there's HEAPS of optional bosses that are suppose to burst out of crystals missing from the final dungeon!! Dual cast is useless with white magic as you can't revive and then cast any other spell on the same character as its blanked out!!! Wii version u could! Bad battle controls, clunky navigation controls. Crappy sounding bmg instruments. And no voice acting Fusoyas and golbez names change back and forth from "fosoya and golbeza" can't even get your own character names right lol. The game is WAY to easy, wii MUCH was harder. Exp from monster has skyrocketed, making the game quicker to finish. Great idea, BAD execution. The more I complete this game the more missing things/disappointments I find!! Extremely and utterly disappointed like never before, though square does disappoint ALOT! I'd rate this 0 if I could. Pick up you game. Pun intended. ✓ One of my favs...Love the whole series. FF4 just happens to be my most cherished of them all so this was a no brainer for me. Loved it. Bands are great! The bonus dungeons at the end of each chapter are beyond awesome...wait, maybe that’s the Wii version but anyhow I played them both! Loved how you got to revisit stuff EXCEPT for the Waterway between Damcyan Castle and Kaipo. Having to go through there sooooooooooo many times became a real chore. ✓ QuestionFirst, I love this game. While I am never one to particularly care about graphics, the 3D does look pretty good. I am a huge fan of FFIV, so I'm sure that colors my opinion of the game. Now on to my question: I just finished Ceodore's tale, and I did not see any place for the challenge dungeon. Does anyone know if they have removed all of the challenge dungeons? Or is this a port of the wii version, which I know removed just Ceodore's challenge dungeon? Or, am I just missing it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!.EraffertyVersion: 1.0.0

My only problem is what looks like a bug involving Calca, Brina, and Luca where Dance and most Jives attacks keep landing on Luca, even though Dance is suppose to work on all party members and Jive is supposed to only target enemies. Being able to pick and choose between different characters and their individual stories and seeing how they all intertwine with one another to the end is brilliant. And by far the strongest part of this sequel is the mind blowing story line. Although I must say that I was very much intrigued by the incredibly mysterious approach they took with the structuring, it got to be a little frustrating after 40+ hours of gameplay and you still don't know what the blazes is going on! But at the very last moment of the game every finally comes to a head, and I would have to say it's the biggest revelation in all of FF history, making it all worth it. Other that the slightly weak gameplay in comparison to the others, it was an amazing experience and I highly recommend it. ✓ Amazing game!!!This game is amazing and I had a lot of fun playing it. I played both this version and the wii ware version. I totally prefer this. True the challenge dungeons are gone, but all the items from them can be bought in The Crystals chapter. Right outside the lunar whale. As far as not being at a high level. You can buy 5 level bands and gain levels in no time at all to catch up. Had no crashing issues what so ever. Playing on iOS 8 with an iPhone 6 Plus. ✓ More like Beta Final Fantasy 4 TAYI loved final fantasy 4 the after years. But this is a disgrace, a disappointment. I loved to see this game with Ds graphics, but NOT without challenge dungeon and other final fantasy bosses. If they would have had 1 month to just perfect and complete this game, and add all features from the original game. Then this game would have been epic. Just like Sonic Boom, they have tested the debugging before releasing it. Bottom line is really I would rather pay 40$ for the original than this uncompleted crap. No offense to square enix (they are great), or its developers for trying (well not really trying TO AT LEAST FINISH THE GAME). I love Final Fantasy 4 The After Years, but this remake is disappointing, I would have liked to do all the extra features that the original had in 3D.
