✓ Lost all Data; no DropboxI love the core functionality of the app. Everything about how it works is completely intuitive. Unfortunately, the decision to eliminate Dropbox support and use only iCloud resulted in losing all of my data. I stored everything in Dropbox for years, and had to do a full restore on my phone this month, expecting the data to sync with Dropbox. Nope....everything is gone. Fortunately, I email the reports to myself almost every week, so I still have a record, but now I'm going to have to re-assemble everything manually. At the same time, the app is showing that it's never successfully backed up to iCloud, and there's no sync button to force the sync, so I'm worried about more data loss. The design itself makes for an amazing app and it's still the best, most intuitive mileage tracker I've used, but the decision to no longer support Dropbox is completely bone-headed and could leave a lot of users out in the cold..Version: 1.5
✓ ProblemsWhen you change the standard mileage rate for the new year, it does not stay changed. It keeps reverting back to last year’s rate. I’ve tried repeatedly to change it, but it keeps changing back. I’ve tried contacting “Contact Support” several times for advice as to what to do. But no response. So, not only is their product flawed, they offer no support when needed. I’ll be getting another mileage tracker..Version: 2.1.1
✓ Horrible Sync FunctionalityMy wife tracks her vehicle on her phone and I track my vehicle on my phone for the most part....We both share the sync as we interchange vehicles every once and a while, so keeping track of business vs personal kms is crucial. The app apparently can't handle that and consistently erases the data on my phone for my vehicle when my wife enters information on her phone for her vehicle. Being one of the most if not the most expensive mileage app out there...It is beyond me how it hasn't been tested across multiple phones to track multiple vehicles as advertised. Also, limited features for the price....If you are looking for a robust and comprehensive mileage app, this is not it!!!.Version: 1.3
✓ IPhone 4s comparability issueI have been using this app for 6 months to a year with nothing but positive things to say. It is fast and accurate. However, due to the most recent update I cannot open the app on my iPhone 4s. This is not a huge deal as I will be updating my phone in the next few weeks but I was hoping to back up everything for my own records. I would appreciate a fix to this so I do not have to start everything over when I change phones..Version: 1.4

✓ No support, no data exportTitle says it all. Export requests a mail account, but the is no where to specify one. Gmail is open and working on the phone. ✓ Won’t save new mileageI have used this app since 2014 and it’s been great. This year however it won’t change to this years mileage, it keeps reverting to the old one, I tried everything, even created a new category. I have contacted support 3 times and not heard back. ✓ Not worth itThis application is not even remotely close to being worth the $10. I was purchasing this app as a reference from a website that said it was one of the better mileage apps. I can't imagine how bad the rest are. Do not get me wrong this is not a bad app it just requires a lot of input by hand which I was looking for something a little more automated in this day and age of GPS tracking ability. ✓ Good, but not good enough for UKThis is a nice app to look at and use - slick and user friendly, almost a pleasure to operate. However, I'm using this in the UK and there are significant limitations that are not noted in the specifications. First, there is no 'automatic' way to calculate distance between start and end destinations (unlike what is advertised), so you have to rely on other apps or maps (accessed separately) to determine distance between A&B. This is most inconvenient and requires more effort from the end-user. Second, and unlike what is advertised, there is no visual map function. Third, and perhaps most damning, is the fact that there is no (as advertised) function to select a return or 'round trip', thus the user is required to enter an additional/extra entry for a return journey. For the price of the app, and the limited functionality for the UK, this is a very expensive data entry application, which does not deliver on what is possible or what is advertised..Version: 1.3

✓ Close, but not there.When I'm just going from one point to another, this app is great for my needs. I find it really frustrating for more than that, though. I often drive places an hour or so away and have to make stops, running several errands along the way. To add those, I'd have to do a listing for one transaction from home to the first place. Then I have to create a new listing from that place to the next one, etc. until I reach my destination. If it's not going to have GPS tracking, at least the ability to enter multiple stops would be great. I also haven't been able to figure out how to not have last year's archived, total mileage count towards the total dollar amount at the top. It has a sub listing for this year's, but it'd be nice if it were more prominent..Version: 1.3

✓ Not iPad CompatibleSo we purchased this app for tracking business mileage to replace another app with a less user friendly appearance. Sat down with our Bluetooth keyboard and iPad all set to catch up. This app is NOT iPad native, just the enlarged iPhone app. That alone we would have given a pass on until the first tap into the 'Starting Location' kicked the entry field off the screen and would not scroll back down while you are trying to type in the address. ✓ Good potential but I switched back to TCLooks nice and sounds like I could do a lot after revisions but I prefer the trip cubby version better. I need to be able to track my mileage fast and I don't have time to spend 5 minutes filling out every field and entering price every time. Trip cubby allowed you to omit fields that are not in use. Seems like this app should have been released to beta testers first rather than paying more than double price for something that takes longer to use now.
