✓ Best app ever that is used everydayThis is the best app I have ever used. Very simple to learn and understand. Easy to adapt to your needs. $300/year is pricey but you’ll make it back first month guaranteed! Worth every penny of $50/mo. If you choose that plan. You want to choose that plan!!! ✓ Easy to UseThe customer service is amazing! I have spoken on then phone, text/chat and sent emails and had nothing but the best experience! Great software for the small and medium sized contractor. I highly recommend using this product. There are a few limitations... but it’s easy to work around. But I know we are using the software a bit unconventionally for how it is intended. As a time and materials GC, we create a job estimate. Then duplicate it and use the copy as a working document. This allows for a reference to what was issued to the client and then update the project in real time to the total/current cost. The final is a slimmed down version with what ever change orders and final costs and previous payments. Just time materials and sub contractors. The original is not synced to quick books, but the copy is. For us, this allows for the most flexibility and speed to keep our project up to date and billed correctly..Version: 2.7.5

✓ Life saverI’m not usually one to rate apps or the people who make three. I was in IT for years and years. When I went back to help my dad with the family construction business I have to say I was overwhelmed. When I found this software my world became bright again. ✓ Amazing is not enoughFor all of you out there looking for a solid software to estimate, invoice, track payments, I have to tell you. I’ve been here for years, tried many out there. This is the king. About customer service, honestly, I have to say it they are eleven in a 10 scale. I’ve been there needing help, been helped after hours, they doing extra things to please me, beyond what any customer service do. Plumbing, electrical, general contracting, whatever you do, if you can’t find it in one cost book, you’ll find it in one of the others. Just with other software, you may need to tweak a few prices here and there, but otherwise it’s a time saver and helps you to not miss some things when you’re bidding a job. I’ve been with these guys for years even on an older version of the app, and you won’t find a better tech support team! These guys are great, fast responses, very attentive to your issue, and they just flat out care about whether you’re enjoying and getting use out of the software. I’ve made mistakes and tried to fix some things or tried to add info for sending the invoice and I couldn’t. ✓ Pischedda constructionAs a remodeling company I use this on a daily basis. I have the pro subscription because I need to be able to make change orders and invoices. The craftsman cost books work out great because I’ve used them for years. The pro subscription could be a little pricey for some contractors small contractors like myself. For me it’s worth it for the convenience it affords me to work on the go since I’m very hands on with installations and repairs. The changes I would make would be that the cost Books could have the quarterly updates. I would pay extra for that especially in a time when a 2 x 4 can go from three dollars to seven dollars very quickly. Secondly for $60 a month the program shuts off if I try to bounce between apps for too long. I was told that’s an issue with Apple but I haven’t had that problem with other apps. All things considered very happy very useful!.Version: 4.6.5
