✓ A must have tool!Nice job done by the developer. This App enhances totally a new approach of customer service. Any customers can have a 24/7 support available in 11 languages. The FAQs and the technical docs for products can be accessed by using the search field or even better by scanning a QR Code. The list is long but customers can check price & stock, track their orders, find technical courses,etc. The best option so far is the easy access to expert assistance when the self-service is not enough. You can connect directly by phone or email (creating a case) with different team support in regards of your needs. It's awesome! Easy and quick answers right at your finger tip.
