✓ Friendly reminderSome of us do not like monthly bills why would you make an app that requires a monthly fee or give it options to buy more options at a monthly fee. So I can’t honestly rate the app because I never got past the introduction screen. When I saw the pricing and monthly fees I deleted it. I’ll stick to Joist it’s free and it works great and they have great customer service. They are constantly making it better. *****.GenitoVersion: 2.5.1

✓ Use to be good now it’s garbageThe app has now been glitching and adding new items to bids on its own somehow. Also I really hate how bids are being sent out to my customers now. They have to go through an online portal instead of simply receiving a PDF like before. I’m in the market for something new. ✓ Lots of glitchesTerrible program, constantly making mistakes and changing numbers after invoices sent. After you delete items off of original estimate then send in invoice when you go to receive payment the items you deleted are back and you have to redo all the work. They blame QuickBooks but the program is terrible strongly recommend not using! I’m out hundreds of hours trying to fix mistakes this program makes. Dan Fellman(the owner) is terrible at resolving issues and takes forever to respond to issues. At one point program was down over a week and I couldnt enter estimates or invoices or anything else on the program. All sorts of problems way too many to list.JajongaVersion: 4.1.1

✓ SCAMThis app is garbage. Have to agree to the trial fee before being able to see the app, then when you check the app out you are unable to unsubscribe using their instructions. I hate this kind of crap. Now I have to waste my time and contact Apple to not get charged $10 for an unusable app, ratings you see are fake..GeneraljohnnyVersion: 2.4.9

✓ The worst app everWe loved this app from beginning. This didn’t last to long, probably couple of months. After we start to have issues with it every single day. We tried to contact support multiple time. Every single time they promise us to fix our issues. The app is not syncing, which makes team work impossible. The estimate sometimes automatically get price modifications which got us in trouble with our customers. After multiple. Conversations with the support team they ended up telling us our devices are to old. My manager has one of the latest iPads and I tried this app on my iPhone too. Same problem. ✓ They double and triple charge u-stay awayI used the app for about a year and a half and it worked well. One day before I could use the app it required me to update. When I did the update it took me through a process that started over and over and I couldn’t get out of it but I needed to use the app because I had customers that needed proposals. The next month I started receiving three charges every single month I didn’t catch it right away when I explained it to the people at contractors tools they were not happy and we’re not helpful I am leaving today September 8, 2018 not because the app wasn’t good but because they overcharged and wouldn’t do anything about it, they acted like it was my fault.
