✓ I love it more than that other one!And we pay $100 for that other service. If you don’t mind to wait for shipping (order at least 3 weeks early in some cases) so you have what you need on time, it’s been a great service. It is less expensive then that other service (and we pay for that other service) there are also coupon codes on this which is nice. I’m learning to order earlier is all and we plan on cancelling that other service..Version: 32
✓ Great shipping app!When this app first came out, it didn't support my area, so I didn't really keep watch on it until I saw a deal or two advertised. I tried it out, and I'm impressed! I was looking for a particular herbal tea that was no longer available in my area. Other major shopping sites were either too expensive or out of stock. Google Express found the tea at a store a couple hundred miles away and sent it to me quickly, and (with reasonable fees) still beating out the other sites! Very nice!.Version: 34
✓ Online shopping made a breezeI love how this app lets me compare prices to lots of stores at once, is a safe place for me to store my info (so i don’t re-type my CC number a gazillion times), AND finds coupons for me to use! it’s like it’s paying me for making my life easier. i stumbled upon google express by accident but i’ve realized it’s a super handy tool to navigate online shopping!.Version: 34
✓ Best experience with customer serviceI recently bought a Halloween costume from google express and it was not what i expected. I fully expected a battle in returning this item for a refund... it was the complete opposite.. through emails i received NO ISSUES at all.. they responded quickly and refunded me quickly with no hesitation. I had such a pleasant experience i downloaded their app to continue shopping through them..Version: 31.1
✓ Overall ScoreGoogle Express has been the fastest shopping service I have ever used. The only thing that took the longest to get to my house was one week. Google Express has been easy to use so far and I am very happy about how many stores are available with this service. ✓ Fast, convenient, and greatly packaged!The app is easy to use and easy to pick up on whether on my phone app or on a laptop using the website. It's come to be super convenient for me, especially with the cool integration it has with Google Home and the Assistant. Have ordered mainly from Walmart and Target with no issues. Items, even glass, always arrive in great condition and greatly packaged. Love being able to quickly see all types of variations for what I'm looking for, along with prices for me to compare in different stores (something that I find hard to do while in store). I also like the filtering options just in case I'm only interested in one store. My hope from stores is that an even greater number of items become available (which stores already have), but are not selling online on Google Express. I'm anxious to see the enhancements this platform will get in the future..Version: 24.0.0
✓ Great AppI was scared at first to use this app because I thought it wasnt going to be good but turned out to be a good shopping app I get all that I need and delivered on time and packaged very well and I can shop from any store and find what I need I work alot and dont have time to shop for house supplies and stuff and his works out just fine for me and at great prices too I can shop from big family packages instead of the little ones at the stores which I love since I have kids and they need there snacks for school and for just wanting to eat something until I get home to cook this app is well needed and im glad I found this thank you Google.Version: 32
✓ Sooo convenientI absolutely love this app. It gives me ready access to stores which I would have to drive a long way to shop. I like being able to search items and compare the prices across all the stores. I’ve found the prices the same as on the stores’ websites. ✓ Excellent PricesHow have I gone for so long without knowing about this app/site? Where is it advertised? My daughter just sent me the link to something she wants and I began to have a look around. I was amazed! I’ve already purchased two bedside tables using this app. I have been looking for specific ones and I just couldn’t bring myself to paying the price of a well known, high end home decorating store. I found the nightstands for over half off on this app!!! I’m thrilled but wish I would have known about it sooner, as I have just redecorated 1 of my bathrooms. ✓ Life saver!I don’t have a Costco near me so I almost cancelled my membership. Now with google express I am able to get what I need (bulk diapers and wipes) shipped straight to my house with no shipping costs, from anywhere at anytime. I also love that everything ships as soon as possible. Generally when it’s free shipping it takes about a week and a half to get what you ordered. Google express is quick and efficient and makes life easier. Love it!.Version: 30.0
✓ New Google Marketplace adds many choices for my online shoppingIt’s fast, it’s easy, uses local merchants, and the great customer service doesn’t sound like a robot. 😊 I’m home bound So online shopping is super important! I can attest to the high quality of the customer service from several contacts. ✓ Easy and smooth to useI never used or heard of google express until I saw an add for it. So I downloaded it and 2 weeks later, happen to need a new wristband for my watch and found exactly what I wanted by searching up what I needed for my watch and then placed the order! I just have an idea google, please think about it, we should be able to heart our favorite stores and when we type in something like, pen, it would recommend your hearted stores first in the product! ✓ Convenient and saves time in errandsI’ve only used it twice now and I love it so much. My first order was from Target. Prices were the same as they would be in the store, so that was nice. The only thing with this purchase was I had two items that were “sold out”. I was not informed of this until after I made my purchase. However, I did get credit applied for those two items and received my package the next day! My next transaction was from Walmart. I also received the package the next day!.Version: 23.0.0
